A very nice apartment, an amazing building, and José Carlos's attention and service were excellent—he was always helpful at all times. However, the gym is not included as an amenity, and for the price you pay, it would be nice to have access to it. Also, at the entrance, there was a mishap with the car and the guards, but José Carlos was always helpful! Excellent service and communication. It would have been a 10-star stay if it hadn't been for those two issues!

My experience with José Carlos was excellent. From the first contact, the service was impeccable, always responded immediately and with a lot of willingness. He even gave us his personal number to answer any questions. Check-in and check-out were very easy and punctual processes, and we greatly appreciated the flexibility in the schedules. The apartment was clean, tidy and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed, kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas were in perfect condition. The space in general is beautiful, elegant, comfortable and with an ideal room to spend time with family or friends while enjoying a spectacular view from the balcony. The location seemed safe and well connected. Although the services and restaurants are a few minutes away by car, it was not a problem, on the contrary, the area is very peaceful. In short, I highly recommend staying here. Our experience was memorable 👌🏻😌
