The house it self was very pleasant. The location was also superb! Walking distance to many places to eat and shop. Pool was amazing also! Was skeptical at 1st heading down south but this area is super calm and upbeat. Went during Easter and had so much fun. Highly recommended this house!

The whole family loved the house, close to the beach. Mazatlan is very quiet, no inconvenience. The pool water was cold. The house was delivered to us very clean, tidy. Everything was excellent!!

The house was excellent, everything was very true to the photos, a very spacious space for all the people who were there, very comfortable and nice, it is a bit far walking from the Oxxo or the kiosk, but if you bring what you are going to use during the stay, there should be no problem

I love and have been to Mazatlán for many years and stayed in many different places including resorts. This was, by far, my favorite place. Love the location which is just three blocks from the farmer’s market where we were able to get fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese, etc. The house is beautiful and the hosts are amazing. The house is managed by a great group and is hosted by Silvia and Humberto who were absolutely amazing. Always going above and beyond to help us out. The house has lots of room, a great pool and backyard to relax. Mazatlán is a great place to visit. It is very safe, specially in a place like this. There are so many beautiful places to see, and my favorite is the city center. This house is located right at the heart of the city center.

There were 20 of us at the accommodation and we all liked the house and the area very much. The location is perfect for going to buy food and drinks (there is an Oxxo nearby), going to a restaurant or just going for a walk on the pier. The hosts (Alfonso and Zeyde) gave us recommendations for transportation and places to go. The house exceeds expectations (it looks better than in the photos) and a point to highlight is that it is in a quiet, safe and very beautiful area.

This accommodation is ideal for large groups, very spacious and well maintained. I highly recommend it

I was delighted with the house, and with the people who took care of us by message and in person, like Mrs. Silvia, who was very attentive to everything that was offered to us from the time we arrived in Mazatlan until the day we left. She was always available, this house is totally recommended to enjoy an excellent vacation 🙏❤️

The was perfect for my self and 12 guest! Spacious, clean and great location. Safe area, felt right at home, the house manager doña Silvia was a great cook, a great friend and the trip wouldn’t have been the same without her. Everything worked, AC, kitchen appliances and pool. The guest and I would def book the house again for sure! We will be back!

We had a great time for two days. The truth is that we were a little afraid of the issue of insecurity, but it seemed to me that everything was very calm, because there was a lot of security, a lot of surveillance, especially on the esplanade and tourist areas. The house is super spacious, I don't think the photos do the house justice. The pool is very cool, I thought it was only for children, but it is perfect for adults too because it has a good depth. The kitchen is very spacious, only the wifi has a weak signal, but personally it didn't affect us much. Amenities such as hammocks in the pools, the barbecue and bathrooms in that area, gave it a plus. The area where it is located seemed super good to me, it is very private, but at the same time it is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and others. Highly recommended, I hope we can go back soon. I rented Zeyde's home for a long weekend stay with 14 family members and it greatly exceeded our expectations. Disregard all the negative press about violence, we experienced a peaceful, memorable, fun time in this beautiful city. The home is luxurious, equipped with everything you need. It is large enough to provide plenty of private areas, yet features great family spaces and that beautiful patio with pool and bbq. Alfonso served as our host and he was excellent. I highly recommend this home for your family vacations.

This place is perfect for large groups and families! It is conveniently located in the city center and is also very private. Everything was great, the location, everything they show in the publication 10/10, the area is also very safe as well as our entire stay in Mazatlan, we had no situation that put us in danger, we would stay again without thinking Hope to comeback soon

It’s right in the center of everything, walking distance to the plaza and the local market. Great restaurants all around, walking distance to bars as well. We absolutely fell in love with the place and with the live in attendant Sylvia, she was so nice and extremely helpful, very attentive. We would literally just go stay again just to interact with her again! The host was great came and met us, let us do an early check in due to our flight being rescheduled to an earlier time which we were extremely grateful for. We felt safe and got to do lots of things!

My family and I traveled, we stayed in this house and we really loved it, you can't ask for more from this house, plus Alfonso did us a super favor, very good person. Thank you!

We appreciate their kindness and hospitality, they were really very attentive and helped us solve any issue that happened inside the house without a problem. As for Mazatlán, we loved it, we had an incredible time, the area of the house is very conveniently located, everything is very safe, easy to get anywhere, it is certainly a very good option if you want a nice, safe place to spend your vacations.

Very good place to stay, I liked the proximity to the Zona Dorada and its tranquility. Mazatlan is very nice as always and everything is quiet. I recommend it a thousand times and the weather this year was amazing!

At ease only the cold did not cool down enough and the pool had a lot of chlorine to my kids.

Our stay at this beautiful home was just perfect and was more than we expected. From check-in to check-out, everything was seemless. Our host response and the wonderful person at the home that met with us to make sure we had all we need, was juts great. We hope to have more large family trips so we can stay here again.

I want to recognize Mrs Sylvia, the house attendant, for all her help , she had the best ideas of where we could get food , medication , party goods , etc , I don’t know what we have done without her , we received exceptional service , when I left it seems like I was leaving my aunt behind , I would consider going back & staying where she’s available .

We really enjoyed staying here for our family reunion vacation. This house felt like home. Walking distance from great restaurants, bars and the beach. We also enjoyed the backyard pool and space. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed at this place for Carnival. It's not close to the Carnival area, but that's actually better because there's no traffic nearby.

The house was perfect for our group. It was clean and very comfortable. Despite the number of people, we weren't tight. Zeyde and Alfonso were in touch with us and were quick to respond. The house has a good location in the golden area a few blocks from Avenida Prinicpal. It's a clean and quiet street/neighborhood. There are 2 parks nearby. We really enjoyed it

This home is beautiful! Very spacious and located in a safe neighborhood. The accommodations are just as described. We had a very big group and were all comfortable each in our own space. Zeyde and Alfonso are great hosts. They let you be as you please in the house. (Following house rules of course) They’re both very easy to get a hold of at anytime to answer questions and offer recommendations on places to go. Highly recommend this house if you’re planning on traveling with a big group of people. Great for families with kids! They won’t want to leave! Gracias Zeyde e Alfonso!
