Our family of six loved the Bulongo apartment. The team was so responsive and accommodating, they let us check in a little bit early, met us to check in and show us the apartment, and we’re always so communicative. The apartment is beautiful and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, including the beach, the swimming pools, and the restaurants. We loved it. It was a perfect place to spend four nights and the weather was perfect

I think the apartment is too small for the price I paid

Very nice accommodation, as for the amenities they are fine (not counting that 2 of 4 pools were cold) however the entire clause of "fines" by the condominium administration is exaggerated and ridiculous, you end up more careful not to "commit any infraction" than enjoying your stay, I would recommend that the hosts attach in their publications that picky regulation that the administration makes guests sign because if not, you can't access the accommodation, I understand that there are rules that must be followed for harmony, but things like for example... your cooler must be dark gray, igloo brand, if not, you can't use it in the condo, it seems overly ridiculous to me, but good in terms of accommodation, very comfortable, clean and excellent service from Alan, always attentive.

The apartment is very nice, very well organized and comfortable, it has everything you need. Roberto is very friendly and is always attentive to everything, very understanding and gave us great tips. The apartment complex is beautiful, the sea has some rocks but also areas with sand, beach shoes help a lot with that since the sea is not so deep, it allows you to walk safely. The pools are at an excellent temperature and the Roof top has the best view!! We will definitely be back!!

The place is beautiful, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. It was a bit difficult to find due to the gps having weird directions, but that was quickly resolved. Roberto was there to meet us for check in even though it was later than we had mentioned to him, that was very nice. The apartment is very spacious and the entire resort is quiet. We loved it! Overall, we would definitely recommend Roberto’s place and would love to come back soon! Big shout out to Roberto for putting us in touch with Mara - she cooked some delicious meals for us!

The place was very nice, it matched the pictures exactly, the view is beautiful, facing the sea, it has 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, it does have hot water, there is a Jacuzzi, although it didn't retain the water, it came out and didn't fill up so easy, it has all the kitchen utensils, cups, plates, knives, etc., it's very well equipped, also in the bathroom, soap, shampoo, etc., Roberto's attention was very good, he was there before our arrival to receive us, although in the end I would have liked him to give us instructions about our departure, since the cleaning girl arrived at 9:30 a.m. and we felt a little rushed to leave... Overall I would come back, I loved my stay, I felt right at home!

We had an excellent experience in this apartment. It's very nice, spacious and has many amenities that make it even more comfortable. The place is amazing, surrounded by nature and with a beautiful beach, ideal for relaxing. The food is delicious and the prices are fair. The drinks are also good, although a bit above the average price, but it's still worth it. It also has a shop and a cafeteria, so you don't need to go out to get what you need. Best of all was the attention of Roberto, the host. He was very clear in explaining everything to us and was always available to help us with whatever we needed. He is super friendly and was attentive to every detail to make our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent stay, everything was very clean and had all the amenities. The host was very kind. Just two details like for example, the air conditioning in the middle room, it almost doesn't cool and the bathroom door in the main bedroom is stuck and it makes a lot of noise when you open, you wake up your partner. Other than that, it was an excellent stay. The place is beautiful, and the host was super friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool water was excellent, it was heated, and everything was very clean. The spectacular view in the pool up to the top. Highly recommended!!!

Roberto was so helpful and responsive to all our questions and needs. The condo was just like the pictures and I liked the location which was right next to the pool with a swim up bar and restaurant. The beach was a short walk and nice as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very well kept and is as shown in the photographs, and it is super-equipped in terms of appliances and cleaning products. Perhaps the bathrooms are a bit small for more than 4 adults, as well as the closet space per room. The apartment complex is very good, you can use all the facilities and the service from the staff was very good at all times. We liked how close it is to the beach and that you feel safe and confident leaving your things while you go swimming. The restaurant is great too! Roberto's service was impeccable, from the moment we arrived to questions about how to use the stove and retrieve some things that were left behind after our departure. Definitely a highly recommended place!!

Bolongos truly is a hidden gem. Perfect for kids: shaded beach, warm pools, and a quiet vibe. Having a full kitchen was wonderful (and restaurants on site aren’t open all day so your own food is needed). The location is beautiful and serene. 10 minutes from Punta Mita with small stores and restaurants. The apartment was tastefully appointed and 2 interior bedrooms are good for napping/sleeping in. The patio looks out over the tranquil view of the pool and jungle. For the price, an incredible bargain.

We had such a lovely and relaxing stay!! The area was so beautiful and quiet! My kids loved the pools and enjoyed making sand castles on the beach. The restaurants on site were great, and the staff was so friendly! The condo was just as described, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
