Leonor’s home is beautiful! The rooms are so well done, the colors are gorgeous and so inviting. Her terrace / patio is absolutely perfect. There were 4 of us and we had a fabulous time. Everyone loved their rooms. Everything was functional and we never needed help. You get a colonial Mexican home with soul and style which is so different from the new airbnb that feel like a cold hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat! 💗

We had a great stay with our group! The house was spacious, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. The home does show some wear and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. That said, we had a wonderful experience, felt it was a great value, and would happily stay again!

Great spot in polanco

We were 4 couples staying together. The house accommodated our group very well. We loved the decor, tile work throughout. We were able to purchase groceries at nearby Walmart express for breakfast and snacks. Great location, walkable to so many places. Highly recommend.

Amazing place! Really perfect location right in the heart of Polanco. Neighborhood is very nice and safe with lots of restaurants, shops etc. all around and an easy walk to great museums. Leonor was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Place is as nice as it looks in the photos and much bigger than I expected. Easy 5 stars!

We stayed at Leonor’s place for 4 nights in March. This was a beautiful house in a lovely, walkable neighborhood, very close to restaurants and shopping. The house itself was very comfortable, with a beautiful patio area where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The hosts were responsive and helpful.

Leonor's home is beautiful!! It was a dream, the home was perfect for our family trip. Everyone had a private restroom, making the stay so comfortable and convenient. The host was easy to communicate and fast replies. The home is located in safe neighborhood, we took walks to dinner at dark and felt safe at all times. We loved the charming decor! We all took showers approx. the same time and water pressure was great and always had hot water. The beds were comfy, we all got good rest. It is always my preference to stay in a neighborhood of a city I am visiting. I was familiar with the area and this is just a few blocks away from lots of shops and amenities. But a bit quieter because you are away from it. Nice local walking in neighborhoods and parks. Very central. The house is perfect for group travel. We each had our own space as well as the right amount of gathering space. Beds were comfortable and water was always hot and available during our stay. Hosts are very accessible and accommodating.

The house is great for large groups, each room having their own restroom is a plus! The neighborhood felt safe & peaceful.

This home was excellent! We stayed for four nights and celebrated Thanksgiving holiday here after our wedding in Queretaro. Polanco has always been a special neighborhood for us and it never disappoints. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and can’t wait to be back in the future.

Loved my stay here! The house is beautiful, and having a private bathroom in each room was top tier. The neighborhood is super walkable, with tons of restaurants, cafés, and street vendors nearby, there was always something to do. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great house and great location !

This was the perfect location for multiple couples and family to stay together. The location was very walkable with great food and shopping near it. The host was responsive and accommodating for our 2 week stay. And the courtyard was very enjoyable at all times of the day.

Our family of five stayed at Leonor's home in Polanco, Mexico City, last year at this same time so we had to return this year. We fell in love with the home and location. We have teens so were in need of plenty of beds and bathrooms - and Leonor's beautiful and comfortable home was perfect. We had two very minor issues come up but Leonor was quick to take action and correct the situation (people parking in the driveway). Loved that half-way through our visit the linens and towels, and trash, were taken care of and replaced. We're hoping to stay at Leonor's next year. Thank you, Leonor !!

I cannot recommend Leonor’s place enough. This was the perfect place for my five friends who had never been to the city before. In a walkable location with plenty of opportunity to easily visit other neighborhoods, our stay here was quiet and peaceful even during the busy holiday season. The outdoor space and community spaces were ideal for our group while also giving everyone plenty of privacy. Additionally, Leonor was always available for quick questions and support, and was helpful in coordinating our arrival and check-out. This is the best BNB I’ve ever stayed in.

Highly recommend Leonor’s place. Pictures sometimes are misleading but not in this case. Not only was it vibrant and wonderfully decorated but it was also very clean, roomy, and a few steps to lots of restaurants in Polanco. Communication was great too.

Great stay in the heart of POLANCO

Wonderful place to stay! It was my first time in CDMX and I felt so safe and comfortable. Polanco is beautiful and unique and this place is a quick walking distance to everything you could need. The beds were super comfortable and Leonor was very quick to respond to us and made our stay perfect. Thank you so much!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Leonor's place. When first entering the property there's a private open-plan patio with seating & tables, plus a hammock. The house is very roomy, with plants & a lot of warm colors everywhere. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms & closets. We stayed for 2 weeks & a nice thing is that Leonor made arrangements to pick up & replace the bed linens & bath towels plus for someone to come sweep the patio (Polanco is a beautiful & tree-filled neighborhood). I really can't complain about anything but wish: 1) there had been a binder with all of the information on the house as we couldn't access our email, etc. (our problem, not Leonor's). Leonor was quick to help us via texting & all was good. 2) there's parking for 2 vehicles off-street but neighbors (?) would often park in front of the driveway so we had to ask them to move to let us out. Again, we thank Leonor and her staff for a relaxing time at her property & hope to return soon.

This is a great location if you want to stay in Polanco. Lots of great restaurants, bars and even playgrounds. We walked to the zoo and had an amazing day walking around the Chapultepec park. Lots of shopping and places to walk to. Short Uber rides to Roma and Condesa for nights out!

Its location was ideal, within walking distance to many wonderful attractions and dining options, including the recently awarded 2 Michelin star Pujol restaurant. We were a group of 6 people and Leonor’s place was perfect - very spacious and the outside patio is a treat for hanging out. We picked the airbnb so we could host a special birthday dinner and it was the perfect location. The dining room is lovely and has a useful bar area for food/drinks. Very lovely place and area.

Our family loved Mexico City! The home is spacious with a wonderful outdoor patio - perfect for relaxing. We ate all of our meals out - abundance of restaurants in walking distance. Challenge is deciding which restaurants to choose. Uber is great for the activities a bit farther out. Beautiful parks with one only a couple of blocks away. Great for families or a group of friends.

Thank you for a great stay! The Airbnb was charming and in a very convenient and safe neighborhood. The only thing worth calling out is that the main door lock is a bit finicky, once you lock the door from the outside you cannot unlock it from the inside so at one point we had to double back to unlock the door for the rest of our party. There are two keys available but just make sure that one set is at home at all times.

myself and a group of friends stayed here for 5 days and it was a beautiful place, clean, king size beds, lots of space, bathrooms and showers for each bedroom, a good dining area and an amazing covered patio which was one of the highlights. the air bnb is located in polanco and in a quiet location but walkable to a number of places, and short Uber trips to others. our host was very responsive and friendly which was very much appreciated. we would definitely stay here again!

I would 100 percent recommend staying here. It’s in a great neighborhood & had a lot of great places near by. The house is beautiful & was able to accommodate a family of 6. Leonor is a great host & I would definitely book again!

Beautiful house, 1 downstairs room 3 upstairs. The purple bedroom and the blue room connect. Beds were not the most comfortable but the place was clean. No a/c but it plenty of windows to open which helps a lot. The only downside was that the wifi qas not working the entire time!

Leonor was a fantastic host! We loved the house - it is a great base from which to explore Mexico City. We even locked ourselves out one day and Leonor was so responsive and got us back in with a spare key so quickly. Could not recommend enough!

This is a lovely house right in the heart of Polanco, about 7-10 mins walk from restaurants in each of several directions, and about 10 mins walk from Walmart express grocery and the metro. Leonor was responsive and helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped and we loved using the outdoor living room / patio which is covered so rain wasn’t a problem (but is not screened in, so there can be mosquitos). Each bedroom was comfortable and has a bathroom which was great for our group. The two bedrooms in the front of the house do experience street noise from cars, etc. though the street is not particularly loud or busy. The upstairs of the house (3 of the bedrooms, and the indoor living room) does get very warm when the days are warm. It was about 10 degrees Fahrenheit warmer upstairs vs downstairs. Since the weather cools off at night, opening the windows does cool it down (but let’s in more noise). Overall, a great stay for our group in Mexico City.

Loved our stay in Mexico City! Leonor’s place looks exactly as described. The terrace area was AMAZING. We spent a lot of time sitting outside. Easy to park a car in the front which was super helpful! Always felt safe. Walking distance to many different areas, Ubers were cheap to get most places. Leonor was SUPER responsive and helpful. The only thing lacking was fans in the rooms, it did get pretty hot. Overall would absolutely book again!

Our stay at Leonor's house was even better than we expected. We spent so much time on the beautiful covered patio, just drinking wine and catching up with our friends. Each of us having our own bedroom and bathroom was extremely convenient. The house was squeaky clean when we arrived. The area is centrally located to several of the nicest restaurants; and while we couldn't necessarily walk to everything we wanted to do, nothing was more than a 20-minute Uber away. Checking in and out was very simple and convenient. Leonor was very quick-to-respond whenever we had questions. I would recommend this house to anyone else with a large group of friends!

The house looks as good in person as it does in the photos. We needed a big place for a group trip, and this was perfect. In case you missed it in the other reviews - EVERY BEDROOM HAS AN EN SUITE RESTROOM! What a luxury to not have to share with all your friends.l ;) Polanco is a super nice neighborhood and very a convenient starting point for exploring all around the city. 100% recommend this house!

My family and I had a wonderful time here in CDMX and enjoyed the home very much. Comfortable, spacious, peaceful and Leonor was available to respond promptly when needed. I would definitely come back to this beautiful home.

The house was perfect. Each room had a good size bed and each bedroom had their own bathroom. The area was safe and there were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The house was very spacious and clean. If you are planning possibly working remotely you may want to bring a hotspot. The Wi-Fi wasn't to reliable and we couldn't get any of the smart TVs to work. Only the local channels. Other then that the place was perfect, clean, and safe! We would definitely book this place again.

Super good! Well located, clean and perfect for large groups

I did a guys weekend with three other friends. Each of us had our own king bed and en suite bath. Plenty of space to host many more. Loved the beautiful courtyard (covered to protect from rain) and the character of the house. Leonor’s communication and the location (very safe) were excellent!

The house is big, clean and is located in a safe and very nice location. Walking did tan r to park and many restaurants. Leonor was very accommodating host and answered all my questions timely. I was traveling with the baby and asked for the high chair, which Leonor provided. This is a beautiful home and perfect for a large group or family. We had a party of 9 in our family and everyone loved it. The covered outdoor patio area was so lovely to start our day and unwind in the evening. Each room is so colorful and the decor throughout is very thoughtful. The location is very good and walkable to many great spots or transit lines to get you through the city. The host was extremely respensive when we had questions and it was a smooth check in and check out experience. Highly recommend!

Convenient location! Felt safe - good for walking around Polonco. Really cute, colorful house. Spacious with 4 bedrooms. We went during the hottest time of year in Mexico (May-June) and while it was gorgeous outside, we definitely could have used a fan or two in the house. Had we known sooner, we would have purchased some during our first day, but just dealt with it. Can open windows at night for bedtime to get some cool air in. Good value for money! Fun with group of friends. Leonor was quick with the message responding whenever we had a question!
