The villa and staff were absolutely amazing - exactly the vibes we were hoping for to celebrate 5 milestone birthdays with friends! From the moment we arrived, the team made the experience feel effortless. The meals were delicious, the drinks were consistently great, and having the golf cart plus access to the beach clubs made a huge difference in the overall experience. As another guest mentioned, there is a lot of upfront paperwork and coordination required but this helped ensure a very smooth stay. We truly felt taken care of the entire trip and only wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you to everyone at Casa Kalika for making this such a memorable experience!

11 out of 10 stars for an excellent place to stay, with architecturally thoughtful design, comfortable appointments and a staff that exceeded all expectations! The staff, as a whole, was very attentive, without being intrusive, warm, welcoming and very accommodating. The Concierge, Cinthia, was highly responsive, courteous, and attentive to every detail. The chef, Janet, was not only a professional chef, she was astute and quickly learned everyone’s likes, dislikes and allergies. Janet also ensured every meal was served exactly at the requested time. Freddie was our go to person for drinks and entertainment. He never disappointed. He knew how to mix every drink requested and kept the pace that we set. What can you say about an experience that exceeded every expectation? We’re going back as soon as we can! Thank you everyone!

At first I was skeptical. There are a lot of things I had to commit to before coming, but I think the value they deliver is over the moon. I would prioritize staying there every time I came to Punta Mita. The house is unreal and far better than what is described. The staff are the kindest, most helpful, and most attentive team. I will be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know.

Fabienne And Jean were fantastic hosts and their property Casa Kalika is EPIC. I have stayed at 20+ properties within the gates of Punta Mita, and Casa Kalika is the best by far. Great views, amazing house, and staff is primo. Five stars!

We had a fabulous stay

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Casa Kalika. This was our first time to Punta Mita and it was beautiful and we felt very safe and secure. Having the golf carts was a great bonus so that we could get around to all the amenities the community has to offer. Casa Kalika was an outstanding Villa that was always kept clean and comfortable by the amazing staff. Freddy was always quick to satisfy any needs we had on the property and Anna was always quick with her responses and getting us dinner reservations and taxis. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are with a large group. Golfing and surfing was very close by. Would definitely come back again.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Kalika. The team is very attentive and accommodating. Fits 10 people perfectly. Highly recommend planning meals prepared by house chef. They have a great variety on the house menu to curate your breakfasts, lunches and dinner (not included and all meals are extra charge plus fees). Definitely worth the splurge. At first I was quite worried that my expectations for my parents 60th with 12 family members & paying this kind of money per night wouldn’t be met. Those fears were quickly put to rest by Fabienne’s excellent and immediate communications. In the 16 months from booking to our arrival we had a concierge, Miriam, helping me with ideas of what to do during our stay, arrange excursions and supported us with first class transportation around the area. Our arrival was met by our house team greeting us with Freddie’s famous margaritas, and an incredible fairway and ocean view through the house with amazing ocean breeze gently blowing through it. The in house butler, Freddie, was amazing making sure any needs are met throughout the day, and yet always we always seem to have our privacy. The chef, Janet, is fantastic and was able to satiate our pallet, and deal with restrictive diet of a couple of family members. This place is a total gem and we’re certainly going back.

I arrived with 7 friends for a girls getaway & it was all we could have hoped for! What a wonderful home & amazing staff. Everyone was amazing before arrival, during and after! Not one thing was forgotten or overlooked. Fabienne always got back to us, Miriam was more than helpful coordinating all activities and transportation, food was amazing & Freddie is a gem! The home is stunning, clean & absolutely perfect. Our only compliant is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you to all! We cannot wait to come back!

Casa Kalika was just perfect. A little slice of heaven in Punta Mita! Fredi, Yuri, Janet and Miriam were all so wonderful and provided exceptional service and made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Our meals were delicious and having the ability to create a menu ahead of time was fabulous. Fredi's margaritas are delicious and the perfect way to cool off in the pool after a hot day! The golf cart was the perfect way to get around and we enjoyed the fabulous restaurants and beautiful beach clubs that PM has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return! My friends and I had most amazing weekend at Casa Kalika. It’s hard to believe this little slice of paradise is real! The host, property manager and kitchen and housekeeping staff were all incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to work with my friends to organize the most spectacular bachelorette party. Between the delicious food, impeccable service, various amenities (beach clubs, pool, outdoor showers, lots of beds, golf cart, golf course) and unbeatable views, this has to be one of the most special properties I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit. I can’t wait to come back!!

Imagine your own private villa hotel with full service and pool. This rental is not any vacation home - it’s an experience. For one, Fabienne responds super fast and is willing to answer any and all questions you may have. A couple weeks prior, Fabienne and her concierge team (Wendy & Christian) reach out to coordinate with you. They offer private shuttles from PVG airport, coordinate any activities during your stay (yoga, tequila tasting, golf cart rentals) grocery lists, dinner menus, etc. Upon arrival, you are greeted with cold towels, welcome drinks, welcome snacks, and are offered a tour of the beautiful house. The house is in a gated community that is very safe (2 security gates). The house is amazing and had plenty of space for a group of 12. There’s daily housekeeping, a private chef, bartender, etc. The staff is amazing, friendly, and make you feel just at home. They take care of you but still allow you to have your own private personal space as well. The pictures do not do the justice for how amazing this house is. Outdoor showers, heated pool, wifi, etc. Its a once in a lifetime experience that will not let you down. I recommend 100% and will definitely be back! There’s so much to do in the community but even if you just want to hang by the pool with a good group of friends- you will enjoy every minute you are at Casa Kalika!!!

I booked this amazing home almost two years ago for a group of friends for my 50th. When COVID hit, Fabienne allowed me to adjust the dates and from that moment on, she was such an incredible host and made my 50th birthday celebration such a special treat. Her staff is top notch. Janet is an incredible chef. She even showed us how to make her delicious paella. I wanted to bring her home so my children could actually eat! Freddy was the master of all things and his bartending skills were something to write home about. The layout and location were ideal. I would book this home again in a heartbeat. I want to bring my entire family back next year. Thank you!

You can not go wrong with Casa Kalika or punta mita for families. We had 8 adults and 4 kids and the house suited us perfectly as did the club amenities- beach clubs, tennis, golf, running trails, surfing and more than we could possibly have had time for in a week. The staff were generous, discreet and excellent at what they do. The food was beyond our expectations at every meal. The concierge, Christian, was incredibly accommodating. The butler, Freddi, kept everything moving perfectly including the margaritas. My only word of caution for people with small children is that kids have to go outside to get from their room to yours so your kids should probably know how to swim and you might want a camera. We can’t wait to book again and hope we’re privileged enough to come back soon.

My family and I had a memorable week at casa Kalika - the house is beautiful and the staff is amazing! We’d previously been to the Four Seasons in Punta Mita, but this experience was by far much better. We were traveling with two babies and a toddler, so we were a bit nervous about their food/sleeping accomodations, but Christian made sure we got everything: wooden cribs, a high chair, etc., and Janet offered to make purées with meat and vegetables that our babies loved! This is a great house for kids. The pool has a shallow area (under an umbrella even!) for the kids to play in. As for adults, casa Kalika is also superb! The food was always delicious - we tried different types of fish (super yummy) and the desserts were always on point. We never even bothered to dine out! Freddy was always super helpful and makes the best margaritas and piñas coladas we’ve ever tried. The house is sparkling clean and we loved the balinese vibes. Thank you for making our stay so unforgetable!!! We hope to visit again sometime soon!

Our 3 families stayed at Casa Kalika for one week in June. My expectations were already high reading all the 5 star reviews but they were exceeded on every level. The villa is even more amazing in person. Fabienne has decorated and styled the villa with the highest quality furnishings and artwork. The beds, sheets, towels and fixtures will rival any luxury hotel. The villa is very private, has sweeping ocean views and is beautifully laid out to allow multiple groups to comfortably congregate. Now onto the staff, who really made Casa Kalika feel like paradise. They are professional, friendly, warm, personable and masters at service. Freddy, the butler, is a mind reader. Anytime someone was relaxing in the hammock, enjoying the shaded daybed or laying in the chaise loungers by the pool he would magically appear asking if we wanted a drink. Margaritas, sangrita, micheladas, horchata drinks for the kids, he makes them all. His dinner service is efficient and precise (not easy with a group of 11). Janet is a true chef. We only had one dinner out and decided the food could not compare to Casa Kalika. Her paella is a must, along with the seabass, whole red snapper, banana bread, flan, chocolate almond cake…I could go on and on. Everything she prepared was delicious. Yuri kept the villa immaculate. Everyday we came back from the beach to a spotless room. Our laundry would be perfectly folded and even put away for us. And while we were having dinner, she would provide turndown service. I never even saw her go into the rooms, she is like a housekeeping fairy. Christian, the house concierge, arranged all our meals, transportation, tours, in house massages, and even arranged to have a doctor come to the house to do our required Covid testing. The staff took care of our every need and truly pampered us. We all joked we wanted to take the staff home with us but then decided our brains might literally shut down from lack of use. I guess that’s the sign of a truly relaxing vacation. I could not recommend Casa Kalika more. Fabienne was quick to respond to any questions and provided excellent recommendations. Casa Kalika is a dream come true! We had a group of 10 (5 couples) and it was perfect! Each room had it's own charm so everyone was equally happy with their individual accommodations. The property itself was amazing and better than the pictures! The staff was amazing. Wonderful way to celebrate a milestone birthday!

This beautiful property had everything we needed for a group of 8 and could fit 10. The grounds are wonderfully maintained, the rooms gorgeously comfortable, with indoor and outdoor showers. The house staff (especially Freddie were exceptional) clean laundry, towels, cocktails on demand from 9-5 and the fooooood! Omg the food! Was so delicious. We rented Fabienne's home for a 40th birthday celebration with friends in May 2018. We couldn't have hoped for a more beautiful setting for our vacation and the warm reception and attentiveness of the house staff made it extra special. The house is gorgeous with modern sophistication and high-end appliances. The layout is perfect for all guests to find a place for solitude or come together as a group. The in-home meals prepared by Yuri were healthy and delicious and served with such flare that every meal felt special. We all wanted to bring Freddy the butler home with us - his attentive yet discreet service was beyond compare! In short, we didn't want to leave! Thank you to Fabienne and her staff for making it such a memorable trip.

Casa Kalika is a truly magical villa. All the bedrooms are well appointed, gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Everywhere you turn is exceptional beauty. The pool is amazing with views to die for. Fredy, Francoise and the staff are amazing. The food delicious. Loved the beach clubs that you have access to with the 6 seater golf cart. We had a trip of a lifetime and are excited to return next year!
