The property is ideal for spending very pleasant days with family or friends. It has the ideal spaces for 12 people to live together, with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Maintenance staff clean the pool, take out trash and clean the bedrooms daily. Great stay Alessa shared the contact of an excellent cook, highly recommended to hire Doña Ene for your stay.

Here my review. The truth is a really nice, comfortable, clean, easily accessible house. My family and I loved it. Everything is perfect. The rooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, everything in perfect condition and extremely clean. The pool in perfect condition, very clean. Highly recommended. We will choose you again for our next vacation.

Everything was very good, clean, tidy, we were a family of 12, all with our own room and bathroom, Mrs. Mary came every day to clean, very close to the beach, the pool was clean, in general everything was very good, just as a recommendation, include more large pans in the kitchen since there are only two and it was a little difficult to prepare food for the number of people we were, I highly recommend the house

Very good stay at Alessa's house, super comfortable, the pool at ideal temperature, the rooms are great with privacy and their own bathroom. The beach is very close by on foot. Very good service and recommendations from the host Alessa, as well as Mr. Felipe, excellent communication and always attentive, who is the one who gives you the property. Of course we would stay at Casa Cuestabajo again.

The very large house, excellent for a family vacation, has many bedrooms so there was no problem with the distribution of the rooms. The pool was very clean and beautiful. The house is very nice and spacious. The pool is excellent, the location in private is what we were looking for, the beach nearby, the truth was all very well.

We were very comfortable in our stay. Perfect for our group of 8 adults, 4 kids, and 2 babies. The beach is very close, so we really appreciated the distances and transportation options. The pool is wonderful, with a convenient kiddie pool for the children. Felipe was always attentive and gave us several local recommendations. I would definitely come back!

It was quite comfortable, just like in the photos, and in a great location.

The house was perfect for a family vacation, there are 4 separate areas that could accommodate a family each with a "master"master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom inside, and a separate bedroom with two individual bed and a bathroom outside. The house was clean and extremely well kept, the cleaning lady was super friendly and came in every day and took care of everything also the pool was cleaned every day. We had an issue with the ACs overloading a wire but it was taken care off right away and without fuss. The pool was a favorite of the kids and they enjoyed playing in the grassy area behind the house, you can't beat how close the beach is and also how nice it is. Overall we had a great stay and we hope to come back to this place many times

The house was in a very good location, one block from the beach. Very clean, nice rooms, each with privacy. The only thing that wasn't so comfortable were the mattresses that were a bit hard. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. Felipe was amazing communicating and helping me with any question I had. Perfect home for large families and well equipped for a fun time. My only comment is the back yard is close to the highway and at night if you sleep on the back rooms you can hear the traffic from the road, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs ( not the host’s fault just the location).

The house is very nice and has a very good layout. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The pool is lovely. It's very close to the beach in a very nice area of Club Santiago. The common area and the garden around the pool are spacious and very well maintained. It really is a very good place.

The house is in an excellent location, within club santiago, two blocks from the beach. it has two floors, the top 6 quarters and down 2. All very well cared for and clean. The pool is perfect, it has an area to put drinks and it is excellent for socializing. The terrace and dining room are quite large for large groups. They have a contact from a cook, I highly recommend it. In general, everything was very good, enough bathrooms.

Excellent stay, we really enjoyed the house and the proximity to the beach. Everything is very clean, quiet and sanitized. If you are traveling with pets it is important that you know that in the patio/pool area there is only an "archway" as a limitation of the property and in some areas there are gaps. My dogs ran away on several occasions😅. The description of the rooms is not the one in the ad, since there are only 2 rooms with king size beds and the ad says there are 3. The third one actually has 2 single beds. Overall, everything was very good 👌🏼 we hope to return soon!

The house is very father, I highly recommend it, everything functional, air conditioning in every room, very spacious rooms, many bathrooms, very clean in general. It is very well located within the Club Santiago fraction, very close to an Oxxo and local shops. The house is very spacious, it has everything you need to cook, with a very good garden, terrace, azador and the pool is very comfortable for both children and adults. The beach is very close, a 2-block walk. Alessa and Felpe's service was excellent. It was excellent for a family vacation. I hope we can return soon.

My family of 11 and me stayed here for 2 weeks... the house is very big and the pool is amazing. The house was cleaned regularly and Alessa and the staff were very helpful. The house Is just a short stroll to the beach or to the entrance where you can get a bus, taxi or food from the local shops. The frequent no. 1 bus going into the town center costs just 9 pesos... or a taxi costs from 80 to 120 pesos. I’d highly recommend this house if you’re thinking of staying in the area.

Everything was perfect, the only thing is that the pool water was cold, just as the sun doesn't hit it, it's very likely for this reason.
