Great house and service!!

I usually expect the pictures not to match the place but not in this case everything seems as the pictures and what surprise me the most. This is a host that provides ample toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. etc. most owners go stingy on that and we end up buying and leaving a lot of extra, not to mention the quality of the kitchen, utensils and knives and plenty of forks and soap that was very refreshing. It prompted us to leave behind some extra cards for the next guest and pool floaties , etc. etc. I highly recommend this place if you wanna relax and have a very peaceful time just pay attention to the tide schedule!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Peaceful Paradise Our family recently stayed at the Sunset Beach House in Islas del Mar, and it was one of the most peaceful and memorable vacations we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking scenery and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to disconnect from everyday life and simply enjoy being together. The house sits right on the shoreline, offering panoramic views. Whether we were relaxing by the private pool and hot tub, enjoying our morning coffee while listening to the gentle waves, or watching the sun set over the water each evening, every moment felt special. The sunsets were absolutely spectacular, filling the sky with brilliant shades of gold, orange, pink, and blue. Our stay was an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and spend meaningful time with family. Watching the tides reshape the shoreline, enjoying unforget sunsets, exploring the beach and simply sharing moments together. We left refreshed and wanting to come back.

Beautiful house - just like the pictures. It was perfect for our family of 8. Every member stated what a beautiful and perfect house this was. We Loved the bedrooms each with its own bathroom and very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were a hit while the tide was low. We really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and friendly. We cannot wait to return. Definitely would and will pick this house again!

We are returning guests, and once again this home exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and ready for our family to enjoy. David is an exceptional host—always responsive, helpful, and great to work with. The house itself is perfect for families. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we absolutely love the open layout with the large glass doors that allow you to cook inside or grill outside while still keeping an eye on the kids in the pool. One of our favorite things about this property is having both a private pool and direct beach access. It truly gives you the best of both worlds. The community is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe and secure. The guarded entrance and guest verification process provide extra peace of mind, especially when traveling with family. We've made wonderful memories here and can confidently say this is one of our favorite places to stay in Rocky Point.

David was an excellent host, and we really enjoyed our stay at the house. It comfortably accommodated all 9 of us, and having a king bed and private bathroom in each room was a huge plus. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

An amazing Airbnb, looks just like it’s listed and described. The host was super responsive and accommodated our every need including a last minute early check in. The house was perfect for our group of 9 and the recommendation for a private chef was also amazing.

We had a beautiful time. Home is lovely, well stocked and has great amenities inside and out. Having a pool and hot tub steps from the beach was outstanding. Such a relaxing stay, waking up and drinking coffee next to the beach was incredible. The tide going out so far made swimming in the bay near impossible but it was super fun to pick up sea shells and watch jumping fish as the tide rolled in each afternoon. Highly recommend this air bnb for families!!!

Very nice place, lots of privacy, and a very nice house.

Went for a Bach/ bachelorette trip. House was amazing. Every room had their own bathroom, so we could all be ready at the same time. The views of the sunset were beautiful. Plenty of seating everywhere. Nice clean pool, relaxing hot tub. Booked a private chef for a day and massages for the girls— amazing. 20 minutes from the city with more to do and tide at the beach always. Thank you!!!

We loved this place. About twenty minutes from town but we appreciated the quiet neighborhood, and the absolutely beautiful home. All five bedrooms had their own baths. All comfortable and spacious. Very clean. Host, David, was so great! Very friendly. Hope to visit again soon.

Fantastic place, came down with 2 families of 5 including 3 teenagers and 3 toddlers. Perfect setup place is very little kid friendly and all the rooms have their own bathrooms. Beach and pool never a dull moment.

David was the most responsive and helpful host we’ve experienced in all our Airbnb stays. His flexibility and the easy check in and out were much appreciated. The bedrooms were all great with full baths in each. You can’t beat this house.

Michaels place was amazing!! We spent so much time in the pool and on the beach with our friends and our three babies! The house is in a secluded, quiet area with beautiful sunsets! We had a chef come one night who made THE most amazing meal! I would definitely recommend booking him! His name is Juan Garey. Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality, Michael! We will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Rocky Point!

Had a great time at this property. Beautiful home, very modern. The house was extremely clean, very comfortable. Well stocked with amenities, supplies to cook. Plenty of room for our family of 9. We never felt crowded. Location was great right at the beach. Watching the tide come in and out was so interesting. It goes out quite a bit, but a tide schedule was provided so you can plan your day around peak times. Even when the tide is low, it’s even a great time to explore and find shells. Will definitely stay again.

Michael’s location and home are beautiful. Very clean, light and bright. Good size rooms with lots of closet storage (plenty of hangers, drawers and shelving for you to unpack). Bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen had all the items you need (garbage bags, dish soap and detergent, silverware, all cooking items, and anything else you could think of honestly). The kitchen island is awesome for a big group. Fridge/freezer worked great and kept everything super cold. We used the concierge for 2 nights of mexican themed in-home dining experiences and the chefs and server were so friendly and accomodating. Super open living environments downstairs with dining room and living room being super spacious and open to the kitchen. Garage is great to hold a all other storage and laundry room big with to store multiple coolers. Pool area was awesome (and clean) and a must-have in this area, depending on the tides! Beach was super private in July…hardly anyone on it. Great sunsets!! Thanks, Michael.

I loved the house. Very nice and very clean and well kept. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Very open concept and very great house to entertain and spend quality time with family. But I would definitely recommend this place I loved the privacy of having our own personal beach. Five stars all the way around

The place was amazing. Extremely clean, spacious and had all the stuff in the kitchen for cooking pots pans silverware etc. and also for the BBQ grill. The pool jacuzzi and beach we a blast for the kids. The most impressive part was the host Michael was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful with everything we needed or encouraged. I'd highly recommend this place if you want an amazing getaway.

Great place to bring adults and relax with ample space for each individual or couple. The outside view of the bay is beautiful, quiet, and the stars in the sky really pop out. Each room has a king sized bed and its own personal bathroom, which is huge for adults and couples. The kitchen is equipped with a very nice gas stove, microwave and refrigerator, which made cooking easy. I used the outside grill to cook burgers as well. We stayed for the golf at Islas Del Mar and that was well worth it! I had a little trouble finding the house, but Michael directed me very well. He is super responsive and will help your visit be a success.

We had a wonderful time at the sunset beach house! It’s so spacious yet comfy and it sits right on the beach. It’s in a private gated community and the concierge was so helpful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This house was magic! We had 8 adults, including three couples. Each couple or individual had their own bedroom and en-suite bathroom which was a game changer for us. The home was very clean, well stocked, and the host was always available and checking in. We felt very safe in this gated community. The beach and hot tub were superb, and the pool was nearly perfect (water a tad cold, but if we had been there later in the year we would likely appreciate it-we visited in mid April). The location was about a 20 min drive into town; not that big of a deal and worth the security/beauty but required some advance planning for trips into town. Overall 5+ stars and we plan to visit again next year!

Amazing Sunset Beach House Stay in Puerto Peñasco! Our stay at this beach house in Puerto Peñasco was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed for relaxation, with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. One of the highlights was watching the breathtaking sunsets right from the patio—truly a picture-perfect experience. The home is well-equipped with all the essentials, and the communication from the hosts was excellent. They were attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The only small suggestion would be to have shampoo bottles available in the bathrooms, but beyond that, everything was flawless. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape and can’t wait to come back!

Michael’s house was perfect for the ten of us! It was great that each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom. We had one tv that didn’t work and a shower head that needed replacing, and Michael responded immediately and sent maintenance the same day to handle the issues. It was fun experiencing the high and low tides. Lots of wildlife around!! We felt very safe at the Sunset Beach House and definitely recommend it!

Beautiful home, perfect for the whole family. Each room had thier own restroom and very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the loved how the beach was just a couple of steps away (when the tide was up) This is are new vacation spot in rocky point ❤️ just about a 20 min drive away from restaurant and town.

Sunset beach house surpassed our expectations. The house is amazing and the views are gorgeous. All the amenities of a private resort-style beach house. Spacious, luxurious, comfortable, clean, and the location is perfect. We had our own private beach for our family and friends to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. In addition to a perfectly equipped home, the hospitality that Micheal has shown us has been absolutely impressive and accommodating on all aspects. Communication was excellent as he quickly responded to questions and requests. We would love to stay here again. I highly recommend this home if you want to have the best vacation experience in Rocky Point.

This place worked extremely well for a golfing family! We golfed all day and relaxed for a beautiful sunset, hot tub and dinner in the evening.

Very beautiful and super quiet

Michael’s Sunset Beach House is absolutely gorgeous, and I highly recommend it. Michael was very responsive, and I greatly appreciated his patience during the booking process. Check-in was really easy once we found the place, but don’t make it harder than it has to be; there’s only one Little Caesar’s in Puerto Penasco no what your GPS says, and the place is really hard to see. Have shotgun be on the lookout. (Because driver needs an extra set of eyes. Not cuz it’s dangerous.) The house is immaculate. The furniture and beds are super comfy, and I was definitely able to recharge. I was there with my sister and two young adult children, and we all loved it. It was great for us, but it would be perfect for a romantic getaway, or a group of friends when you have that friend who loves to cook for a group, and you want a low key hangout. I can’t recommend the Sunset Beach House highly enough.

Absolutely loved this home , it was my first time using Airbnb and honestly way better than any hotel I’ve stayed at . You know when you look for a place to stay , and the pictures are usually nothing like the actual place ? Well this was the first time I see pictures that actually match . The home was very clean, everything exceeded my expectations ! It is in a private community which is way better because you get to enjoy the pool, and beach to yourselves and you don’t have to worry about large crowds ! Michael was also very great at responding , I accidentally locked ourselves out , and I contacted Michael and about 20 mins later the property manager was there to assist us . I look forward to going back soon , it was definitely worth the drive !

A luxurious modern home literally on the edge of the beach. A perfect get away for large groups and families!

This house was absolutely beautiful. It was a very low tide week but the pool and spa were perfect for the kid’s and we walked out across the inlet to the ocean every day. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean.

The Sunset Beach house is a great home for a large group. Five bedrooms all ensuite, King beds, and televisions. This is a well appointed home with beautiful finishings and very clean. The kitchen is big with bar seating and I believe the dining table seats 12. This home sits on the water so you can watch the tide roll in and out twice a day. It is not swimmable water as it is more of a lagoon area. The sunsets were beautiful to watch from the yard or from the upper bedroom patios. The pool is not heated but very refreshing in warm weather. We brought a float and it was perfect. We spent most of our days walking the beach and collecting sea shells or lounging in the chairs by the pool. We did not go to the clubhouse but it looked really nice. They rent paddle boards and paddle boats there. Overall a great time spent in this beautiful home.
