Location as described, within walking distance of Manuel Antonio Park. Paolo is a very responsive host in providing all the information to make the stay as welcoming as possible. The apartment is very clean and equipped with every comfort.

Best location to stay near the Manual Antonio park. Many restaurant options nearby, too. The Airbnb has everything you would need, only feedback is that the mattress is not very comfortable. They allowed for a later check out which was very nice.

The stay was amazing. The place is practically next to the park, and the location is privileged, allowing you to do many things without needing a car. The atmosphere is spacious and very comfortable. Very well equipped and decorated. The region offers us an incredible immersion in nature, with many animals nearby and a lake in the background. I recommend the place for those who want to get to know the park and be in touch with nature without giving up comfort. I hope to return.

Great place 10/10! Right on the beach walk- take the gravel road to the left when exiting the gate. Super walkable, right on the road of local markets to buy souvenirs! National park is right behind the apartment. Must see — saw so many animals. Beach is beautiful and walking distance. If you are coming to be at the beach, this is the place. Loved it and will definitely come back. It’s air conditioned, clean, convenient, and comfortable.

Beautiful location and beautiful place

We had a great stay! The location could not have been more convenient, being less than a 5 minute walk from the national park and the beach, and located near lots of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly.

this is a beautiful apartment right next to Manuel Antonio Park, all the restaurants and shops in the area. it has lovely air conditioning and is a short walk to the public beach. our host was extremely responsive and helped connect us with local tours. couldn't have had a better experience!

This is the most satisfying accommodation I have stayed in during my trip to Costa Rica. It is excellent in every way. The location is in the alley at the entrance of the park. It is very convenient, but it is quiet in the middle of the bustle, away from the hustle and bustle of cars and crowds. The most surprising thing is that we met a group of squirrel monkeys and a deer in the yard (some tourists said they didn't see the monkeys in the park, I really think they should live here). We also saw a toucan. There are always macaws sunbathing on the ground. It's a magical place!Also, you can find everything you can think of in the room, it's the most fully equipped Airbnb I've ever stayed in, and there's even free coffee powder!The host is also very welcoming, gave us a lot of information about travel agencies, and also helped us book a private guide for the park (very good value for money) and a kayak tour of the mangroves.I highly recommend this place!
