A very comfortable and spacious property, ideal for resting.

My family and I loved the house. The kitchen is very spacious and all the rooms have air conditioning. The pool has sunny and shaded areas most of the day, which is appreciated when you're not a person who likes to sunbathe too much. The location is perfect, just one block from the beach, which is very quiet, and they provide you with an umbrella and chairs if you request them. The subdivision is very quiet and safe. Communication with Jaquie and Irma was very good, and they were always available for any questions. It would definitely be a place we'd go back to.

The spaces in the house are spacious, beautiful, super clean and, above all, comfortable. Its very well-equipped kitchen is a highlight. The area is nice, safe, quiet, and the house is literally steps from the beach. The pool area was what we enjoyed the most because of its pleasant garden, the terrace, and its barbecue. The nature surrounding the patio is a plus. We were able to see different birds, chachalacas, iguanas and raccoons. Everything, everything was excellent. Casa Azul is a great option to spend a few great days at the beach with the family. 🥰🌊🌴

Casa Azul was better than what you see in the photos, the hosts were always attentive to any needs we had, and the house amenities were excellent. I highly recommend staying with them; if I get the chance, I will stay there again. Thank you for letting us enjoy the blue hunt.

Large house with all the services, plus an apartment upstairs

Great place, clean and very close to the beach, Miguel the maintenance guy was great, he help us with the chairs, table and shade at the beach for a great price. Host was very friendly and responsive. We recommend to stay here.

The place is extremely welcoming. It has everything you need for cooking, spacious, well maintained, etc. The truth is the photos don't do justice to reality, it's much better. The host's attention and instructions leave no room for doubt. Only to my liking, televisions are missing, but I understand that the objective is to clear up, and this is not a complaint at all because at no time is it published that they have them, I only say that in such a large house you receive people who can be in the pool as well as people watching a game in the living room. Highly recommended and if next year it's available on the same date, it will definitely be an option

The house in general seemed excellent to us, in good condition, tasteful, very nice and the kitchen is very spacious. We loved the water in the heated pool, the rooms were in excellent condition... Miguel the gardener was very attentive to whatever was needed. We struggled a bit with the water in the showers since it didn't come out hot, but we would definitely come back again.

The place was clean and just as described. One of the rooms is upstairs, so keep that in mind if you have anyone who can’t go up and down the stairs. There was no hot water in most of the showers, but we didn’t mind too much as the weather was nice enough for a cold shower. We didn’t let our host know. The neighborhood feels safe. And of course the walk to the beach is the best. It’s only about a 5 minute walk and the beach is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is quite spacious and comfortable, super clean and organized. It is close to the beach and there are very nice places to eat nearby. It has everything to spend a few days with family or friends. The hosts are attentive to your needs. I would stay again without hesitation

Everything was exactly as the pictures show. There is so much room in all of the rooms and a lot of open space in the back yard. The pool was amazing and the bleach is a short walk away. Alberto is amazing at communicating effectively. We plan on staying at Casa Azul every time we come.

It is a very nice and very clean house, the kitchen was very well equipped. The decoration is pleasant, the air conditioners are suitable for the spaces in the bedrooms. The beach is close by and that gives it a great plus! Generally speaking the house is very nice!

Just wanted to thank Alberto for the amazing stay we had at this wonderful home. Very comfortable, spacious, and with all the amenities as described on the website. Alberto was always available for any communication, and we also had the support of a local person who handled any additional needs, such as renting a beach umbrella with chairs and purchasing jugs of drinking water. We would definitely stay at this property again. The only regret is that time went by so fast!

The Blue House was our second experience with Airbnb, our first experience was disappointing, we had our reservations about our stay there. Fortunately, Casa Azul gave us back our faith in Airbnb! One of the most important points for our family is cleanliness. We were pleasantly surprised to find every corner of the house impeccably clean. The house has all the amenities and services to spend an excellent vacation. The house is in a prime location, in a couple of minutes walking you reach the beach. It is a very quiet place, with responsible neighbors and no scandals at any time of the day. Alberto our host, as well as our Co-hosts were at all times friendly and responsive. We hope to return soon!

It has already become a tradition to return to Casa Azul as a family. We were just as happy, if not more so, than the first time. The house is beautiful, super clean, and nicely decorated—ideal for spending time with the family without wanting to leave. The ocean is just a 3-minute walk away. An important point is that during our first stay, there were only a couple of very minor issues that I mentioned to Alberto, our host, and for this stay, they were resolved, which shows what a great host he is and the attention he provides at all times. We feel more than welcome to keep coming back year after year. 100% recommended.

Casa Azul is located in a large, upscale gated community with park-like surroundings 2 short blocks from beautiful Playa Miramar. The house is spacious and comfortable with a separate mini suite upstairs plus a shady outdoor space next to the pool. You can see how Alberto, Irma, Patti and their team are classed Super Hosts. There office is right next door and they are very responsive and helpful. There are restaurants and small stores nearby. It's a 20 minute bus or cab ride into Santiago and Manzanillo.

A very neat and nice house, just like the photos, it even has things you can't imagine, fully equipped and clean. The pool is delicious, I would definitely come back.

The house is formidable. The pool is heated and the game room is luxurious. In addition, the house is one block from the beach and they can provide you with an umbrella daily and exclusively for the house. The kitchen is huge. There's a barbecue, cooler, hammock, everything! We'll be back soon.

Excellent house in very good location (3-4 mins from the beach), with a private pool of good tamanio, games room and a separate small apartment on the top floor. There is some construction nearby, but everything is in order and there isn't too much noise. My only complaint would be that there are too many mosquitoes after sunset! It is highly recommended to bring repellent.

The beach is about 3 small blocks away. Right now, they're just building next door, and if you go during the week, you can hear the noise from the construction. Other than that, everything was excellent!

Our stay at Casa Azual was great. The house itself was clean and beautiful. The beach was short 5 minute walk and 10 to the ramadas where we ate several times. The area also felt very safe at all times.

If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, well equipped home with an incredible view, very short walk to the beach and a nice pool… this is your best choice. The folks who manage the home are super helpful and the communication with Alberto is great. The private community has great security and the two restaurants we visited at Club Santiago (Oasis and Portofino) were excellent. We also visited some of the other seafood restaurants at the palapas for lunch on Playa La Boquita (short walking distance) and we were not disappointed. My family and I plan to definitely return real soon.

The house is excellent, super nice and clean!! It has ample space and everything is super well equipped. All bedrooms have A/C, and 2 have their own full bathroom. The pool is very parent and the warm water is appreciated, the beach is 2 blocks away walking and is very quiet suitable for children. Overall, we had an amazing time, and we would gladly stay there again without hesitation. As a TIP: bring mosquito repellent, because the mosquitoes are really bad.

Amazing experience staying in Casa Azul in Manzanillo, it was a family trip that we have been waiting for a while and totally exceeded our expectations, the house is padrisima, everything you need has it, this super clean, the decoration is also very father, the pool is good size and heated, and the beach 2 blocks away walking, our host Alberto is always attentive and resolving any situation, we will definitely come back soon, super recommended

Stayed at Casa Azul for a few days this past week during a family trip to Manzanillo. We generally stay at 4 to 5 star hotels or resorts, and wanted to try something different during this trip. We are truly happy that we did and chose to stay at Casa Azul. The home is very nice and includes every amenity that we were looking for and needed. The private community is very quite and secure, which we welcomed and appreciated. The home is located approximately a city block from the beach, which we visited every day during our trip. Very nice beach with minimal waves and spectacular views. There were a few local restaurants within walking distance with really good seafood, beach dining and ocean view. Alberto, the host, was extremely helpful, informative, made us feel very comfortable and at home. Long story short, family and I are already planning our next trip to Casa Azul 😎.

La casa Azul is a beautiful house within club Santiago, perfect for a beach holiday with family. The kitchen is huge, the bathrooms are new and very clean, the terrace with palapa and pool gave us a great space for the children

The photos do not do the house justice, it is in excellent condition, the game room, the heated pool, the spacious kitchen, the air conditioners, everything is perfect, excellent communication with the host at all times. I recommend it 100%!

Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted by Ms. Irma, who was very friendly and punctual. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The pool was cleaned every day. The water was super nice from 7:00 AM until nighttime. We loved the mango tree. Those delicious mangoes fell all day long. *The living room is very comfortable, and there are air conditioning units and ceiling fans throughout the house. *The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. *The rooms are very comfortable, with their own private bathroom and air conditioning. *The large pool area with a large table for eating, with lots of shade and a beautiful garden. Overall, everything was great. This is the second time we've gone to Alberto's house, and of course we'll be back. He was very kind and attentive to what we needed. Note: bring repellent because the gnats come out around 6:00 and they'll eat you alive.
