Maribel was extremely attentive to me and my group's needs! It's a beautiful home (we love art). Small hiccup with the key breaking in the door and we had to pay for it. Either than that, this home is amazing!

Great Stay! The community the property was in was gated with 24hour security personnel. It is about a 5-10mins drive from the beach and downtown Tulum in either direction. The host Maribel was very nice, polite, responsive when contacted, and on top of any requests. The accommodation is definitely on my list for when next I'm in Tulum with a group of friends. It was also priced accordingly. Thank you for hosting!

Maribel was an amazing host ! The house is beautiful and located in a very private neighborhood in Aldea Zama. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit tulum. 10 out of 10 ! AWESOME EXPERIENCE.

Maribel's home was lovely! A group of us stayed for an event at the Papaya Playa Project, but had just as much fun exploring shops and restaurants located walking distance from Aldea Zama (and a short bike away from main town). The house was breathtaking, clean, and well air-conditioned, and was also located in a gated community that constantly had working security guards -- our group felt safe at all times. Additionally, Maribel was an accommodating host who was communicative and easy-to-deal with. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Tulum in style!

me and my friends had a wonderful time! house was clean and matched the photos. the ONLY issue we had was finding the neighborhood and house. make sure you get exact pin drop location or call the home owner. better if you speak Spanish. everything else was great

Make sure you have wifi to receive instructions ahead of arrival. It was tricky to get in with the key until we finally recrived our instructions.
