This was the best airbnb experience. The house was exactly as listed and MORE! Way more! It was so well kept. Exactly as described. On arrival it was spotless. It had everything as outlined. The area is a bit hilly but I enjoyed daily morning runs and walks. It’s so secluded and peaceful. We had daily visits from the local iguana. The ocasional coati stopped by. Had a few evening monkeys pop up in the area. The pool was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms and showers were pristine. The local area is a quiet paradise. You can find all you need in montezuma with so many hidden secrets. Go to Sabor and meet my friend Henry. Get the fresh tuna and don’t think twice. I’ll book this place again (maybe I already have). Don’t hesitate with Allegra’s place. Oh and Allegra…. She was amazing. The best recommendations and she literally responds promptly.

Beautiful house and pool 5 minutes drive from Montezuma. Very comfortable beds and everything lovely and clean. The house is huge...great if you were travelling as 2 families. The pool is also bigger than it looks in the photos. We saw Toucans in the garden and a beautiful Iguana.

The place was rad! The pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach and cruising around. The air conditioning work great! The lactation is awesome! The view from the master bedroom is beautiful! Also we loved our iguana friend that hung out in the back yard❤️🌴🌅🤙🏼

The house offered by Allegra was perfect!! There were 7 of us, and she even accommodated us for bedtime, great place, very clean and perfect for our 2 families. Allegra is a great host, she welcomed us with fruit, water and coffee, the place is quite secluded, but very close to the beach by car. Montezuma is a favorite for us! Allegra's house clearly helped with this favorite! We will definitely be back.

Excellent option for 2 or 3 couples (family) traveling in Montezuma area Great floor plan and the pool and deck are a plus We enjoyed the quiet once we arrived home from our day Lucky to see the sunrise from the upper deck and this was our 9th visit to Costa Rica and finally saw a toucan ( two birds visited us out of the upper bathroom windows one morning ) Awesome

Allegra was so helpful, proactively contacting us and making sure we had clear and helpful directions and super flexible regarding arrival time. The house is spectacular…even better than the photos. Absolutely stunning! Allegra met us at the house and showed us around ensuring we knew how everything worked and where everything was. She was so helpful with a brochure with local recommendations which we definitely used. We also had fresh fruit in the fruit bowl. The house, pool and location were fantastic. Secluded but also super safe and had everything we could need for a very comfortable stay. Allegra is also a super responsive host. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend. This is hands-down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The home is simply gorgeous! It is full of windows, making you feel one with nature. At the same time, it is modern, spotless and beautifully decorated. We would sit by the pool and see monkeys and amazing birds every morning! We enjoyed hikes, beaches and lots of great restaurants very close to the house! Lastly, Allegra and Iris are amazing hosts — always so helpful and responsible anytime we reached out and asked for a local recommendation. 10 out of 10! We will be back!

Everything is very nice. Excellent location, beautiful house, amazing host. 10/10 despite the workers around the property. Lots of light in the rooms in the mornings. You definitely need a 4x4 to get there.

Everything is excellent. The house is beautiful and super close to downtown Montezuma. The street is a bit neglected, but it's something outside the house. If they improved the street it would be amazing, since you need a 4x4 or a good car to get in.

We loved our stay! Great house , lovely pool, we saw Toucans and Iguana. Allegra has been there when we needed! Everything was perfect.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Secluded spot with lots of wildlife. Saw Tuscans and howler monkeys. Place is spotless and peaceful. Good air conditioning as well. Close to good restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Allegra’s place was amazing!! It was such a beautiful and comfortable home to be our base for exploring. Everything was clean and well appointed, with a great kitchen for cooking up meals when we didn’t want to eat out. Allegra had a welcome basket of fruit and a few amenities that were helpful after a long drive and ferry ride to get there. We used the pool and outdoor living space as much as we could, our daughter absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend and plan on coming back in the future!

We've stay in a fair number of houses on the Nicoya peninsula and in Montezuma in particular. The architecture and design of this house stands out among the places we have stayed. The pool was great and the seating on the deck is covered so you can enjoy the outdoors even if it is raining. We were greeted daily by the neighborhood Agouti and a troop of howler monkeys spent time in the trees by the road. There were abundant butterflies and birds. Highly recommend!
