The house is very nice and large, although unfortunately we had some problems with the hot water, the heaters do not have capacity for the bathrooms and you have to leave 15 to 20 minutes between bathrooms. Regardless of that, Claudia's service was excellent, she was always attentive to all our needs. If I recommend this place.

We were unlucky that there was no hot water for bathing, because they only have solar panels and it was cloudy, the water was very cold. In winter they should have a gas heater for these occasions and stock the first aid kit well. They do not have the basics for a cut like hydrogen peroxide, Micropor and gauze. We had a mishap with a baby who cut his eyebrow and while we took him to the hospital, which is not close, it would have been useful to have the basics. Suggestion for other guests.

We are sorry about the experience with the solar heater, indeed it was cloudy days but only one observation one day in the middle of the morning, they were told that when it was sunnier there should be hot water. We would have appreciated being informed about the other days, but it was until your departure and you did not give us the possibility to resolve the situation. Regarding the first aid kit, it has the basics, but your suggestion to make it more complete will be taken into account. They were given suggestions for medical care and pharmacy in the same area. They were very good guests, who took care of the facilities, only the omission to communicate their incident with the water in a timely manner, it would have been taken care of, because we were attentive to their needs at all times.

All areas of the house are larger than what you see in the photos. It is a very quiet area. The house has everything you need if you don't want to go out and spend the weekend there, and the service is immediate. We will definitely return.

The house is really beautiful and the community where it is located is very nice and friendly. We didn't have enough days to explore more. All areas of the house are fully functional and otherwise comfortable. We were attended by Claudia who is really a very kind and decisive superhost. I would definitely return to the house. The pool was delightful at 30 or 31 degrees, it is not deep which is excellent for children, it is an excellent option to rest!

Very good facilities, the house is clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quiet atmosphere. We really enjoyed the outside with the right space to have a good time with the family, the pool with its solar panel, the temperature is perfect, not too hot or too cold. The house is very nice and very comfortable. They delivered it very clean and has everything you need to spend a very comfortable and fun weekend. The kitchen, dining room and living room are very spacious, in addition to having a very spacious roofed space and super father to live together and make a roast meat near the pool. The carport is very spacious, would fit up to 6 well accommodated small cars. The pool boiler doesn't get too hot in cold months, so it's a little cold. Overall, I highly recommend it, they were very attentive and it was a very good experience.

The house is very complete and beautiful, it has everything to spend an excellent weekend with the family, the town where it is located is very quiet and there are shops nearby to get what you need, the communication with Claudia was excellent and I was attentive all the time and it is great that they accept pets, the pool and the palapa area are very comfortable only to mention that the still with the boiler the water did not pass 26 degrees.

The place is beautiful and perfect for spending a few days of fun and relaxation with family or friends. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. My family and I were delighted with the swimming pool and the palapa area, we will definitely come back.

Everything very well with the facilities we enjoyed them very much. We had some issues with the pool because we ran out of light, totally oblivious to the owner. I recommend that you should use flannel sheets in cold times and put extra hand towels especially in the room where there are 6 people and some containers to store food. It would also be amazing to have the garden heaters in service again. I understand that it is a small town and that the people who come from the city are assuming that the internet service is the same as in our house, it would be worth mentioning that it is only for recreational use since the person who needed it for work was very difficult for him to attend to his activities. I want this information to be taken as a feedback for future guests to have a much better time than we do. Thanks for having us.

Excellent service, the house is very well organized, very attentive, very quick solution to situations. The only thing is that with the rain, the living room leaks and a little water gets into the half bathroom and the outside bedroom (it's not like we were flooded), but it's recommended. I would like to return.

It's a very nice big house, it fully met our expectations. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is working 100%. Claudia and Martín were always in communication and explained in detail how to get there and many recommendations for eating and activities to do near the house in the community of La Trinidad. I was happy to stay again! I highly recommend the house and the hosts.
