It is very well located. It is not in the center, but it is easily accessible. The condo facilities are very good. Very comfortable and has everything for a pleasant stay. When we arrived, everything was very clean, except that the kitchen was full of ants. Clearly, it's because of the location and not due to a lack of cleanliness, but perhaps they should do something about it. Communication was smooth, but we should have been notified that there would be an extra charge for the pet when we asked for permission to bring it. I would definitely choose this place again

I felt at home. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet, with amenities. The beds are super cozy, and at night, the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. You can walk around the property, which is very large. The restaurant is excellent. In short, it's an ideal place to spend a few quiet days without sacrificing the proximity to San Miguel de Allende's attractions. I would definitely recommend it and would come back. The stay was pleasant since the house is located within a set of houses surrounded by green areas where you can walk, in addition the amenities are very good, within the complex there is a Restaurant and the breakfasts are very good. The house is spacious, just like the photos Estefanía was attentive

The house is amazing, I saw comments that it is difficult to open the door but in reality it is easy to access, Estefanía answers quickly and is very accessible to the schedules that I requested to extend, we loved it!

Excellent accommodation and nice, the house is very nice, spacious and clean. The clean bathrooms, and the water came out very well. The fractionation is very quiet and beautiful, it has a very good location, we reached the center of San Miguel in less than 10 minutes. We also had Oxxo leaving the subdivision so it made shopping easier. 😊 Everything was excellent, the truth. Would definitely go back!

A pleasant stay with very good amenities. They left us a very nice welcome wine, very friendly. A very family-friendly and quiet place to rest. Just as a comment, we needed some utensils in the kitchen, but there's a supermarket very close by, so it's nothing that can't be solved. Thank you for everything!!

Definitely when I go to SMA it will be my first choice, super comfortable and safe, unfortunately the weather was not on our side but the pool and everything was amazing, and there were places nearby to buy anything necessary of urgency, there was a pharmacy at the entrance and an Oxxo, very comfortable, clean and excellent attention. 10/10 🫶🏼 Only the first person who touched us in the cabin was very bad with the instructions to find our stay, from that outside, everything was excellent.

Beautiful, clean, private facilities. They have a pool of relaxation/jacuzzi, by segments, the delicious water and the staff turn on the bubbles immediately, that makes it practically private even if they have the common pools. I love that they leave you coffee maker with coffee and water, it does me an incredible courtesy, however if they will be more days, yes I suggest buying garracons and maybe mini pantry. Excellent place for a relaxing end. It features a nice terrace on the 3rd floor to make a roast meat or outdoor food in your own space. Very close to downtown, without being in the bustle or traffic of that area, 2 secure parking lots inside. Super recommended, I would definitely come back for more days.

This is the second time I have stayed in the house as we have been delighted since the first time. The host was always there to respond. The accommodation is in a beautiful fractionation, there are not many people so the jacuzzi is used almost only by us and they do not feel like leaving the fractionation because it is ideal to be there and relax. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils. There is an iron for clothes and hairdryer. The car is totally safe since the parking is inside the fractionation.

We had a great stay, the house better than the photos, it is very comfortable and that helps because we travel with children. The pools, the restaurant, the place is exceptional. There was a communication issue but when requesting a response it was immediately clarified kindly. Recommended, if I would come back. Congratulations to the hosts.

The place is beautiful; the house is very large, with each room having its own bathroom and complete privacy. The pool area was very clean, and the water was a good temperature. There is a restaurant at the entrance called “Bistro,” which is very tasty and offers excellent service. We struggled a lot with the door; it was the only thing that made our stay difficult, because it is very hard to open and close.

Very good, the host was excellent and accommodating with our scheduling needs and everything. Very attentive. And a very safe and quiet place.

It was a short stay, but very comfortable and pleasant. It was like being at home, highly recommended and definitely a place to return to on future occasions when I'm there.

The condo was fantastic. Great location, fully equipped and spotless. If clean is your thing, this is your place. It was located close to all amenities and just a short bus / taxi ride to Centro. There are three ways to walk to Centro and all take about 30 minutes. A great walk! The pool area is like a resort, with comfortable sitting areas and a restaurant. Estefania was a fabulous host. Conscientious, considerate and very responsive. All in all, a wonderful experience.

A beautiful house, the photos don't do it justice! I loved everything. The cleaning 5 stars … I'm a very neat person and even the white towels! Better than hotel!! They have many amenities that I hadn't noticed. The plus is that it is a bit far (10-15 mins) by car but they offer you a free shuttle to the center (round trip) My only regret is not enjoying the house and its amenities, 5 stars for Estefanía !!! Very attentive to everything! Thank you Estefanía

Excellent house. Less than 2 km from the center of sn Miguel. Taxi takes 8 minutes and costs 80 pesos. The development Perfect for relaxing in a jacuzzi, pool. The house has two terraces and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay!!
