Everything is great and the place is excellent

Lots of Pro and Cons. Me, my husband and our 2 year old, stayed 6 nights in Nov. Shows beautifully, but not practical for a long term stay. Pros: Beautiful View, Easy to find, friendly staff, new complex & pool and playroom to ourselves, washer/dryer, comfy Beds & couch , a/c Restaurant and locations recommendations were superb. Very responsive host. Cons: no dishwaher & no hot water in kitchen. Plumber came 2x and hot water hook up missing to kitchen. Only 2 pots and 1 fry pan, no cooking pans for oven. Showers only had rainfall option. One room reaked of cologne and we could not sleep in it for the week. (tried to use vinegar multiple times), had to ask for hand towels and bath mats. Cigarette butts & garabage found, Many stains on carpet and walls, if I wiped the floor after my 2 y.o. it was black. Likely not cleaned well between stays. Drains clogged easily in shower and sinks. The A/C in the room we slept kept making a ticking noise, they fixed it, came back again next day.
