The accommodation is super comfortable, it has 3 bedrooms, the lagoon that faces the view of a sunrise and pleasant sunset. Outside you can make some carnitas asadas without problem with family or friends.

Charming place, full of peace and places to relax and spend time in touch with nature. Perfect for large families as it has several bedrooms and many bathrooms and common areas. Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of a city but close to Bacalar and Chetumal. I loved the house, I really didn't feel the way the days went. Everything was perfect.

super kind and always available for needs,with a lot of initiative and accessible in everything. the courtyard overlooking the miraculous lagoon is amazing, to disconnect from it all and have amazing moments. a little far from bacalar if your idea is to be more in that place,but if not, it is very well located between xul-ha and chetumal.

Hola buenas noches Mellisa referente a la esponja q menciones NO la ofrezco en mi anuncio todo lo ofrezco es lo q encontraste en la casa y también por higiene el huésped lo tiene q comprar fue un gusto hospedarte debes tomar en cuenta el tiempo extra q te espere q fue de 2 horas y lo hice con mucho gusto a tus órdenes.

We loved the house. Having the lagoon a few passes away is amazing. The beautiful view! Faride and her daughter behaved very nice with everything, even helping us take us to buy groceries. Everything was according to the listing description. We highly recommend it! We will definitely be back!

The view is beautiful, and the location near the Lagoon is very beautiful, the host seemed rude and unattended to me, I recommend fumigating, because there were many chinchillas, the constant entrance of a stray dog, it was uncomfortable, and the internet never worked.

Hola buenas tardes Emma me dio mucho gusto q nos hayas visitado. Con todo respeto detalló lo siguiente. Las fallas del internet son de la señal fue momentáneo como te expliqué en el mensaje what. Los colchones son nuevos y se fumiga 1 vez a la semana tanto a dentro de la casa como afuera. Disculpa por el perro callejero eso está fuera de mis manos entiendo q fue incomodo para ti, fue en q habrían el portón para salir y entrar. Recomendaciones: Ser un poco más responsable en la limpieza de la casa que visitas rompieron 2 huevos en la meseta y no lo limpiaron. Tener modales al dirigirse a las personas tener un tono de voz bajo no gritarles ni alterarse. Porq cuando me preguntaron del pago de la Luz mi respuesta fue respetuosa al decirles q hagan uso moderado de la Luz Específicamente de los aires acondicionados q no se les iba cobrar nada extra. Me pidieron apoyo para abrir la puerta porq atoraron la llave. Me pidieron fibra para lavar platos. Invadieron el área vecinal sin pedir le permiso al dueño. Tengo fotos.

A wonderful place, the photos do not describe the majesty of the place, the house is good for everything comfortable and clean, maybe it would be necessary for an air conditioning in the dining room, however, the open spaces compensate and excessively, accurate and attentive attention, 100% recommended, and with a very adequate price, we are definitely looking forward to returning and enjoying more days.

Always and at all times they were looking out for us, the house fulfills everything it mentions in the listing and works perfectly, literally 20 minutes from downtown Bacalar. I recommend bringing what you are going to cook to eat and drink since it was better for them to go out somewhere. Excellent place, the rooms, the spaces. No details or problems of anything. we left very happy

Very nice place, as you can see in the photos. A house with everything you need. It is located 15 minutes from Bacalar and 15 from Chetumal, with a direct patio to the Laguna de los Milagros. 👌🏼

The house is well located and the rooms and patios are very spacious and nice, they have a type of hammock outside where you can take the fresco, swings for children and adults; as well as a kayak which can be used only by one person to tour the lagoon. The place has a few things to improve but definitely worth it. Some of the drawbacks we had were not allowed or soap to wash dishes, bleach, fabulous, salt, sugar, water (as in other stays), kitchen towels were also not provided. The main table is not in the best conditions. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not the most optimal and in the bathroom between the two rooms the water in the sink does not come out abundantly then it is a bit chaotic to wash your hands. As for the theme of the light was a bit unsettling, the light was constantly leaving and only on the property, if the 3 air conditioners were turned on it was off. I still enjoy it.

Referente a tus comentarios no estoy de acuerdo te los voy aclarar porq estás confundido en lo q pusiste y en la información o lo q ofrezco en la quinta perez el anuncio esta muy claro todo lo q ofrezco y eso fue lo q se te dio; Dices q te debíamos de dar cloro fabuloso fab para lavar trastes trapos de limpieza sal y azúcar no se te dio porq NO LO OFREZCO ese servicio en la plataforma. Te dejé varios bolsas negras jumbo para basura para toda tu estancia y eso NO ofrezco en la plataforma y aun así te di ese servicio o cortesía extra. Referente q se fue la luz 3 veces tarde - noche fue verdad pero fueron por segundos la ausencia del servicio eléctrico y fue por 1 como te vuelvo a repetir en la tarde noche por segundos en todo el pueblo y se reportó y los empleados de la CFE fueron a primera hora del siguiente día dando el reporte había mucho viento por eso sucedió las 3 idas de luz por segundos y el tema del baño q salía pica agua es normal porq la llave es de un modelo moderno y diferente a las otras y no era tan caótico ese tema porq en la casa hay 3 baños con todos los servicios y en buen estado. Fue un placer haberte recibido y q nos elegirías estamos a tus órdenes cuando quieras volver a visitarnos fue un placer .

Hola Nayeli buenas noches gracias porvisitarnos El tema de la llave el baño sale pica no pirq este en mal estado sino pirq es de otro modelo de llave y moderno ahorrador de agua y referente al internet se me hace raro q fallara nunca había pasado me lo debiste de reportar pero no hay problema pirq se restableció pronto el servicio de internet fue por minutos esta fallando la antena con todo resisto no es mi culpa nos fallas imprevistas una disculpa te esperamos nuevamente

Faride was always on hand for any questions we had. The house is located 25 minutes away from bacalar. The view towards the Laguna de los Milagros is very nice.

The house was ok ;the location very nice but, we where 5 and there was no beds for everyone only 4 and to pay for electric and so many rules ; I don’t think this is worth what we pay very far from Bacalar center like 25 minutes away!!

The view of the lagoon and location of the house is wonderful. The distance between the attractions of Bacalar and Chetumal is 20 minutes away, super nice location. Regarding the house, the host bought/rented a crib to accommodate my baby and have a place to rest!! Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable for all of us. (Old mattresses). The headboard is hanging because of one of the rooms. Bathroom amenities need to be of higher quality. (Towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, etc.) The host is respectful and approachable when something is needed.

Thank God they gave me the car and I was able to get there, if not , I don't know what would have happened since on this issue it was not very accessible Upon arrival they charge you 200 pesos in advance of what you can use of electricity, I went by 200 kw/h and ended up paying 231 pesos this I think is fair because it is a higher consumption than she sets in the description The description says that each room has hammocks, I asked him, he told me - don't get confused there it doesn't say that I give them to you, it says what the supports are for them - ; so you had to bring the hammocks yourself (that is, where I was coming from) ! The rooms say that they have a single bed, more double, there are not only double beds that really if the mattresses are very old, the springs are felt, the single bed is a hammock and they were not only because we were going 5, so one touched the armchair. Beautiful place to relax and rest, the private access to the lagoon is lovely, the location is perfect to be away from the noise, complete peace and tranquility. The house is very spacious and safe, which if it is advisable to take your pantry because you will certainly not want to leave the house.

A very nice place we had a great time, the house has good hygiene and its host answers your questions at any time. A kayak offers an extra service. Access to the lagoon is suitable for all ages and the location of the place is excellent. We will be back soon.

Very bad experience at check out. The person is very rude and disrespectful, I blame us for the poor condition and damage that the house already had. It's not a great place to sleep, the beds are really bad, lots of spiders, and other bugs for lack of fumigation. He wanted to charge us extra for the cleanliness of the house

Amazing view of the miracle lagoon, with private access. It's completely worth it. The beds are uncomfortable, and some of my companions have to sleep on a cot, just for access to the lagoon it's worth it. But it must be taken into account. 20 mins to Bacalar and Chetumal Airport. Very well located and very quiet. I would recommend renting a car to get around easily, I didn't see public transportation in the town of Huay-pix.

This house is overrated...... The house is 15/20 min of bacalar. It does not have a gate at the entrance to the land, that is, anyone can approach the house and the car. The beds are quite uncomfortable. The accesses of the house are very bad. There are no full dishes. There are no glasses even to say soap to wash the dishes that are used! The only good thing is the entrance to the lagoon but it's not worth the price of the house or the experience. In addition, due to airline issues, my flight was canceled. The host's response was "My cancellation policies are clear" I had to change flights to rent a car and drive more than 4 hours so as not to lose my money The communication with the Host was simple and for any request the response was also "What I offer in my listing is what is in the house" Be careful when choosing this property

It is a great place to enjoy great tranquility and privacy! With a wonderful view at the bottom of the lagoon, I recommend getting up early and admiring the sunrises at the foot of the lagoon and if possible over the Kayac. It was an amazing stay! I hope to be back soon!

Faride is a good hostess, always attentive. I would recommend that you check everything thoroughly before I arrived to avoid any inconvenience, in my case a plate was not working and for not checking at the beginning I had to pay for the composure. Another thing is that not all beds are beds, half are cots. The house is very nice and comfortable.

It is a wonderful place by the lagoon. You can have a great time kayaking or swimming. It is very clean and isolated from other people. Bring your basic stuff (salt, pepper, etc) to cook, including matches, and bottled water to drink.

Faride is very kind and was always attentive to our arrival, the location of her home is very good, there are food businesses very close and an oxxo, her house is very nice, the view is incredible since its backyard takes you directly to the lagoon, the only detail is the beds, which are a little uncomfortable and if you plan to cook keep in mind to take everything, even matches because there are no, other than that, you will surely have a wonderful time in your home!

It is a great space away from everything in a picturesque town there are several small local shops where you can get everything. The place is at the foot of the Milagros lagoon which is beautiful ! It's well-equipped and everything works perfectly ! It has a large patio where you can make grilled meat and share at the foot of the lagoon. It is simply a spectacular place, highly recommended if you are looking to get away from it all and rest really ideal for families ! Thanks for everything, we'll be back soon

The house exactly as shown... the steps to the Lagoon were a hit for my children... it is 15 minutes from the Bacalar Lagoon, we enjoyed the kayak quite a bit, the only thing I could add to the house would be very things Basic such as a broom, mop, dish soap and sponge as well as a toaster or microwave, because I needed it with 4 small children but the service and communication with Mrs. Faride was very good.

It really is a beautiful accommodation, the terrace at the foot of the lagoon, the kayak they lend you with life jackets to tour the lagoon, the light from the terrace for the night is all divine. Truly a highly recommended place, the neighborhood is super quiet and not far from there there is an Oxxo (by the road). Great for large families. I just wish I had more pans available. Outside of that, it's great, I was hesitant to stay there and then I regretted not staying any more days. It is 15 minutes from Bacalar, it is clean, spacious, and very quiet. It's really worth it. The photos don't do justice to the lagoon.

It is a cozy rest house ideal for family activities, as well as very close to Bacalar and the Free Zone of Belize 15 minutes each, The village where it is located, for example, very quiet and its hospitable people. We only had a small detail with a toilet that doesn't work , we were provided with a somewhat uncomfortable bucket but it solved the problem. The showers that are covered by the iron and the water comes out. Very little to shower.

Excellent location in the Miracles lagoon, everything is very nice, both the courtyard and the lagoon, and inside the house it is very spacious. Very close to bacalar and Chetumal has local shops nearby and oxxo and gas station as well. Definitely come back one day!
