We are sorry that this stay did not meet your expectations. When the bathroom light issue was reported late at night, we responded immediately and informed you that maintenance would be sent first thing the following morning, which was accepted. As is common in most destinations, non-emergency maintenance services are generally not available in the middle of the night. We always strive to address concerns promptly and professionally. While we regret that a burned-out light affected your experience, we are pleased that Airbnb reviewed the matter and provided a resolution. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
