The house is even better than in the photos! It has everything you could possibly need, an amazing view, and an excellent pool! Pablo and Raquel were very friendly, communicative, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Incredible place

Great location and beautiful condo! We’ve stayed at Pablo’s place multiple times and keep coming back because it truly is a special spot. The condo is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by stunning views that make it easy to unwind and disconnect. Playa Blanca is absolutely beautiful—one of the most stunning beaches, surrounded by nature and just minutes away. Punta Leona is the perfect place for a serene getaway, and Pablo’s home makes the experience even better. We always look forward to returning and highly recommend it.

Beautiful home with beautiful views. Loved how safe and private location is. Also it’s very close to beach, you can walk to it. Also a great location for all local excursions. Home is really beautiful and updated.

The house is spectacular, no doubt. The comfort, how everything is presented, the attention to detail. The views from each of the windows and balconies are incredible, they are worth it. It's a place I'd definitely go back to. It's got everything! The only comment that has nothing to do with the house itself but with the dynamics of the area where it is located is that although it is close to the access to Playa Blanca, the inclinations of the road are very steep, so take this into account. The parking lot in front of the beach entrance is exclusively for those who have access to the Punta Leona Club (Day Pass, or other). Then you can go by car, drop everyone off at the entrance and park even closer than where the house is, but with a slope in between. Or in any case, it can be solved by having at least one access to the Punta Leona Club, or by renting a golf cart.

It is a very nice place where a spectacular sunset is appreciated, the facilities are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I recommend it.

The condo was just what my family needed for a weekend getaway. Pablo and Raquel were both punctual and super helpful to accommodate our needs. We'll definitely be using this spot for future vacations, and Pablo's place will be one of the first we look at. The view was spectacular and allowed us to enjoy our vacation even while sipping our coffee from the balcony. This was our first time staying in the Punta Leona area. If you're staying for more than a few days, make sure to know where the nearest restaurants and grocery stores are and what days they are open. Depending on who's in your party, it may be worth renting a golf cart to get around. Walking back up the hill to the condo may be difficult for some. Thanks Pablo & Racquel!

Our stay at this oceanfront in Playa Blanca, Punta Leona, was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the crystal-clear waters right in front of us. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with a panoramic view of the ocean was an unforgettable experience. The place itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made sure we had the best experience possible. The location is unbeatable—private, peaceful, and just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. If you’re looking for a dream getaway with unbeatable views, comfort, and a perfect beach vibe, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Pablo’s place was neat, very well maintained. Everything was great, but the sea sight from balcony, and pool were spectacular, this makes the difference. Our family enjoyed the place a lot.
