This was a great place to stay in Manuel Antonio! The apartment was spacious and had great AC. Had tons of amenities to stay and cook in. Beautiful little patio, walkable to the beach and tons of great restaurants around. Super responsive hosts! Wildlife everywhere. You are in a BUSY area but it feels really private where the apartment is. I will say try to avoid coming and going around 3/4PM because everyone is leaving the national park and that’s your way into the apartment so it gets pretty hectic.

Loved staying at Paolo’s place. The place was exactly as described and host’s communication was exceptional. The nature and the view from the balcony was exceptional. Loved that I could see monkeys and other wildlife from the balcony. Also loved the gated parking and private parking space.

מיקום מושלם! בין החוף לשמורה, חיות מהשמורה באו לבקר בזמן שישבנו במרפסת... איגואנה, צבי, קפיברה וקופים. תענוג!

My partner and I had an excellent experience staying here. A stone's throw from the beach, the National Park, and a bus stop for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful and offered great recommendations on restaurants and activities. The apartment was lovely and we had several wonderful animal encounters just from our patio (iguanas, sloths, anteaters, hummingbirds, monkeys and butterflies). We hope to return to Manuel Antonio and when we do we will absolutely be staying here again.

Hosts were great, very responsive and friendly. Place was super clean, great balcony with monkeys in the trees. Quick walk to Manuel Antonio park and to the beach. It is basically down an alley right next to the park entrance, but there is plenty of off street parking. If you arrive on a weekend, it is a bit chaotic in front of the park entrance.
