We had a great time. We will definitely return! It would be great to just have a freezer to have ice available. But the stay at the house is excellent.

Hi Jonathan, thank you for your suggestion. The freezer has already been purchased and is waiting to be installed, since we have to change some furniture (relocate it) so that it fits in the kitchen without sacrificing pantry shelves.

My stay was great. The facilities were exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was clean: the rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen... everything was very good. Francisco was attentive at all times, answering any questions we had... We will definitely be back. We were all very happy and satisfied with the house!!!

Excellent house, very, very large, everything was clean, very peaceful. Mr. Chanito is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it; I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I would recommend, and this has nothing to do with the house, is that you should bring your own groceries, as the nearest market doesn't have much stock, and the closest Aurrerá is a bit far away. Apart from that, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT.

The house is very large, it has a very nice view, it is very quiet and it is perfect for resting or for spending time with family or friends, it has many stairs to the rooms, but it is so comfortable and pleasant, the common area space, that it is not necessary to be going to the rooms, more than to go to rest, in case, with many older adults, they were very comfortable and at ease, we liked it very much and we will certainly love to return

Just as a recommendation, it would be feasible to include in the description of your ad the price of the boiler as well as the rest of the accommodations. Since it was turned on until our arrival, the pool water was cold. From there on out everything was very good, the facilities, the view, it has all the amenities to spend a good family weekend. Mr. Jose very friendly too. Definitely and highly recommended!!! Thanks for the stay and your hospitality.

This is the second time I've booked, and I would definitely do it again. It's a fairly spacious house for large groups. The area is quiet, the common areas are quite good for hanging out, and having access to the lake makes it excellent for having several activities. Mr. Feliciano was always attentive to our stay and what we needed, which makes you have a pleasant stay. Excellent place.

We had an amazing time at the house, it's huge, super clean and well maintained and with access to the lake. The good Chano, who takes care of the house, is very helpful and super attentive. Honestly, the photos and description do not do the house and amenities justice, highly recommended. The only not ideal "issue" we found was that suddenly there was a strong smell from the animals next door but nothing out of the ordinary. 10/10

The house is very large and comfortable for many people. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and neat. The kitchen is well equipped, had the necessary cooking utensils. The pool had a perfect temperature all day, even in the afternoon it was lukewarm.

Our stay was great. From the beginning, Francisco was very attentive. In the house, Chanito and Paola (the cook) looked after us superbly. The house is huge, has many areas to enjoy, is very comfortable for large groups, and everything was very clean. Just like the pictures. They are changing the air conditioners in the rooms, so in a short time it will be much better in this regard. The ones there cool, but some made some noise. I highly recommend it.

I would definitely return, the fifth is an ideal place to be as a family or with friends, great privacy without problems making noise. A beautiful view and access to the lake has a plus. The lady of the kitchen and Chanito always attentive to what we needed, there was no need to be constantly going out to the oxxo and that is worth everything. I'm very happy with my choice.

The house is beautiful, private and very large. I'll definitely come back. Great location, the view is very nice and the pool was at a perfect temperature for the heat it was. It can be improved in the air conditioning, but it doesn't really affect anything in the stay. Mr. Feliciano helped us at all times and was very attentive in helping us in going to the store so as not to have to go out.

Very good accommodation, consider that the house is something old but has everything you need, we had a great time as a family, amazing and the treatment of Mr. Feliciano who takes care of the house and always helps us in everything. It is located next to a forested area so there are many bugs but try to keep it as clean as possible, in general a very spacious house with several living areas, clean and comfortable, just for the price.

Definitely an excellent place to stay! With all the amenities described, the half basketball court is great for playing with your friends. The house has access to the lake and palapas to enjoy. Right there, you can rent boats. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Teques. The staff is always attentive, and there is a lady who helps you cook if you need it! All rooms have air conditioning!

The photos fall short. The place is amazing, it's really worth it, and it would be a place I'd go back to. Francisco was always attentive and Chanuto was always attentive to anything we might need. From the first contact Francisco provided us with things that we needed, and we had a wonderful time throughout the stay. Excellent place, and super recommended.

The house doesn't really have access to the lake. You have to go through an abandoned constriction of terror that smells horrendous. The house is ugly, it has no nice decoration in sight. Looks like an old converted hotel. The kitchen is super small and has no access to the social area. I don't recommend it in any way.

the house is fumigated every third day that the guests leave, we do not agree with your opinion because if we have something is cleaning, it is a villa of 2,410 meters of land, property open to nature and the countryside , so you will find nests of swallows and wild animals, and of course we have access to the lake and WE HAVE OUR OWN DOCK, but if you want a closed house and with strict control of fauna there are hotels that can give you that service in a space of 20 square meters and with a higher cost, when you go to the field inform yourself that it is the field and a property in "EL CAMPO"

The house has just what is required. Very well equipped kitchen . Super spacious social spaces, nice view, Mr. Q is super friendly and accessible. It solves everything! Good pillows and beds. The only thing is that some air conditioners are not very efficient and do not cool the rooms well and the shower that I used had very little water. But overall a very pleasant stay.

The house is beautiful and spacious. It has many more amenities than many places I've stayed in. Mr. Feliciano, who is in the house watching over the place, is very friendly and pleasant. Everything was excellent and they arranged activities for us on the lake (of course, at a cost, which we thought was a good price). I definitely recommend this place. We were delighted.

The house is truly large, the spaces are very well divided, the rooms are as they appear in the photos, the very quiet environment you do not hear any noise, the pool is large and illuminated at night and the view of something is incredible, having access to the lake is a plus. The host's service is very good. He responds immediately and is very friendly. Don Chanito is very helpful and attentive. It really gives you the feeling of being at home.

The place is great, its location is awesome. Its amenities are so good to spend an unforgettable time. They must prevent having animals (lizards, bedbugs, mosquitoes) in the bedrooms.

Hi Geslio, I appreciate your feedback, we have a weekly fumigation program, being on the shores of the lake and from land on one side (field) is natural to the mosquito and is for the hot season where these are increased (it is normal in all lake area) so we recommend bringing mosquito repellent even and with the fumigation and planting that we have such as lavender, citronela, rosemary, which are natural repellents, as I mentioned we are on the shores of the lake and it is a rainy season, but we will put more insect repellent systems for the comfort of our guests.

Pretty nice place. The view is very nice and the service is very good. The house is very cozy and very nice. Recommendation: The closest to the house is an Oxxo 15 minutes away, so precautions should be taken to have the best of it.

The house is incredible, the atmosphere is very quiet, the pool is delicious and the view is spectacular, Mr. Chano who takes care of the house along with his sister helped us a lot.

Excellent service, very spacious and nice house. I really felt like it was my home. Of course I'm coming back!!!

Amazing view, the place is very spacious more than what you see in photos, everything is very clean and the hospitality is excellent.
