This was our second time renting this condo, and we had another fantastic stay! The rooftop pool is AMAZING and the view of the ocean from the pool area is breathtaking! We also really enjoyed the patio attached to the unit. Check-in was very easy and the condo is located next to wonderful restaurants. The condo is centrally located. The host was very helpful with providing restaurant recommendations and other helpful information. We would highly recommend this condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was perfect, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing—a true highlight of our trip. The host was fantastic: very welcoming, responsive, and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a great stay at Andres’ place in Playa del Carmen. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean, well-equipped, and even had a washing machine and a drinking water supply, which made things super convenient. The rooftop was definitely a highlight — a beautiful infinity pool with a nice view, a bar, and even a hot tub. The whole area felt peaceful and not too loud, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The main road is easily reachable on foot, and the surroundings are green and inviting. Parking in the garage was also a big plus. Overall, a great stay — we’d happily come back!

Beautiful place

Great communication, lovely place. The beautiful rooftop pool with a view of the beach was the icing on top. For those surfing for where to stay, 38th St near 5th ave is absolutely perfect for a stay in Playa: great restaurants and very close beach access. Great vacation for admittedly picky New Yorkers. Our family had an amazing week at Andres’s condo. He was incredibly helpful with transportation recommendations as well as restaurant and grocery store recommendations. The unit was exactly as described. The patio was a wonderful place to relax and the condo was spotless and spacious. The rooftop pool was incredible! Stunning views! The gym was a highlight as well. The condo is right next to excellent restaurants and just steps away from the beach. There is 24/7 security so we felt very safe. Our family loved our stay! We highly recommend Andres’s condo!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Area was walkable and safe! The rooftop pool area was the best view in the city and was very clean and never too crowded. Front lobby workers were friendly and helpful too!

Amazing stay in Playa Del Carmen with our 3 kids. This condo was clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay! It looks exactly like in the picture. The balcony was large and not in direct sunlight so perfect. It is located near the main streets with many restaurants and beaches nearby yet being very quiet. I will definitely go back! Host is super responsive and made sure our baby crib was in the condo for our arrival! Pool upstairs had amazing view and not too crowded.

Wow…we had an amazing time here. The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was super clean and smelled very fresh. Kitchen was fully equipped. There was even a washer and dryer! They also provided drinking water, coffee, and tea. The rooftop pool and view is spectacular. The balcony was huge and was great to take to sit and people watch. The concierge were all very friendly and accommodating. The location is within steps to the beach and tons of restaurants on 38th. The famous 5th Avenida is a quick 4 min walk from the condo. I would definitely book this place again.

We loved our stay at Andre’s place! Great location, close to lots of restaurants and close to the beach. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony every morning listening to the birds. The rooftop pool area is also a big plus. Andre and Jarad and Shevawn were extremely helpful and provided a lot of recommendations. We would absolutely stay at Andre’s place again and would definitely recommend it!

There are many restaurants nearby and it's close to the beach. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were also great. The accommodation was impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. If I come back to Playa del Carmen, I'll stay here.

Great condo! Had everything we needed. Beautiful place, great pool, awesome location. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The second bedroom has a door with direct access to the main hallway/stairwell/lobby and it can be very loud through the night and early morning as guests come and go.

The apartment is very nice, spacious as it is in the photos . The wonderful location and excellent communication with Andres. We'll definitely be back .

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. It truly felt like home during my stay, and if I have the chance to return to Playa, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great stay for my family including 2 toddlers and 2 grandparents. Elevator in building, secure parking and great lay out. Host were attentive and great at communication. Apartment was clean and new. Highly recommend.

Andres place was a great find in an area of Playa del Carmen that provided the perfect amount of something to do but away from all the touristy chaos to where my family could still enjoy ourselves. The condo is located in a new building within a couple of steps away from the beach. Me and my family (2 yr old toddler) felt very safe inside and outside. The Main Street outside of our condo felt like a mini Tulum without the drive, crowd size, and price of tulum. Andres was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and super responsive. No more all inclusive for us anymore! We will definitely be booking this spot again if we find ourselves back in Mexico.

The location was convenient to the main down streets. We really enjoyed our stay!

First level apartment in one of the newest buildings in the exclusive area of Playa de carmen. The nice pool with a very good view. The apartment has everything you need. Little cold water (heats up fast) in the showers and sinks but nothing annoying or unpleasant. Very nice reception rau, attentive and helpful. He can manage tours and other activities to get to know the tourist places. Parking inside the building in a basement. The building is close to 5th Avenue Norte, for the south area it is necessary to walk a little more but nothing complicated. Nice stay, the host quite attentive that we were comfortable and with good recommendations. We would definitely return to this apartment.

The apartment complies with everything promised

We stayed at this condo for 3 days and exceeded our expectations. The space is modern, spacious and has all the necessary amenities, from a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy room to relax after a day of exploration. The beds are very comfortable, and the cleanliness of the place was impeccable. Best of all, the location: Close to 15th avenue , which allowed us to enjoy everything the area has to offer without long commutes. The common areas of the building, such as pool/gym/terrace, were a great plus for our experience. The host was incredibly responsive, making sure everything was in order from the moment we arrived. He was always available to answer questions and offered great recommendations for places to visit and eat.

This place was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and we felt safe at all times. Getting into the garage was a bit tricky at times, but I felt safe knowing that the guards were being proactive and not letting strangers onto the property. Andres and Shevawn both checked in on us upon our arrival. On check in day, Andres sent over recommendations for food and places to go. We tried four of his recommendations and they were all great. Any questions that I had after checking in, and even before we arrived, were all answered quickly. I would definitely stay here if I visited Playa del Carmen again.

The location of this apartment is great! It was in perfect distance to the Beach, 5a Avenida, and amazing restaurants right downstairs from the building. Andrés was amazing and even helped us out with coordinating airport transportation on our last day! I highly recommend staying here

Andres was very responsive during our entire stay. His place was impeccable and had a great location, steps always from the beach and best restaurants.

The area was much nicer than I expected; I didn't really know Playa Del Carmen going in and this was a top-tier condo building in a top-tier beach/resort area connected to the main entertainment corridor. Even better, it was a block away from the busiest parts so the perfect blend of quiet home base with easy access to all the action. The responsiveness from the host was more or less immediate and the facility staff were friendly and professional. Parking was underground and guarded, and added a lot of value to the venue, the street parking was iffy at best so having a full complex/garage was great.

Absoltely amazing location. The rooftop pool was breathtaking. The space was clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. it's a beautiful unit.

Great place to stay. We love the rooftop pool and bar. Prices at the bar were very affordable. We were there four nights and ate in a different restaurant every meal all within walking distance. The host were very responsive and did their best to accommodate us.

Throughly enjoyed my stay. Condo is at a great location in PDC and the building has all amenities as listed. Andres was a great host and always responsive. I hope to come back again in the future!

Excellent stay at PDC! The accommodation is very well located close to the beach, Calle 38 which offers good restaurants and services, the supermarket and the famous Quinta! We loved everything and especially the pool which has a beautiful view. The accommodation is fully equipped, we did not miss anything and the bedding was worthy of a large hotel. Thank you to the host for their responsiveness and valuable recommendations upon arrival. I recommend it without hesitation and I will definitely go back.

The place is good

The place is very clean, bright, peaceful, yet steps away from the beach, 5th Avenue and amazing restaurants. Andres was very quick to respond and assist when needed, also and provided great recommendations of the surrounding area. We'll definitely come back to this place next time.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful 2 bedroom condo! Exactly as pictured. Comfy beds and nice showers. Lovely terrace. Peaceful location close to 38th Street which has upscale restaurants. Close to restaurants and shopping on 5th Avenue. Beautiful rooftop deck with an amazing view. One block to Encanto Beach Club. Pricey, but it includes food and you can also do take away. Andres was very responsive and helpful and arranged our transportation. Definitely recommend!

This condo was perfect for our stay as two couples. The rooftop pool area was amazing with beautiful views. The bartender up there makes a great guacamole! Lots of good restaurants within a few blocks. We would love to stay again in the future!

This is a beautiful condo in the best area of Playa. The host was very responsive and friendly. The bedroom was very comfortable and the living area felt like home. Mornings on the deck with coffee was very relaxing and the view from the pool was spectacular. We will be back if available

I love the location

Incredible place to stay! Location is just perfect - right near the beach snd all the restaurants on Calle 38 / Quinta Avenida but tucked away on a quieter side street so no noise in the apartment at all. The apartment itself is clean, spacious and has great modern finishing and a huge balcony. The building’s shared rooftop is just spectacular!
