The house is spectacular. When you go out to explore, you discover many adventures that make the trip very fun. Now we have some beautiful memories. The furniture was very comfortable, the spaces were spacious, and nothing was missing. We will always come back.

The place is amazing, the scenery was beautiful. The staff were so helpful and kind. Francesca was very attentive and stayed to show us around the property. She went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted. We wanted someone to help with meals, and she coordinated it all and the meals were so yummy! Joseling helped us with the food and is so lovely. Having her taking care of all the meals really helped us enjoy and relax at this beautiful place! The pool was so warm and the kids spent the whole time there!

Such a peaceful and beautiful place! The entire property is private and beautiful. The heated pool was really warm- almost too warm in the afternoon sun, but perfect in the mornings and evenings. So many lovely places to enjoy nature around the huge deck or other areas on the property. We saw keel killed toucans on the nearby treetops. Several other smaller colorful birds liked to come near the house. The hiking trails on property were fun. Walking up and down the private driveway also provided great opportunities for viewing nature and getting a good workout. Each room in the house was very nice with its own full bath. Numerous great conversational spots throughout the downstairs. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. At night the sounds of nature were so peaceful for sleeping. A 4x4 is not required but I would recommend it, especially if going back out in the rain. The printed instructions and map were very helpful. In summary, 5 stars! Loved it!

Excellent place, the view of the mountains, and the lovely pines, the sound of the river and the simply wonderful weather, a very complete place, away from the stress of the city. I would like to highlight the good treatment and good energy of the caretaker of the property, who was very friendly and respectful. Thank you very much, highly recommended

The property is a very quiet and cozy place, ideal to enjoy as a family. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, children's games and a pool with heated water, perfect to relax at any time. We thank Mr. Mauricio for his kindness and constant attention, always willing to respond to any request. Definitely a great option to rest and enjoy.

The place is the place for those looking for solitude. You neither see nor hear everyone; the closest house is about half a mile away. Yet, the internet is fast and reliable there, and all concerns, if any would arise, are addressed promptly and proactively. The drive down the river valley is steep but doable in almost any high-clearance vehicle, even without 4WD, although a good SUV or pickup is preferable. The house sits on a flat valley along the creek, and the grounds are easy to walk around. Two pools, one air temperature, one slightly warmer, are in good order. The beds are comfy, each with its bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped. We were not lucky enough to spot wildlife, yet we glimpsed a few toucans, oropendolas and a couple of capuchin monkeys. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

The house is spectacular, the tranquility and nature are beautiful. We didn't need anything. It's a perfect place to spend days with the family. We hope to return in the summer.

Finca Azul is exquisite, well manicured and perfect for hikes, family bonding and nature. The property is homey with everything in the kitchen and great attention to details. The family is welcoming, genuine and the care takers are professional and the right mix of out of sight and avaliable for all your needs. This is a true retreat, prefect for a reset! I think we will make this a yearly tradition. Waking up to birds and sleeping to the sound of the river, perfect heated pool, over 6 different spots to set up family meals.....just fantastic! An excellent place to disconnect from the city, share with family and connect with nature.

This place was so beautiful once you arrived. You have your own big are that feels very safe. There are many trails and fruit trees on the premises. One thing to note is that you will definitely need a car that is 4×4 to go especially for driving up the driveway on the way back. I would suggest it for anyone who wants some time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The housekeeper, Janet and her husband are amazing. They assisted us down to the supermarket to get some groceries mid stay and we're always just a text away for any little question we had.
