Overview
Casa C*antini is a beautiful three-bedroom villa perched above the Pacific Ocean on the southeastern side of the Southern Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica. It is situated just minutes from the charming seaside town of Montezuma.
The Space
Designed and built by Rico Reolon, this villa offers a spacious and modern living environment. The property spans over 5,000 square meters and is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. It sits off a private easement road shared with only four neighboring properties, creating a community-like atmosphere similar to a gated development.
Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a large living room with expansive views of the garden and pool area through glass doors. The ground floor features two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom, a large contemporary kitchen that extends over the terrain, giving the impression of floating above the jungle. The kitchen includes a full wall of sliding glass doors that open onto a covered deck connecting to the pool and the rest of the house.
Upstairs, the master suite includes a private bathroom and a spacious lookout terrace. This terrace is ideal for yoga or relaxing while enjoying panoramic jungle and ocean views. From this vantage point, you can see the Pacific Ocean stretching out to the southeast.
The villa was constructed with sustainability in mind, carefully working with the natural landscape to minimize earth movement during building.
Accommodations
Casa C*antini can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests with the following sleeping arrangements:
- Master suite (upstairs): king-size bed
- Bedroom 1 (downstairs): queen-size bed plus a futon
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs): queen-size bed
Location
The villa is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Montezuma, where guests can find a variety of restaurants and two supermarkets. Numerous local activities and white sand beaches are also easily accessible within a short drive.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire house and all its amenities.

Beautiful house and pool 5 minutes drive from Montezuma. Very comfortable beds and everything lovely and clean. The house is huge...great if you were travelling as 2 families. The pool is also bigger than it looks in the photos. We saw Toucans in the garden and a beautiful Iguana.

The place was rad! The pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach and cruising around. The air conditioning work great! The lactation is awesome! The view from the master bedroom is beautiful! Also we loved our iguana friend that hung out in the back yard❤️🌴🌅🤙🏼

La maison offerte par Allegra était parfaite!! Nous étions 7, et elle nous a même accommodé pour le coucher, superbe endroit, très propre et parfait pour nos 2 familles. Allegra est une super hôte, elle nous a accueilli avec des fruits de l’eau et du café, l’endroit est assez reclu, mais très proche de la plage en voiture. Montezuma est un coup de cœur pour nous! La maison d’Allegra a clairement aidé à ce coup de cœur! Nous reviendrons assurément.

Excellent option for 2 or 3 couples (family) traveling in Montezuma area Great floor plan and the pool and deck are a plus We enjoyed the quiet once we arrived home from our day Lucky to see the sunrise from the upper deck and this was our 9th visit to Costa Rica and finally saw a toucan ( two birds visited us out of the upper bathroom windows one morning ) Awesome

Allegra was so helpful, proactively contacting us and making sure we had clear and helpful directions and super flexible regarding arrival time. The house is spectacular…even better than the photos. Absolutely stunning! Allegra met us at the house and showed us around ensuring we knew how everything worked and where everything was. She was so helpful with a brochure with local recommendations which we definitely used. We also had fresh fruit in the fruit bowl. The house, pool and location were fantastic. Secluded but also super safe and had everything we could need for a very comfortable stay. Allegra is also a super responsive host. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend. This is hands-down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! The home is simply gorgeous! It is full of windows, making you feel one with nature. At the same time, it is modern, spotless and beautifully decorated. We would sit by the pool and see monkeys and amazing birds every morning! We enjoyed hikes, beaches and lots of great restaurants very close to the house! Lastly, Allegra and Iris are amazing hosts — always so helpful and responsible anytime we reached out and asked for a local recommendation. 10 out of 10! We will be back!

Todo muy bonito. Excelente Ubicación , la casa preciosa, host increíble . 10/10 a pesar de los trabajadores alrededor de la propiedad . Muchísima iluminación en los cuartos en las mañanas . Definitivamente se necesita 4x4 para llegar .

Todo excelente. La casa es preciosa y súper cerca de Montezuma centro. La calle está un poco descuidada, pero es algo ajeno a la casa. Si mejoran la calle sería increíble, ya que se necesita un 4x4 o buen carro para ingresar.

We loved our stay! Great house , lovely pool, we saw Toucans and Iguana. Allegra has been there when we needed! Everything was perfect.
