The apartment is beautiful. We only had a problem with the water heater the first morning, and unfortunately it was the day of my baby's baptism, so it delayed us a lot because the water was freezing. For this type of emergency at 5 am, there was no response until after 9 am. I fully understand that you won't be there 24 hours a day, but I do think you should have some kind of system because it's not normal for your guests to call you at that time. However, they took care of it and there was no problem the rest of the days. The area is wonderful, and every time we go to the city, this is the area where we stay. Thank you for the nice touch of the check-in amenities. The cereal, milk, and coffee are genuinely appreciated. We'll definitely be back to stay here.

The place was fantastic in so many ways. It was spacious, comfortable, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was excellent—a short walk to great restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and shopping, which made everything incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the 24-hour security, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay without any worries. The host was responsive, and communication was excellent throughout our visit. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great communication before & during stay. I have a multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) and the staff was very open to accommodate my fragrance free needs. One of the queen size bedrooms is smaller in size of room, bathroom, shower but still doable. The Office/bedroom has glass door with privacy film and blinds. It doesn’t have its own bathroom. So you have to walk into a totally different bedroom to share the shower. Very narrow balcony but ok for 2 people faces the street viewing a middle school all Very residential. Bedrooms are in back of property where it is even quieter and faces other buildings not pretty view but great for sleeping. Beds and linens very comfortable. We had a few issues on day 1 but Santiago & Natalia immediately responded and satisfactorily resolved it. Tiny convenience store with best prices for water (Campos Eliseo #50). Felt safe to walk to many eateries including Guzina Oaxaca, Turix Tacos and Conejo Blanco Coffee. Will be happy to return again!

Highly recommended, a super nice place, very quiet, no outside noise, very, very nice, very comfortable. Details like the coffee, juice, and milk in the refrigerator were great. I might add a couple of bottles of water. The only thing missing and that they don't have is air conditioning. For the price and location, they should have it. We struggled with the quality of the internet.

The house is large, airy and well organized, with dishwashing, washer and dryer. It has utensils for cooking and eating satisfactorily. The entrance is attentive. The area is safe for walking, with wide sidewalks, walking track and plenty of green, plus easy access to Uber. Of the 4 bedrooms, only 1 is not a suite; there is a toilet in the house (without shower), so the guest of this room had to use the bathroom of another bathroom. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Everything was fine, except for a few things that were damaged and some dust on the furniture. Also, during our stay, there were some strange noises in the apartment until 3 or 4 a.m.

My family and I traveled together — five of us in total, including my teenage daughters — and we all had an excellent time. There are restaurants, cafés, and everything you need very close by, all within walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Definitely a place I would recommend. We were treated extremely well, and our experience was very satisfying. The place was very clean, the service was wonderful, and everyone who assisted us was excellent. Santiago was very responsive and helpful. Everything met our expectations. We would definitely come back — we loved it. Highly recommended

This apartment worked very well for our group. Probably important to note that the fourth bedroom is not a true bedroom as it does not have any connection to a bath and the door leading to the bedroom is glass so there is not as much privacy. However, it was a nice comfortable room, according to our friend who stayed in it. Definitely good value for the money and we enjoyed the stay and would rent it again.

The apartment is super nice and clean. It's a bit old and has some issues because you can tell it was remodeled, but everything works perfectly. It's very cold because it hardly gets any sun. The host was there all the time.

Fantastic location, atmosphere and tranquility. I would definitely stay there again. Very spacious and well-kept rooms. Very well equipped. Very close to the action (restaurants and shops) but away from the noise. It would be perfect if it had air conditioning.

Can’t say enough about how great this stay was. It’s the best place in Mexico that I’ve stayed at — ever. The thoughtfulness in their home setup was amazing. It’s rare but I wish I lived there.🤗 The layout of the home was practical for our large group of 8. The kind considerations included quality toiletries, coffee, juice, milk cereal and even drinking water… Not common in my experience. Polanco was a gem too. Can’t wait to stay again.

The Airbnb was in a great location and matched the photos in the description. A complaint of ours was that there we were told we could leave our luggage at the apartment after noon. When we arrived at 12:30pm, the previous occupants were still in the apartment and we were encouraged to leave our luggage at the apartment with the other people still there. Our check-in was at 3pm and we got back to the Airbnb at almost 5pm and the crew was still setting up and cleaning the apartment upon our arrival. These all could have been very one-off situations and would not necessarily change my opinion about staying here again.

Overall this was a great Airbnb. The location was great on a quite street a 5 min walk to all of the shopping in Polanco and very close to many restaurants. The place was spacious and well maintained. Response times were a little slow, but not an issue. I recommend this place.

The area is fantastic, very accessible to restaurants, shops, nice for walking. The apartment is fine, but it needs a renovation of the bathrooms and doors at least. The entry code was given to us incorrectly. They sent us a video with instructions. They told us that after the number code you had to dial #, but the lock wouldn't open. After trying a lot and being quite desperate, my husband came up with the idea of trying the button on the left (the one that is a circle instead of #) and it finally opened. We couldn't ask them for help with this because we arrived at 10:00 pm and they don't work after 9:00 pm and don't respond to messages. Another thing I didn't like was the dishwasher. I would have liked that to have been in the description of the house. It was actually a dishwasher drawer, with very little capacity and it also works terribly. We ended up washing everything by hand. In short, it's not bad, but it wouldn't be my first choice when I return to Mexico.

Let me start by saying one single word: "OUTSTANDING!" It's a single level apartment on the 2nd floor with 2 working elevators. The layout is great - it was a total of 8 of us, we all slept fantastic! At night, it was nice and quiet. 3.5 bathrooms! Made it so easy for the family. The kitchen has everything! If you enjoy walking, just around the corner you have restaurants and convenience stores - and if you walk 5 minutes more, a whole bunch of great stores and more restaurants! Keep in mind that this area, Polanco, is one of the safest locations within Mexico City. We walked to a couple of museums, had street tacos and did some awesome shopping! But if you want to take an Uber ride, very easy and convenient. The only thing we struggled with was the internet, but MaiaHome is very responsive in helping out. I'm definitely staying here again! Great awesome place to be with your family on a vacation in the great city of CDMX!

Communication was slow from the start, in order to find out if I had access to early check-in at a cost.They were supposed to let me know the day before, and then at 11:39 pm they told me they couldn't because of what they had done to complicate my trip.Obtaining the access code and access to the parking lot was very complicated.Otherwise the apartment is beautiful and they were kind enough to leave some things for breakfast and some welcome sweets. Very clean and a good location. One of the rooms doesn't have much privacy and the king size bed isn't very comfortable. A good option for large families as the apartment has tableware, space, etc. for many people.

The house and the location was great. We truly enjoyed our time their with just a few minor issues. Like having to call for the WiFi and it took 2 days for them to come and set up, also the bathrooms got backed up and they had to come and fix them. Would have loved some instructions on how to work the t.v but overall a very pleasant experience.

It was an Ok stay, glass doors to the outside did not lock and we felt a little unsafe at night and during the day when we would go out for the day. Hard to get in and did not like the fact that host was asking for passports and ids before check in for my kids.

This was a great deal for a weekend stay in CDMX with friends. The place was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Walkable to nice coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores in Polanco. Check-in was a bit difficult due to security measures and a fidgety smart lock, but the place felt very secure. Hidden gem in the middle of one the classiest neighborhoods in CDMX. House gives out an 80s retro vibe. But not the fake, neon 80s. But the cozy, homely 80s of those who actually lived through the era. Plenty of rooms & beds for a family of 5. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, coffeemaker. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Steps away from Magen David synagogue. One block away from Masaryk Ave. where the best stores are located. Akin Rodeo Drive and 5th Ave. Swanky Palacio de Hierro is also 3-4 blocks away. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. If I had one complaint it’s about the water in the showers. It’s kinda complicated to get it just right. It comes out, too hot or too cold. After a while you can finally get it just right. But other than that, I’d have to give this place and its hosts a rating of 10/10. Will definitely try and rent again when I’m back in CDMX.
