The apartment is very nice, impeccable and with everything you need for a stay with family or friends. The entire team is always attentive to your needs. The chef's food is very good, and they always serve with a smile and are very friendly. They always did more than what you asked of them and were always very willing. Everything is really very good. The apartment is on the ground floor facing the pool, so it's easy to be comfortable going from the terrace to the pool.

A truly stunning property with breathtaking views. We loved the warm pool, private beach with kayaks and SUPs, and perfect marina-side location. The spa experience was also exceptional. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and Chef Miguel was incredible - every meal felt like dining at a top-tier restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Puerto Vallarta Marina. The house was absolutely beautiful—super clean, spacious, and even better than the pictures. Every detail was thought out, from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor spaces. What really made this trip special was the staff. The cleaning team kept everything spotless, and the cooking staff was incredible—every meal was delicious and felt like something out of a 5-star restaurant. The best part? The service. Anytime we needed anything, the response time was literally within minutes. Whether it was a question or a small request, someone was always ready to help with a smile. The entire experience was seamless, relaxing, and just felt easy from start to finish. We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes, but this one truly stands out for the level of care and attention. We had such a lovely week in Puerto Vallarta! The house was truly beautiful, and the rooms were really big and clean. Having the housekeeping staff clean and do laundry daily was magical. And Mar and her team did a great job with the food! We were well taken care of. The only thing that made our vacation a little less than stellar (at no fault of the home/staff) was the view. I'm actually surprised to see no one has mentioned it in any reviews! It really took away from the relaxing nature of the trip looking out staring at Walmart and Sam's Club across the bay. In fact, one of the fishermen we hired to take us fishing one day told us not to let the kids swim in the water off the beach as there are alligators?! I have no idea if that's true, and we didn't see any, but the bay definitely didn't give off ocean vibes. There is a lot of construction going on nearby, so it was noisy and not beach-y. Again, no fault of the house, but wanted to make sure people knew if views were important.

The attention of the staff was magnificent, the food of the Chefs Uriel and Mar was delicious and the resolution of problems by Diego (a room did not work the weather) was immediate. The house is beautiful and very well located. Waking up and watching the cruises arriving at the marina is spectacular. The location allows you to walk to the marina where there are restaurants for all tastes. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 year old twin boys. The location of the building and unit are amazing, super close to the pool and with a beautiful sea view from the upstairs balcony. The building seems rather new and some things still seem like a bit of a work in progress. One of the few downsides was that there was construction going on in some of the units above, which meant that there was caution tape obstructing the most direct path to the pool, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Any other maintenance concerns or requests the super friendly and responsive property manager Majo took care of right away. A crew of 3 did a thorough cleaning each day, which was great. One thing to be prepared for is that the kitchen may not have everything you might want (e.g., we needed scissors and just bought some and left them there, and there is no coffee maker so we bought instant). But again, just let Majo know and she’ll take care of it.

We stayed here for our small family reunion. The house and staff exceeded our expectation. Everything was clean and beautiful. And the staff and chefs were so kind and accommodating! Having the chef cook for us was a highlight and favorite part of the vacation for the whole family! Thank you to them for making our vacation so memorable and wonderful!!

Mariely and the staff were excellent!!!! They were so friendly, communicated well and efficiently, and delivered exactly what was promised. I stayed here for a bachelorette trip and they were able to accommodate our every need! The food was delicious (especially the breakfast) and the rooms were pristine. Upon walking into the villa, everyone's mouths dropped at how gorgeous the place is - the pictures do not do the place justice. Uber accessibility was easy and the villa is about 5 min from the airport and 15 minutes from night life and other restaurants. If you are looking to book a stay for a large group, book here!! You will not regret it. From the lodging to the staff, everything was amazing!!

The house and grounds are beautiful, the staff however are the stars! We were introduced and warmly greeted by the whole staff upon arrival, with fresh limeade and snacks. Andrea toured the home with us and made us feel like it was our home. The staff were incredible, and above and beyond what I expected in service, friendliness and care. The food was amazing and the presentation was outstanding, something for even our pickiest eaters! It was a dream come true! And the staff made all the difference…

Great location. Short walk to the marina where there was plenty of restaurants and shopping. The staff at the restaurant on site were extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate you. The unit itself was beautiful and just steps from the pool. We loved how private and quiet it was. Will definitely go again.

Beautiful house. Clean and very spacious. There are 7 adults, the space was perfect. The photos in the app do not take justice to how beautiful the house is and its rooms and the entrance. Super !!!!!!!!! The location is at the back of the Marina. Very quiet, very private and with a lot of security. They don't let anyone in if you're not staying here. Fulgencio is super cool. Super easy check-in and check-out. You have access to the pool and beach as soon as you leave the living room. The gym is also available and included. The only thing is that if you need a massage or spa service, schedule an appointment before arriving. The rooms have AC, a living and dining room, and a bathroom with the necessary amenities. Closet for long or short term. The beds and pillows are very, very comfortable and clean. The photos don't do justice to how nice the rooms are. The kitchen has the basic utensils for cooking. This week they didn't have many people, we had the pool just for us. We had our speakers outside, but they did call us out for the volume. This place is very relaxing. We left delighted!!

If I can give more than 5 stars I would. Even prior to arrival, Fulgencio, the concierge, was helpful, proactive and answered all my questions. Fulgencio made our stay 5 stars and all his recommendations exceeded all our expectations. Any question/request asked of him was welcomed and completed/answered accordingly. Location: perfect. Close to the airport and easy access via Ride Share to downtown and other sights. Staff: While Fulgencio was amazing, Cecilia, Ulises, Diego and Irving were just as great. They were constantly catering to our every needs and made us feel comfortable. They found the perfect balance of catering to us but also made us feel we were alone the whole time. Honestly, 5 stars to the staff for making our stay one of the most memorable AirbNB experiences. Food: The menu was great and the chef met all our expectations. They were even able to accommodate special request and made us a dinner off the menu. Additionally, without requesting there were times we were lounging at the pool and/or living room, and the staff would randomly bring us mixed cocktails. They were much needed and thoughtful. The Villa: my only complaint is the pictures on AirBnb does not do this place justice. The Villa was breathtaking. It was unique, spacious, and luxurious throughout. 5 stars. Overall, we would definitely be returning. Fulgencio and the staff elevated this 5 star Villa well beyond what can be offered at most high end hotels. Book this place of available, because you will not be disappointed.

Amazing place and the folks the took care or us were phenomenal. Cecilia the Chef has amazing skills and absolutely loved her food. Our concierge Fulgencio was excellent. Very attentive to detail and made our families felt special. Had great suggestions as to wha to do. Definitely would recommend this house just for the service alone.

This villa is awesome! The pictures don't really do it justice. My guests and I loved the property. Thanks to Fulgencio and his team for creating an exceptional vacation experience for me and my guests. Over the five days we stayed at the villa, Fulgencio went above and beyond the call of duty and his staff followed his lead. Cecilia, supported by Ulises, prepared the customized menu for breakfast and dinner for us. My guests and I particularly loved the way she prepared our egg selections, the salmon sliders, and the french toast we had as part of the brunch menu on Sunday. And, the birthday dinner on Saturday blew us away. The table was beautifully laid out, full of vibrant colors from the various meats and vegetables and the mashed sweet potatoes and rice pilaf; My guests and I really loved how Cecilia prepared the food. Everything was delicious. At each meal, Ulises took our orders with a smile. Fulgencio's guest services team of Diego and Irving served our meals and handled my non-Spanish-speaking guests with patience and care. And the villa staff cleaned the grounds and our rooms in a timely manner every day and took special care not to be intrusive. But Fulgencio, as the leader of the group, is the main reason our stay at the villa was exceptional. He took me grocery shopping for the food, called taxi services for me and my guests whenever requested, and served as the primary point person for all of our questions or concerns. I especially appreciate him for driving me to the hotel where I stayed the day before coming to the villa to retrieve my passport. I was scheduled to return to the US the next day and realized I had left my passport in the hotel safe. Fulgencio insisted on personally taking me to the hotel and then taking me to the testing site for my mandatory covid test. Fulgencio understands how to support guests with high standards who demand exceptional service. He is a great listener and extremely responsive. Because of Fulgencio, I will definitely consider staying at the villa again in the future and have already spread the word (and shared pictures of the property) with some of my close friends and family. The one knock on the property is the wifi system. My guests and I could not consistently get the TV to work or stay connected to the Sonos system. But several of my guests brought their portable speaker systems, so we didn't let the wifi stop us from enjoying good music.

My family and I had an incredible stay in this amazing villa!! Fulgencio provided top notch service from planning an all day excursion, having mariachis play for us during dinner, doing a tequila tasting another night and getting us a DJ for our last night!! Since most of the towns bars and clubs were closed due to Covid, we were still able to have fun and stay safe. The chef, Cesar l, was wonderful! Everyone was very happy with the dishes he whipped up and were in awe as he tirelessly worked in the kitchen for hours. Irvin and Ulises, also part of the kitchen service, also added to the excellent experience. Every morning they greeted us with smiles and ready to get us coffee, juice or whatever we needed. The cleaning service was also better than what I find at hotels. The two ladies, Marlene & the other lady whose names escapes me, would even fold my clothes that were left out. Everyone and everything was exceptional that I could go on and on! The only minor suggestion for the owner is, when I made the reservation, it said breakfast and lunch were in included but we found out a couple of weeks prior that it was not the case and that only the chef is included. Guests are required to pay for the ingredients, so it would be better to make that more clear for future guests. Other than that everything was 💯 I will definitely be back!

This is one of the best villas in puerto Vallarta. The staff is amazing and fun to be around. Guillermo makes great food and Tomas is the best. This was the best trip I have ever taken to Mexico and this house was a huge part of that. If you have the money book this place!

The tres mares living space was more than we expected, specious, clean, beautiful and private, everything was in order when we arrived, Mariela mas extremely friendly and understanding, gave us a quick tour of the place and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Did I mention this place has a beautiful beach front view and amazing warm Olympic pool, near the Marina shops, everyone that works here was so respectful and willing to help in anyway. I absolutely recommend this place.

I'm just getting back from a bachelor party. There were 13 of us, and there really isn't a better place that I can recommend. We had no restrictions, of course, always respecting the house. The best services you can imagine. The people in the house take care of you and are always very helpful with whatever you need. They are the ones who helped us every day and really made us have an amazing time. Cesar, Dayana, Irving, Marlene, Guillermo and Yamilit Really the best house where you can stay to rest or to party.
