Regarding access, we do note in our listing that the property is located in a rural area where road conditions can vary, particularly depending on the season. We understand this may not be ideal for all vehicles and are always happy to provide guidance in advance. As for the presence of wildlife and animals, being surrounded by nature in Nicaragua means that encounters with insects or animals can occasionally occur, despite regular pest control efforts. We also make efforts to manage visiting animals, though they are part of the natural environment here. We regret that certain amenities did not meet your expectations, and we would have gladly addressed items such as soap, kitchen equipment, or any maintenance concerns during your stay had we been notified at the time.
