The house is amazing! My family and I had a very nice weekend! Each room has a bathroom, shower, and hot water! The tennis court is spectacular! 🎾💕! I would just add some reflectors so you can use it at night! The pool is very large and clean! I will certainly return 💕

we were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect place for us since everyone ended up having their own room. The space was beautifu.l Rosy and her spouse were incredibly helpful by making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was great: nice and quiet. The only small bit of confusion was when we were checking in late we could not find the doorbell to ring to get in. Would stay again!

Excellent place to stay. The only thing is I would recommend that they change some of the mattresses in the rooms and also the bed bases

Excellent house for a family vacation, the area is very quiet. The privacy of the rooms is excellent and the best thing is that each room has its own bathroom.

Rosy was very attentive to our requests and the accommodation was good. The showers and the light had some interruptions but there was a response and there was attention.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, the rooms are comfortable, a HUGE advantage is that the living room and dining room are separate from the bedrooms and that isolates any noise that would not allow you to sleep or disturb those in the bedrooms. The terrace is very nice and comfortable. All equipment and furniture in good condition. In our case, we decided to heat the pool, it was perfect, the gas cost is expensive, but it was worth it... We decided to hire Rosy and Toño, who take care of the property and it was an advantage, they are helpful, attentive, and help with everything. In addition, the City Market is 500 meters away, which makes it super convenient. We were very happy and will surely return to Los Laureles in April. Excellent My only suggestion to Marlene is to check the showers in the rooms, as one had tartar and the water did not come out very well. In 2 of them it took a long time (5 minutes) for the hot water to come out.

Excellent place, especially Rosi que nos coino extra. The perfect rooms to stay many independent. I loved what had sound system and the pool was delicious. The only bad thing is that it does not have air conditioning and the fans do not all serve well what generated heat especially in the nights. Marlene was very nice in helping us get to the house early.

A great place to spend a few days in Cuernavaca with family and/or friends. This is the second time I have visited it and like the first time we all loved it. Beautiful house, with many amenities excellent for several people

The couple that takes care of the house are super helpful. They keep everything clean and are attentive to anything we needed. The rooms themselves have a few things that could need an upgrade, like our bathroom door wouldn’t close properly unless you pulled it hard (it hit against the floor) but nothing too inconvenient. We were allowed to bring family over for dinner which not all airbnbs allowed. Overall it was a great experience and would book it again.

A beautiful house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a small desk. The pool is large (expect to pay 800 pesos for gas to heat it). There is a tennis court. Service staff are available for an additional fee. A good supermarket within a 3-minute walk. A quiet residential area. A good stay overall

I went with my group of friends and the truth is that we had a great time! The house was very well equipped, we were a group of 13 people and there were enough plates, glasses, chairs and space for everyone. Rocio was very attentive to whether we needed anything, she offered us the cleaning and meal service that we did not hire but still helped us when our soccer ball went to the neighbor's. Marlene answered quickly when I asked for Rocio's number. Hot water came out of all the bathrooms and there was toilet paper in all the bathrooms at check-in. The bluetooth speakers outside were very helpful. I would truly recommend this house and would definitely come back!

Marlene's house has everything she says... Rosy and Antonio's service and all the help they give is excellent, and they prepare breakfasts and meals with excellent seasoning and care on the grill. We would definitely stay there again. The only thing that is suggested is to maintain the pool and jacuzzi because the mosaics are starting to come off and can hurt someone.

This was such an awesome experience. We'll be definitely be coming back for our next vacations.

The house is spectacular, it's even more spacious and beautiful than we imagined. The bedrooms all overlook the garden, it is a perfect place for trips with friends or family. Rocío and Antonio live right there and helped us with everything during our stay.

Beautiful home, quiet and very clean. The home has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and all have their private entrance. No air conditioning but was not necessary, ceiling fan was more than enough (even with 90F degree days). The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pot and pans. Beautiful outdoor patio with comfortable furniture overlooking the pool, garden and tennis court. If we return to Cuernavaca this home will definitely be our first choice again.
