The place is ideal for vacationing and especially for relaxing. It is completely accurate to the description. We loved that it had absolutely everything needed and every little detail to make for a pleasant and very enjoyable stay, especially that it had multiple accessories for the pool and the lagoon that is right in front of the pool. The spectacular rooftop from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. We were even lucky enough to see the wonderful MOON on the lagoon side and the SUNSET on the SEA end at the same time! We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Big spacious rooms, clean and well-furnished living area. Lots of bath and pool towels. Everyone loved the place. The kids would not get out of the pool. Only knock I have is that the pool goes from the steps straight to what seems like a 5’ depth. So the couldn’t really just stand and relax outside of the steps or the small “shelf” where the umbrella goes. They had a bunch of pool and beach gear. We borrowed the boogie boards for when the tide rolled in. We will definitely be staying again when ever we come back down.

Everything is amazing. It's a quiet and private area for a family or relaxed getaway. There's access to the pool, and there are boards to get into the lake. There's also a hammock and a seating area on the terrace with beautiful views. We stayed in August 2026. Highly recommended, and Ms. Stacy is very friendly and responds quickly.

We loved our stay here! The location is great, very close to the beach. The place is very nice, quiet and perfect for resting. We really liked that there were no street vendors, since it really is a very quiet residential complex with few people, which allowed us to relax completely. The pool is very nice and pleasant, ideal to enjoy as a family. Overall, we loved everything and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Islas del Mar, Puerto Peñasco! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The private pool was a huge highlight for our family—clean, refreshing, and perfect for both the kids and adults. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and well maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Puerto Peñasco. We can't wait to come back!

This place is amazing. Our party of 8 enjoyed a fantastic long weekend getaway at Stacy's place. She has thought of everything, and the home is very well organized and super clean with great amenities. She is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Peñasco King. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful stay in Puerto Penasco! Islas Del Mar is a beautiful community & felt very safe. It was awesome having access to the beach and Lagoon which were both unique and very entertaining for the kids. The tide goes out twice per day & when it’s low, it goes out over a mile! Even when it’s high it is very shallow so the crab, seashell & hermit crab finding is fabulous. The home is stocked with everything you need to enjoy all the water options - floaties, sand toys, pool noodles, paddle boards, beach towels, umbrella etc. The rooftop area was breezy but delightful to watch sunsets, grill dinner & enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms are nice & clean and there was tons of storage space in the bedrooms. Each room is on its own mini split & have blackout curtains. The host has everything in the house labeled which made it so easy to navigate! The resort filters the water, but I would highly recommend bring bottled water to not get sick. Would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and relaxing. We usually stay in Las Paloma’s resort but due to the holiday we wanted something more peaceful to relax and this place was perfect for just that! We loved it and will definitely stay in the future!

Stacy thought of everything someone might need when staying here. Access to the ocean and a short drive to downtown. This is a great way to experience Puerto Piñasco.

We felt right at home! It was a lovely living space, the views were amazing! We really did enjoy our time in the pool and even had a BBQ while enjoying the sunset.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, at all times we felt at home, it was super cool that a few steps away we could be in the sea and in turn have the pool or the view of the lagoon. Communication with Stacy was always appropriate and she was available for any questions we had. I highly recommend it if you want peace and quiet and to disconnect from society, I hope we can return very soon.

The place was so relaxing, it had an amazing view, very close to the beach. Stacy was always in touch and made sure everything went smoothly

This place is amazing. 4 of us (2 couples) stayed for a week and loved the location for its quietness and views. Hard to beat the sunsets from the rooftop swings and the sunrises from the pool area. The house is fairly well equipped with essential. It was great to have the option of parking in the garage also. We contacted a massage company that we found from the flyer in the house and they came to us for couples massages on the rooftop which was unbelievable. Being only 15-20 minutes from town was great for us as we drove our car into Mexico but if you need to shuttle places this may not be your spot. Stacy was very quick to respond to a couple of minor needs. When we arrived the pool had a bit of sand in it and was slightly cloudy but Stacy had the pool company out the next morning. We were able to meet him and got some great local recommendations for seafood, restaurants and fishing charters. We would love to come back and stay again at this place

We all had a wonderful time! We will be back since it is such a short drive from the Phoenix Area. The only thing that was bad is we only had one paddle for the 2 paddle boards. I'm sure they will have the broken paddle replaced before the next guest. Everyone was very friendly. Stacy answered all my questions right away.

Great location, beautiful view’s. Stacy’s place was just how the pictures present. We definitely spent a great time as a family the kids enjoyed the pool, and paddle boards. We will definitely be booking again when coming down to Rocky Point.

My wife and I go to Rocky Point several times a year, for many years now. But, we had never stayed in Islas Del Mar. With that being said, I’d have to say this bit of a hidden gem is not to be missed. Particularly if you stay at Stacy’s Puerto Pensacola King. This beautiful, nicely appointed, super clean house will now be our go to place to stay when in RP area. The heated private pool was well worth the nominal charge. The upstairs deck is to die for. Views of the lagoon on one side and stunning ocean/sunset views on the other side. Relaxing in the incredibly comfortable single hammocks……incredible. If you’re looking for a super relaxing, superb quality, high end place to stay in RP, the Puerto Pensacola King is the place to be. And, you can find no better host than Stacy.

Great location away from town. Quiet. Beautiful view next to the lake and a short walk in the other direction to the beach. We enjoyed paddle boarding on the lake and spotting the various birds in the sanctuary.

Great stay!

The place is very nice and relaxed, if you're looking for something away from the noise it's perfect. It's just that there are no shops nearby, and that's a bit inconvenient. I would have been delighted to know that there were additional costs for certain things, e.g. turning on the boiler, to be able to decide whether we accepted despite the cost. Also, some of the fines seemed very exaggerated to me, although I understand that there are rules, the costs are excessive. It's the first Airbnb I've come across with these kinds of conditions.

The house was really great! It’s modern and very clean. It accommodated my family perfectly. The scenery there is incredible, especially at sunset and sunrise. It’s truly a beautiful place to stay. Stacy was super helpful. I can’t wait to book another trip!

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend celebrating my brother’s birthday at this Airbnb. The space was spotless, the view was stunning, and the host was always available and very helpful. The location felt very safe and private which we loved. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

The house was very beautiful. It came with a very beautiful view. The house was spotless super clean when we got there fully loaded from napkins to toilet paper everything to cook. We did take ATVs so it was perfect that it comes with the garage. The AC was perfect because it was hot. I will definitely return to stay there again.

Stacy's place was great for our trip to Puerto Penesco! The home was very comfortable to stay in as a family. The views were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the paddleboards. The rooftop deck was such a cool spot to hang out, grill, and eat meals. The neighborhood was private, safe, and a perfect destination for our family!
