Excellent and timely communication from Irma as a host, the person who assists in the house is very friendly and helpful, inspires confidence In general, we really enjoyed the accommodation, with places very close by to visit and eat well

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, the house is old but it is perfectly preserved, it has full bathrooms in each room, which is very convenient for groups of several families. The pool is very good size and has chapoteadero for the little ones, in addition there is a lot of green area which makes it perfect for families with children. The host's attention was excellent, always very attentive.

We loved our stay in Melaque and would love to come back! The house was great for our small group of co-workers. Beds and rooms were very spacious and so many great spots to hang out. In the pictures, the color of the pool looks a little off, but in person, it was perfect. Great easy access to the beach. Super peaceful to hang out and listen to the waves. Surrounding area is very relaxed. Can walk to restaurants. Best part of house was Noemi, who helped prepare meals for us. She is fantastic and super helpful. Highly recommend having her cook for your group or family. And the host is great and super responsive as well! Highly recommend this place!!!

My experience at Irma's Airbnb was fantastic. La casa es increíble, tal como se muestra en las fotos, y todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. La alberca es genial, y la vista al mar es hermosa. Irma fue muy atenta y se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos, incluso ofreciéndonos flexibilidad con los horarios de llegada y salida. El lugar es perfecto para relajarse y es ideal para grupos grandes. Lo recomiendo totalmente para una estancia agradable y divertida. The pool was great, and the ocean view was beautiful. Irma was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, even offering flexibility with check-in and check-out times. The place is perfect for relaxing and is ideal for large groups. I highly recommend it for a pleasant and fun stay.

Irma’s place more than lived up to its description. It is a beautiful home on the water where you can lounge by the beach, listen & see the waves, take a dip in the pool if too warm or walk along the beach. Kitchen is great place to cook and beautiful. We even had a barbecue and ate in the outdoor bar area…next to the hammocks. Grocery stores, bars and restaurants are in the neighborhood. Fun to keep finding new places to explore and eat. We were a large group and there was plenty of room for all of us plus some good quiet & shady spots when desired. I highly recommend La Mansion for a wonderful vacation destination.

First of all, a thank you for the attention to your guests by Mrs. Irma, the house is as described and with more amenities, the garden area is beautiful and well maintained, the pool area is the best part of the house, the rooms are comfortable and clean, each one has its own bathroom, the kitchen has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The only detail is that the air in the living room area did not work and as a recommendation, if it had lighting in the garden area, it would be used to enjoy this area even more. I was left with a pleasant taste in my mouth. My trip was with a group of friends. There was always attention to detail, Mrs. Noemí, who is a support in the house, is always attentive and attentive all the time. We enjoyed the trip, it's a pity that it was only 2 nights. Again, a huge thank you to Mrs. Irma for her hospitality

La Mansion Villa is an awesome home base to enjoy the small towns of San Patricio/Melaque and Barra. We loved the private pool and outdoor area! Numerous great restaurants are near bye (Frogs and Red Lobster were our favourites) and it’s easy and relatively cheap to get around by taxi. AC in the bedrooms worked great and hopefully the AC in the living room gets fixed before our next visit as we will definitely be back. Irma and Naomi were great in ensuring that we had a fantastic vacation! Gracias!

Very clean place and they have a very equipped kitchen. Air-conditioned rooms. The pool area and the palapa are excellent. And personalized attention from Irma, very attentive!!

This place exceded our expectations. The view is amazing. Plenty of privacy. Felt very secure in the house and with our belongings while we were gone. Very spacious for a big group. The only thing that I can say negative was that the AC was not working in the living room. But every room was very comfortable and pleasant. Most definitely have recommended and plan to return.

We were very happy and comfortable at La Mansión. Irma is very attentive. Mrs. Bertha, who is the person who does the cleaning, is attentive to what we need. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Also cook very well.

Once I was there I understood why it's called the Mansion, 100% recommended. Thank you very much Frank and Irma. We had an excellent weekend, all the spaces in the house are very nice and comfortable, the wind at the foot of the beach is the best, we hope to return soon, thank you very much.

A great house. Just as shown in the photos. The bedrooms are very good. Each one has its own bathroom and several are outside. the green areas and pool excellent The house right on the beach but only to see if you are not a good swimmer . The palapa is great. Irma is always attentive as a host. Some details with the toilet, but everything was fixed. Thank you Irma.

Irma and Frank were just terrific and accommodated all our little requests. The house is in a great location - right on the beach and easy walk to everything we needed. Lot's of great little restaurants right in the area. The surf can be loud this time of year but we slept well with the windows closed and air conditioning on. The pool is crystal clear and a perfect temperature. Couldn't have been a better vacation. And Irma is by far the best airbnb host we have ever had - with attention to every detail and good communications. Thanks so much.

Very comfortable home with a large outdoor space.

This home was perfect for our first trip to the area! Frank and Irma are gracious hosts and we cannot wait to return!! The home is beautiful and the outdoor spaces and views are incredible!!! I loved the one level layout of the home and it provided plenty of space for our family. The pool and easy access to the beach were wonderful! The home is equipped with everything you need and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. The town is charming and the people are warm and welcoming. Down the street you can enjoy fresh squeezed juice in the morning and a warm crepe just out your door. Every meal in Melaque was delicious!! We cannot recommend this home and location enough for a perfect Mexico vacation!

Everything you need is located nearby but the place is so amazing there is no need to venture out.

This place is located tucked in the back of the last road of the coast line. There's a resort to the left and the right sides but plenty of space and privacy. There's a private gate to the ocean that is a priceless experience.

The house is excellent for families or groups of friends. All rooms with AC, a functional kitchen, living room and dining room, a garage for at least 3 cars, a huge garden (which, although it appears like this in the photos, I had my doubts), a very good sized pool and a great palapa for eating or chatting when the sun is very strong. Having the ocean just steps away is fantastic. The sand is perfect for the children to play or for going for a walk. The sea has big waves, so it's not ideal for kids, but there are many beaches nearby where they can go with us (Coastecomacos, Punta Perula, Tenacatita, Manzanilla). Yes, you can go into the ocean, but be careful because there are big waves and you might get knocked around. Excellent service, very good communication with Irma and with the person who takes care of them/cleans the house, very helpful. There are a couple of good restaurant options nearby and pharmacies/grocery stores for whatever is needed. The only thing we noticed is that the A/C in the living room isn't working, and there's a small ant infestation (which can be eliminated with a good fumigation). We had a great time and we'll definitely come back someday.

Excellent host from Mrs. Irma, always attentive to your needs. Isabel is super attentive. The house is super well equipped, you won't miss anything. The view and sound of the sea at your feet is unbeatable and super enjoyable. Its pool is very comfortable. We'll be back for sure. It exceeded our expectations!!!

We were looking for a place to distract ourselves and be safe during this pandemic. Irma's house was the ideal place to enjoy a safe family vacation by the sea: direct access to the beach, private pool, palapa with hammocks, and a garden to play ball. The house is very comfortable and clean. We traveled with our pets and there was no problem. The house is very safe for them too. In addition, communication with Irma was excellent. We had to go after a hurricane and she was attentive the whole time, telling us which route to take for greater safety and giving us options to change our trip if we wanted to. Definitely an excellent choice! We are very hopeful that we can return soon.

It is a spectacular place, it feels more spacious than what you can see in the photos. Our favorite area was the palapa-bar, where we had lighting and amenities to spend a fun night without having to leave (We brought a speaker). The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are extremely comfortable and the terrace has a spectacular view! We really enjoyed the pool area, it is a good size, the depth is sloped and it has a splash pad. During our visit the sea was very choppy and the sand had many remains of shells so we preferred to visit nearby beaches to spend some time in the sea, this being an aspect not controlled by the hosts I rate this stay with 5 stars.

Great place! The house is very nice, spacious, clean and above all very well equipped and located. The beach is just a few steps away!! The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The host was super helpful at all times. This is my first experience using this app, and I liked it. We will obviously come back to this house!!! Thank you for everything, Irma :)

The house exceeded our expectations, has a prime location, very comfortable and clean facilities.

We stayed here 2 nights with a few family members. The pool was very large and not too deep so it was perfect for the kids. A gentleman came every morning to clean the patio and water the around. Right in front of the beach which we enjoyed very much. It has a few dining areas outside for us to enjoy our meals. Just bring your essentials like toilet paper etc. I had told the lady of maintenance she didn’t have to come clean daily since we spent most of our time inside the home. Owner is communicative although we didn’t encounter any problems during our stay at all. Amazing home, we would definitely stay there in the future.

Staying at this home in Barre de Navidad was everything we hoped it would be. The house is fantastic, the swimming pool perfect the Palapa and bar awesome. If you can stay at this place do it / you will love it! The care takers Isabel y Jose were so helpful / we couldn’t have been happier!

We loved our stay at Irma’s place, the pool and the views are amazing. The beach is not the best for family’s but if you drive around you’ll find more beautiful beaches and restaurants - there are small grocery stores just a few steps from the property where you can find anything you need and only 10 min drive to Melaque if you need more. All suites are spacious and have their own bathroom. We highly recomend thia place to create good memories.

Irma and Frank are great hosts; The whole place is charming!! The house, the pool, the gardens, the terrace, the access to shops, everything was excellent!!! The only thing to note is that the waves in the sea are very high (impossible for children). Isabel and José, who take care of the house, are also very friendly and always attentive to what we might need. Very happy with our stay and we will definitely be back!

Irma, Greet it us when we arrived at house with her husband.The house was breathtaking with the ocean view. The house has a 2 convenience store right next to the house which made our stayed much better and 2 tacos stands. My family was in loved with the place and if we decided to Come back we would definitely stay at Irma’s house again.

It is a nice place to rest on the beach comfortable beds and very well for the air conditioned by what makes muuuuuchoooo heat .. whatever you need you ask Ulises q is in charge of the house and an excellent person.

This place is beautiful. It right next to 2 markets and tacos. Walking distance to the town center. The place is beautiful in the inside with awesome furniture. There are full bathrooms in every room and has a/c through the house and rooms. Outside bathroom also and one near the pool. This place was beyond amazing with an ozone pool with a perfect view of the waves. Beach right at your feet. I will definitely be coming back to this place for future visits. Their caretakers were beyond sweet and friendly. They made the most amazing food I had there. Hidden gem 💎

This amazing property IS right on the ocean and the views, sounds, and feelings of this habitat left us breathless. Whether we were sunning ourselves on the deck of the sparkling pool, enjoying the cool breezes in the huge palapa party space, or just relaxing in the king sized master bedroom, we felt like we were living on the beach in true comfort. The architecture and furnishings are exquisite yet beach oriented, comfortable and unique. The kitchen is modern and functional with everything we could have needed. The property is well maintained and cleaned daily. But the best feature of La Mansion is Irma and Frank. They shared their knowledge and love of the area with open hearts and inviting smiles. When exploring Barra de Navidad, La Manzanilla, or Melaque...This is where we want to stay. Thanks for the memories Irma and Frank!
