Mauricio and the rest of their team was extremely responsive and always had hospitality at the top of their mind. Mauricio is local and was present at the time of our arrival. He ensured our check in went smoothly and we also got to see him a couple of times during our stay. We had a total of 22 girls stay at the property and everyone was extremely comfortable the entire time. The property also had daily housekeeping, maintenance, and chefs (separate service) on-site, which made the experience all the more pleasurable. What stood out the most at this property was the attention to detail. From having Mauricio coordinating literally everything, to our little thank you notes at check out, to our welcome goodies, everything! This place really has it figured out. If you're hesitating to book - DONT! I would also take advantage of the other paid services they have to offer. It may not be the cheapest around, but it's trustworthy and worth it. Amazing stay at Jerome’s Villa. We were 10 guys celebrating my bachelor for one week. The villa has everything you need, well placed in Tulum. The services provided by the cleaning lady were great. The host was very responsive to communication and always able to help out. Would definitely go back and would recommend to others !!
