We loved staying at Casa Scorpion. There are lots of activities to do in the morning and it's close to everything.

Great place to stay in a great location. Comfortable beds. Very nice home. And Eugene is probably the best Airbnb host I have encountered. Proactive, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond with instructions, local recommendations, etc. It’s a short walk to the ocean on an easy path from the house. We were there fishing and there were Roosterfish and Jacks right in front of the house. Highly recommended.

My friends and I love staying at Casa Scorpion for BajaGrass. It’s safe to say we will be back again! Such a beautiful space and lovely location.

I can't say enough great things about Eugene's place. It was just what my family and I were looking for. We spent everyday in the ocean and every evening sitting on the deck looking at the stars. It's close enough to a small groccer and restaurants but far enough away you get privacy. There was a house being built behind the property so we heard some noise from that but Eugene was great about communicating what was going on before we got there and it didn't put a hamper on our lovely stay. We hope to return to this sweet spot.

La Ventana is a fun dusty town with a big heart and a growing creative community! Eugene’s home is in a beautiful location - perfect views from all the windows to a stunning ocean layout. Eugene is always quick to respond, easy to talk to and so willing to help out in anyway. We truly felt at Home there! We love Baja and LV was another magic spot.

Eugene was a spectacular host. He was responsive to questions and provided excellent recommendations. His house manager Edgar connected us with a local boat captain for our diving excursion. We come down to Baja every year and this was by far our favorite stay. It’s the perfect spot for fishing, diving, kitesurfing or just enjoying the beach.

One of the best stays I've had! The house is perfect: Eugène has everything you need for a long stay. The house is really beautiful, its garden, terraces, private access to the beach. Wifi works well, air conditioning also in the 3 bedrooms. Eugene was so available, thoughtful and responsive that I think he's the best host I've ever had. The neighbor is also very, very friendly, and offered to help us every day. The place in summer is quiet like never before. The beach for us alone! I have identified more than 40 species of poisons within 10 meters of the beach. I've seen a dozen species of birds, and the starry sky is a wonder. The village is 5 minutes away by car. We were shopping there thanks to a driver sent by Eugène. For cleaning too, Eugène provides contact. Eugene is perfect! The house is perfect. The value for money is perfect. For sure, I'll be back.

Our stay at Casa Scorpion was great from start to finish. The views are incredible and it’s just a short walk down the hill to the beach. Eugene was an excellent host who helped with local recommendations and by accommodate our littlest one with the addition of a pack and play. All in all a great stay.

Fabulous views. A great place to rest and enjoy the surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised at how many birds were around.

Met all expectations and kiteboarded every day from the beach. Do a short downwinder to La Tuna or all the way down to Baja Joes from Casa Scorpion. Such a great quiet location.

Great spot to stay north of town. Snorkeling and spear fishing in front of the house is some of the best around (got Sierra and Dorado just offshore!) and it’s not too busy for wind sports. The house has a beautiful view. Beach access is down a little hill and we had to walk above the reef to launch foils at lower tides. Driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles and low clearance for loaded mini vans. Would come back again!

Eugene's place was absolutely the most stunning location. Very close to my sister's house, so easy for us to walk or quickly drive up to grab something. But the main thing is the view. It was just incredible. Made for a very special Christmas.

Stayed at Casa Scorpion with a group of 6 adults. Can’t say enough good things about the views and the location. Perfect for kiters. Amazing sunsets and sunrises. Eugene was a great host and took care of a couple minor issues very promptly. Hope to be back someday.

REally nice place. The patio was a dream. Mountain bike trails in the mountains out back were excellent. We had a wonderful time and it was easy to find. Lots of restos nearby. Highly recommend.

Relaxing, quiet, private, had everything we could want or need for our two week stay, other than a few trips to the store. Beautiful setting, great communicator.

This was our second stay at Casa Scorpion. Great place!

Our stay in this beautiful and very spacious home was great. The location is very private and a short drive to obtain smaller items we needed for our meals. Eugene's recommendation for fishing boats and contacts was extremely helpful. In fact, we were able to bring home mahi mahi for us to enjoy. Eugene was always quick to resolve any issues we had, and went above and beyond to make us more comfortable.

The lighting in the kitchen/dining room area wasn't great but we brought lights from the extra bedroom out and that helped. We had a wonderful time, thanks!

The scorpion house is awesome! We walked to the beach and snorkeled, kayaked and kited everyday. The house is spacious with a nice layout. Private setting with an amazing porch and views. Eugene, was very responsive and helpful

The house is absolutely beautiful and well-stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking (and super easy to get groceries from the store 1km away). We were there for a whole week and loved the proximity to an essentially private beach. If you’re a Kiter, this is a great place to stay, as many of the nearby public beaches can get super crowded for launching / landing / kiting, whereas we were able to launch just in front of the house on the beach. There is also super strong WiFi that made it the perfect location to work remotely with amazing sunrise & sunset views. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Scorpion house was absolutely wonderful. The view was spectacular. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. The beach is just a short walk through the backyard - the water was clear and we enjoyed snorkeling around the coral. Eugene was wonderful - he was always available if we had any questions and he provided really helpful information about activities in the area. I would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay in El Sargento with beach access for watersports/kitesurfing. Two of the rooms were air conditioned during our stay which made for comfortable sleeps. Eugene was always available to help via chat with anything that came up during our stay.

Great easy place on the beach in la ventana. Perfect for kiting, And we loved the sunrises and sunsets from the deck.

We had an amazing stay at this special Airbnb. The location is incredible and the photos do not do it justice. If you have the opportunity to rent this Airbnb, take it. Private access to the beach, kayaks, a SUP, kiting launching from the beach and fantastic snorkeling. The view from the house is magical, especially the sunrise and sunsets. Eugene was an incredible host and great at communicating and making sure we had all the information we needed. We will be staying here again next time we are in La Ventana

Lovely house and lovely view of la Ventana Bay. We had everything we needed, very well equiped kitchen. Excellent place to relax, enjoy the day or go fishing or wind surfing.

Great home base for kiting, biking and a quick trip to Oscaritos (local grocery store)! Loved the big open deck space and well stocked family style kitchen with an amazing view.
