A great experience at this place. Carlos Arturo was always attentive. The location of the place is very good, although since it's on a public road, you should take the normal precautions (lock the door well, don't leave belongings in sight at night, etc.). The pool with that privileged view of the sea is dreamy. My family and my pets had a wonderful time. We definitely highly recommend this property.

Everything was great and comfortable; we had everything we needed close to the accommodation, and the communication was excellent.

Everything was excellent for the price that was paid, only the lady who cares I recommend a little more training on how to treat a guest , I wanted us to put everything away, wash the dishes etc and I think I had no tact to ask for things

An excellent option to rest on the shore of the beach, this is as the photos shown, very comfortable place super centric oxxo grocery stores all steps away, the whole house very clean towels and linens in the same way, certainly an excellent option to vacation with family or friends, the nights are quiet with noises more than the sound of the sea; Arturo the host, always attentive, without a doubt we would return thank you Arturo

the house is very well located, centrally located and with large enough spaces. There were 10 of us and we never felt tight. The comfortable beds and towels sufficient for both personal and swimming pool. Arturo was very attentive to us and we felt the house like ours for the weekend thank you ☺️

A very peaceful place

Great place to stay! You can't beat being right on the beach! The pool is a huge bonus if you have kids. Beach is a shore break, so unless you are an experienced ocean swimmer, I don't recommend swimming there. Keep kids away from the ocean water! The grounds keeper Mrs. Andrea was extremely nice and lives on the property. She greeted us for check in and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. Keep in mind she only speaks Spanish, but she was there for us whenever we needed something or a recommendation of nearby places. We left her a generous tip and I recommend anyone who stays there does the same. Overall the house was great, and so was the location. If we are traveling back to Manzanillo, this place will be at the top of our list of places to stay. Gracias por todo!

One of the few places where you can have 30 days of perfect weather! Always fun to watch the ships going in and out of the harbor. Plus your very own private swimming pool!!

This property is exactly as shown on the Air B&B site and conveniently located to all amenities. It truly is a beach front property with the beach right at your front door. Pool area and grounds were immaculate. Arturo was always available to assist us with any of our needs and questions and always responded in a timely manner. We were a family of 7 spending 2 weeks together and we were all were very impressed with Arturo and his home. We will definitely be returning.

The house is comfortable, although the furniture is not very modern. It has a good location with restaurants and shops quite close by. The plus is definitely the pool, and the beach, although it's not an area where you can swim in the sea. It has all the services listed, we needed nothing, and communication with Arturo was quick at all times.

Excellent house and pleasant stay. The host is super attentive and always attentive to our questions. It is a very spacious, clean, comfortable house with a large and beautiful pool. The water in the pool is always at a very good temperature and in the showers there is always hot water. The house is on the waterfront and from the terrace and pool you have a fabulous view. The location is excellent, very close to restaurants, oxxo and supermarket. We spent a week on vacation and really enjoyed it. We definitely hope to be back soon soon!

Excellent place. The view and location are unbeatable. A roomy and comfortable house. The pool of 100. Warm, always clean. Thoughtful and very nice gardens. Hosts and dependents are always available and willing to resolve any issue. We asked for an extension and they took us in an hour or two one of 10 meters, super! Very good communication, excellent recommendations for any need. Close to restaurants with excellent food. The tacos Colima, the huicholita, the horse and the big beams are places nearby and very good value for money. Really recommended. The Marinero is a bit more formal, but it's worth a visit, excellent service and quality according to what you pay. Internet is not available for online work. It has little coverage. Although there are plenty of kitchen items (extractor, coffee maker, silverware, lots of dishes! assorted pots, etc.) it is advisable to bring some pans or pots for specialized use (stables for star eggs, pot for broom or seafood cooking, or pots to serve large amounts if there are many guests). It's a really recommended place. We were very comfortable.

Arturo is such a great host answered all my questions right away very nice and polite. The house is beautiful the pool is great we all loved it. The area is good a lot of restaurants and stores near by. All my guest loved it we will be coming back.

A great house for family vacations! The house is attached to the beach, although it is not suitable for getting in as the surfing does not allow it, but you can spend a nice afternoon sitting on the sand. The furniture in the house is rustic (wooden) and you have to take care of it, the cousin is well equipped (although you have to bring her own oil and condiments), the pool is always warm because all afternoon it gives the sun, daily cleaning goes on your own (unless you want to pay Mrs. Andrea), the garden is very well cared for, every day the gardener goes to the house (Mr. Bernardino is not very sociable, but he is a good person). Upon our arrival we were greeted by Mrs. Andrea, very kindly, communication with Arturo was always constant and very attentive, a very pleasant stay for my whole family. I highly recommend it.

The pool is clean and a good size. Cleanliness is fine, the gardens are well kept. The beach is not suitable for swimming, but it is good for walking. House is very close to convenience stores. Arturo and his mom are very friendly and flexible.

This is a wonderful beachside house! It was completely relaxing and I spent many hours in the pool gazing out at the bay. We ate out a lot but also had the chance to cook a few meals here and had everything we needed to do so. The house was clean and typical concrete and tile construction you find in MX. It seems like there were daily visits by staff for grounds work and the attention showed by the green grass and beautiful flowers. Arturo offered a mid-week cleaning of the house which we declined. AC and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and ceiling fans in main rooms but the beginning of April temperature didn't really require them with the beach breeze so only really used at night to sleep. Lots of dining nearby. Not sure if there was a washer/dryer but used very reasonable laundry service in town that washed, dried and folded closthes. No TV, but who's looking for TV when you have the sea at your door. There was a neighbor's dog who woke me up a few times with barking but that is outside of Arturo's control and we ran AC at night so didn't wake up again. We loved our stay and would book this house again in a heartbeat!

A very nice house, well distributed spaces, all amenities Just what I was looking for, a cute house just off the beach, with a pool, an Oxxo across the street and fences supermarkets, a restaurant still on the side. Arturo is an excellent host, precise arrival and good communication, even typical antojitos and nice took us a day later. Tipazo!

Better place, impossible. To start, the location is excellent, nearby has a supermarket, on one side is a restaurant, the house is in the beach, then you just take a few steps to get to the Sea. Arturo as host was extraordinary, always responding as soon as possible and was aware of everything we needed. The House was impeccable and was much more than I expected. We would definitely stay again 💖
