Gillian's place is just amazing. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean, spacious, and very well organized, with absolutely everything you need to feel at home. The views are amazing, and the location is Premium, close to the very downtown of Vallarta; within walking distance, you can find everything. Gillian's team helped make us feel comfortable at our arrival, leaving a couple of treats to welcome us! And they were paying attention to the details we had (Normal details in such a place). The pictures describe the place accurately, but the feeling inside is even better; the pool is amazing, and the team at the Bar is the best! Kudos to Raul, Lupe, and Kevin; they were very friendly. I will recommend the place as one of the top we have been to, and thank Gillian and her team for their support.

I would highly recommend staying here! I will absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Vallarta. The location is spectacular with amazing views and the pool speaks for itself! The host, concierge, and security always make you feel at home. This unit has EVERYTHING included and so many kitchen items for cooking at home, which we did all week! I've been to PV 25+ times and this is by far my favorite spot and would easily sleep 6 people! You will love it!

Better than the photos — felt like a boutique hotel. This place genuinely exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in. The photos do it justice, but honestly the space is even more impressive in person — the interior design is stunning, thoughtfully put together, and everything feels high-end without being pretentious. It had that rare quality where you walk in and immediately feel at home. What really stood out was how clean and well-maintained everything was. Not just surface-level clean — it was the kind of clean where you can tell the host takes real pride in the space. The smell was fresh and pleasant throughout, which as a guest makes such a difference. The view was an added bonus that made the whole stay feel even more special. It genuinely felt like staying in a boutique hotel — all the comfort and attention to detail you'd expect, but with a more personal and warm atmosphere. Everything worked, everything was in its place, and nothing felt worn out or overlooked.

This place set the bar for what an Airbnb stay should look like. From the moment we arrived, the host and property manager were incredibly attentive — responsive, genuinely warm, full of great local recommendations, and clearly invested in making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire trip. The condo itself was stunning. Pristine condition, beautifully curated decor, a spacious kitchen, and more fresh towels than we knew what to do with. Everything felt thoughtfully put together and spotlessly maintained. The location was perfect, the views were breathtaking, and the pool was on another level — massive, with a swim-up bar and amazing service. We did not want to leave. We most definitely will be back! Truly 5-star across the board — don’t hesitate to book.

Beautiful condo, well equipped and spotless clean.

Everything about our stay was fabulous from the condo, location and customer service. The condo is even more beautiful in person, you could practically live on the huge patio and we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool swim up bar! We can’t wait to come back.

This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and in researching the area, we found it difficult to determine what would be the best area to stay in, and we ultimately decided on Gillian's place for the views. After our stay, I am well satisfied that Gillian's place is in the absolute perfect location. It's on the beach, with views to the north along the beach, and it is situated where the 'Zona Romantica' (the old town with the restaurants and taco stands) meets the downtown area. It also sits at the beginning of the Malacon boardwalk and the outdoor market just steps away. Anything that we wanted to do was within easy walking distance. The place itself is very well appointed and is actually much larger than the photos suggest and the 24hr pool was a welcome relief from the mid-day heat. I would be satisfied to recommend Gillian's place to anyone and should we return, Gillian's place is the first one that we'll look for

We visited Casa Cobre with my parents and two young children. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The apartment is spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need which we appreciated since we love to cook. The view from the huge balcony is beautiful and we took in the sunset and fireworks every evening. The best part is the huge pool where we spent most of our time. Gillian was always responsive and is a great host and we would love to stay at Casa Cobre again.

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful condo. One of the best views ever. Very comfortable living room, excellent large sofa and very comfortable beds. The pool was definitely a highlight for us, and the guys at the pool bar were wonderful.

We loved this condo! The place was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The location was great. The building had resort-like amenities (huge pool, swim up bar) but it was in town, so we were able to walk to everything. The property manager Angel was very friendly and helpful, and communication was perfect. We hope to be able to stay again on our next trip to PV.

Gillian Leone's apartment was stunning. It was spacious and nicely furnished. We spent most of our time on the terrace watching the whales and admiring the beautiful bay. The pool and grounds were exceptional, the staff friendly and accommodating. Highly Recommend!

What a fabulous stay and apartment! Great, walkable location right on the promenade. All the restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Security is well staffed and friendly. The apartment itself.. wow! The views are spectacular. The furnishings and amenities were top notch. We were extremely comfortable in every sense of the word. We can't say enough good things about Angel... so friendly, helpful and responsive! This overall experience was an A+. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Simply wow! Gillian's condo is one of the most impressive Airbnb properties we have ever stayed in. It is perfectly located right on the beach and also in the heart of the Zona Romantica, within easy walking distance of many great restaurants. The condo building is beautifully maintained, with a huge infinity pool and an excellent pool bar serving delicious drinks and food. The condo itself is very spacious and has everything you could dream of needing. Stand outs for us were the huge walk in closet, the large and comfortable outdoor living space with a stunning view of the ocean, the large well equipped kitchen and laundry and the tasteful directions throughout. Check in and check out were seamless and perfectly arranged with Angel. He was extremely responsive and very helpful with all arrangements during our stay. In summary we cannot wait to make a return visit to this very special condo in PV. 5 star living!!

Casa Cobre is a wonderful place to stay, Great Views from the Condo, with fantastic sunsets. It was very clean. The Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. Located right on the beach in downtown Puerto Vallarta, so many restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. Angel the concierge was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We were on a family trip to celebrate New Year in a warm and cool place. This stay hits the mark 300% no other word than PERFECTION! We felt at home right away in Gillian outstanding spacious condo with a luxurious touch and the views are very impressive. This is perfect for a family of 4. Each of our teens had their private bedroom with bathroom and also enjoyed the beautiful pool a few times. We cooked breakfast and the kitchen is fully stocked and very convenient if you want to cook all meals. However we opted for dinner out every night and we literally did all the resto from Gillian and Angel’s list including many good restaurants in PV to enjoy fine dinning as well as local tacos shops. The evening scene and vibe in the Zona Romantica is also very cool and safe, including the Malecon and old town. All this is walking distance from the condo which is a huge +. Thank you so much Gillian for this memorable stay and we look forward to coming back at Casa Cobre.

A luxurious condo with expansive views of city, ocean and river. The large main balcony was our favorite spot for lounging and dining and several whale and dolphin sightings. The smaller bedroom balconies offered great views of the city and boating. The condo included all the amenities and luxuries you could hope for and was large and extremely secure. One of the largest master suites with walk-in closet we’ve seen. We loved the location - access to city and beach, restaurants, shopping and gym around the corner. The condo manager was very responsive and accommodating. If you want to experience luxury in the heart of the city, this is the place for you!

Gilliams home is as spectacular as the pictures, though nothing in photos can match the sunsets off the large balcony. The place felt like a home, not a condo. We felt like it was our own home from the first night we cooked in and ate dinner at the dining table on the deck. The host, Angel, was perfectly communicative through the entire process and was attentive to everything we asked while we were there. The location right on the ocean and adjacent to the Rio Cuale gave us fantastic access to the entire Zona Romántica and our two fave high-end restaurants in PV - Oscar’s and the River Cafe. Martín at the River Cafe was an impeccable host, made killer Mango & Passionfruit margaritas (get with a double shot of Don Julio Añejo - you will NOT be disappointed…) and the bananas foster show was epic! The home is exquisitely cared for and everything worked perfectly, except for the wine fridge (we survived…). Highly, highly recommended and we will be back!!

We had a wonderful week! The property manager Angel was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The condo was in excellent condition and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals in. The location to the Malacon, restaurants and activities was wonderful. We hope to return to this property again in the future!

Beautiful place in the heart of the Romantic District. The place was clean and very well furnished. The Kitchen was amazing and had everything you would need to cook a great meal—exceptional washer and dryer. We will most definitely stay here again.

Great relaxing time

Molino De Agua is located just right. Everything is within walking distance… the beaches, restaurants, mercado, malecón, and is situated in the romantic zone. Which to me is the best location in Vallarta. The views are amazing. The pool is big and beautiful with lush vegetation throughout, not to mention the Palapa swim up bar. The condo itself is also amazing, come with everything you need, it’s well stocked. We’ve been staying at Molino De Agua for years now. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this Airnb.

Absolutely gorgeous and clean! High quality furnishing. So much space and storage. The grounds and pool are meticulous! They're cleaned constantly. Angel might be the friendliest person in PVR.

This place was beautiful, loved the location! It’s definitely the best part of puerto Vallarta. Never had a meal away in the area. We will be back to this place in the near future!

Angel met us when we got there and brought us to the unit. He explained everything and was so helpful. He had a car pick us up at airport and took us to get groceries which was so lovely. The place is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Very spacious for our family of 4. Everyone loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was supplied with all needed to cook. Beds are very comfortable. We loved all the plants and how green they all were and kept up. Having a washer/dryer was also nice so we could do a little laundry while there. Everything you need is within walking distance including fabulous restaurants, good bakeries/coffee, and a great massage place just across the main entrance. The pool area and grounds are beautiful and the bonus is having food/drinks at the pool. They have a great swim-up bar and cook some fabulous food right there. Bonus staying at a condo and having this extra amenity! Did I mention how fabulous the pool area is? Can't wait to come back.

Perfection! Perfect location, stunning ocean view, beautiful condo, tasteful design, and very clean. This airbnb exceeded my exceptions. It is located in the heart of old town right next to the Malecon yet it still feels secluded and peaceful. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is overlooking the ocean. The home is spacious and comfortable. It is stocked with everything one could need. The host was fantastic and arranged airport transportation and grocery delivery for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

This is the best of the best in PV! Well appointed condo in an exclusive gated complex right on the beach. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Great communication and service throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Gillian was a fantastic host! From our check in with Angel (who was very accommodating, professional, informative, and courteous) through our last night, we were comfortable and happy. The condo looks even better in person! The open view, large living space, stocked kitchen, laundry room, independent AC's / temperature controls, and overall fantastic layout - all set this place apart from the many condos we've rented / viewed in the past. We were very happy with this luxury condo and will certainly recommend to friends. Walking distance from everything we could imagine, i cannot imagine a better place to stay in PV. It was exactly the vacation we were hoping for!

This Airbnb is amazing and even better in person! So the unit is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The views of both the ocean and hills is great. The location was perfect too as we were able to simply walk to all the local spots. When we decide to make another trip to Puerto Vallarta this Airbnb will definitely be at the top of our list.

Beautiful condo and a great location for us and our adult children to enjoy the pool, beach, ocean views, restaurants and nightlife all close by. Everything we needed was included. Room sizes vary from a huge master suite, nice size second bedroom and much smaller inner den converted to a bedroom. All were beautifully decorated and had ensuites. Communication before and during our stay was great. Thanks also to Angel who was onsite to greet us and answer questions during our stay.

My family and I recently spent ten wonderful days at Casa Cobre and we loved it. The residence is just so beautiful and private. It absolutely had a home away from home feeling. Gillian's attention to detail is superb. We were recieved with a welcome package, wine, gourmet coffee, locally crafted beer and snacks. The place has anything you could need from shampoo and conditioner to detergent and fabric softener and everything in between. Casa Cobre is perfectly located in the heart of PV, everything and anything your heart desires is in walking distance. Angel, our concierge, was so attentive and genuinely caring of our every need during our stay. To anyone reading this and looking for the perfect place to stay...look no further. You will be in the middle of everything and yet be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of beautiful Casa Cobre in Molino de Agua, PV. My family and I will definitely be back, PV is my favorite place the whole world.

The accommodations here are truly lovely. The views, gorgeous. The location, unbeatable. The furniture, abundant. You should know that the third bedroom is off the kitchen and is much smaller than the other two bedrooms. It is, nonetheless, comfortable and well decorated. Any issues we had with the unit were addressed promptly and completely by the management company.

Our stay at Casa Cobre was amazing and exceeded our expectations in all ways. It is a beautiful condo, located on the eighth floor with a spectacular view of the ocean and city. The condo is all new, wonderfully decorated, with a great floor plan. Having three bedrooms with baths was very important for us to have. The condo has big sliding doors that open the entire living space to the balcony with the great views. The location is fantastic. You can walk to the beach and old town of the city. We walked and explored all the side streets of the old town. Molino de Agua complex is beautiful too with a huge salt water pool and grounds. It is a secure complex with card access for renters. Joel and Angel were great hosts. They greeted us, and Joel helped us with many recommendations. One that was most special was having Chef Miguel prepare a delicious dinner in the condo. In addition, Joel was very attentive throughout our stay and helped during our checkout. I highly recommend Casa Cobre. Our vacation was one of the best we ever had. Yes, when I go back to Puerto Vallarta, I will rent Casa Cobre again.

Wow- what a place. We were the first guests in the gorgeous Casa Cobre. The photos are 100% accurate! Beautifully appointed, spacious, and views that defy description off of a beautiful lanai. Great location in the Zona Romantica, right on the beach with a phenomenal pool (with a swim up bar/restaurant. Pool Nachos!) 2 king beds and 1 queen, each bedroom with a bathroom. Kitchen has everything we needed and more. Walking distance to the Playa de los Muertos, tons of restaurants and bars. I walked daily to the Mercado Emiliano Zapata for fresh fruit/veggies, tortillas, and everything else we needed. Joel and Angel met us at check-in, and got us all settled. Max was a super responsive host. A+ all around. Can't wait to go back!!!!
