Amazing place! We had an absolute blast!

The home was perfectly as described. would definitely come back here again. Beautiful, safe, and amazing location.

Our group was thrilled with this house, both the parents and the teen-aged surfers in our party. The floorpan of the house was great for togetherness when we wanted it, and privacy when we needed seclusion. Dora the chef and housekeeper is wonderful! Ernesto was immediately responsive to all our questions. The location and view could not be beat. We had a magical and memorable vacation.

Casa Paloma was lovely! The house was beautiful and each room was private and had an individual bathroom. The house was easily accessible to town with a golf cart or walking. The house managers were so helpful and responsive. We hired the chefs and masseuses on a Saturday afternoon and it made for the perfect relaxing pool day. Would definitely return to Casa Paloma!

Casa Paloma was perfect for Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 toddlers) in every way. The layout of the different levels and the architectural details were so artfully done. The openness and the north facing views made every time of the day comfortably cool and breezy. The special bonus was Dora the cook and housekeeper who came everyday which was such a treat! The size, location of the pool and the pool bathrooms worked perfectly. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable with air conditioning, which is essential with the loud Sayulita night life. The location was amazing in that we were minutes away from the best restaurants, shopping and activity, but we still felt like the Casa was very private and safe. And the views! The views were amazing. Our family has stayed in some incredible properties and Casa Paloma rates at the top! Thank you Dennis, Indigo, Ernesto and Dora! Everything was perfect!

Wonderful Family Vacation Our stay at Casa Paloma was nothing short of spectacular! The moment we arrived we were amazed at the beauty, privacy, and the gorgeous gardens of this property - not to mention the incredible ocean views! Also, its location is perfect - a short walk to town and beach. Each bedroom room having its own bathroom was great. And we really enjoyed the stunning Mexican art everywhere! The highlight for our kids was undoubtedly the lovely pool, where they spent hours splashing and playing, creating cherished memories. Also, we all felt completely safe at Casa Paloma. It is surrounded by high walls with spikes and there is a security guard out front at night. There are locks on all doors and large safes in every bedroom. We all felt this was the best extended family vacation ever and we will return.

Beautiful place with lovely art and furnishings. The open design for dining and kitchen on second floor looking out over the beach was perfect. Between the pool on the first level and the hammock on the third, and semiprivate decks off of bedrooms, it was perfect for spreading out, or all gathering together. Prior to arrival we received helpful information and offers for in-home services, although we didn’t partake of these. We don’t usually stay at this level of luxury, but this was a special occasion and we were extremely satisfied with the house and host.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Paloma. It was safe, relaxing and had a fantastic view. Best part is the short walk to town.. Would go back again.

We chose this house for our annual family gathering, and feel it more than surpassed our expectations. It was perfect for our family of 12 adults and 3 kids - each couple/family unit had private space, and the public gathering space was ample for meals, game nights and morning coffee with the kids. The location, walkable to both the beach and the town within minutes, was perfect for us. Even the youngest kids could easily walk up and down the hill to the beach. It may be our favorite place we’ve ever gone, and that includes lots of locations around the world! The pool was perfect for both the littles and the bigs. Sayulita itself is a charming, walkable village, and the beach and weather are perfect. We would highly recommend this home to large families or groups looking for the perfect vacation spot!

Loved staying at casa Paloma with the fam! Easy check in. Ernesto was quick with any of our needs for transportation and golf cart rentals. Dora was the sweetest little cleaner and took great care of us. Views were amazing. House had everything we needed. Quick walk down the hill to shops and dining. Just a tip, run the water to get it hot. Only takes a minute but it’ll get there! Every room has a private bathroom and the multilevel kitchens were a plus . Pool was a good temp, and outdoor bathrooms for the kids were a plus!

This place was nothing less than a dream. From the view to the perfect location! The staff were all very helpful as well. We would love to return and stay at same place.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Paloma. The views and location are excellent. Short walk to the beach and to the town. We especially loved and used often the big open dining room to deck overlooking the beach. Dora, the housekeeper and cook was excellent - she made us breakfast and lunch daily and was happy to accommodate our various dietary requests. Ernesto was very responsive to any questions we had and dropped by immediately to fix things as requested. The house is large and well appointed - the local art displayed throughout is original and a step above the usual which was quite delightful. Three of the bedrooms are amazing with big doors opening onto west (ocean facing) decks west. The other three rooms not so much so this is something to be aware of if you are planning on using all of them and everyone is chipping in the same amount of money as it won't seem fair. Something to discuss before you arrive.

Casa Paloma was the perfect place to celebrate our birthday with friends in paradise. The house is well suited for a large group with plenty of space to hang out together and privacy with every beautifully appointed room. The views are exceptional, the decor is beautiful and each bedroom was comfy, private, and had its own bathroom. The pool is fabulous...kept in the shade with its own outdoor shower and toilet so no need to track water in the house when enjoying pool time. The staff was first class...Dora not only kept the house clean but cooked some of the most amazing authentic Mexican food we've ever had. Ernesto ensured our grocery delivery was set up on arrival and helped arrange a handy golf cart rental for us which was delivered and picked up at the house. He even arranged for massage therapists to come on site-and they were incredible...better than therapists at most spas in the US. He also was on call for any questions and handled all our needs flawlessly. It is hard to plan 5 days away with a large group. Casa Paloma made it all easy allowing us to unplug on arrival. Will absolutely be back!

THIS. HOUSE. If you want the full experience of living in a lush, tropical oasis while enjoying the pleasures of modern necessities like air conditioning and hot water, this is your place! The indoor-outdoor living space was better than I imagined. You feel one with nature hanging on the terrace, eating breakfast and dinner together, or listening to music and vining with your friends, yet still have the privacy and comfort(ac) in your sleeping quarters. This house provided more than enough room for all 12 of us, Dora is an amazing cook, the location is literally unbeatable… and the view. THE VIEW. We sat on the upstairs terrace every morning and every evening taking the views in. It truly is a beautiful oasis and I could not have chosen a better place for our stay. You will not regret choosing this for your stay in Sayulita!

My family of 9 stayed at this wonderful property, which is so close to the beach and downtown. The house is on two levels with an area to hang out at the top. The rooms were nice and spacious. It’s mostly outdoor living with enclosed rooms. The pool was was great for my 3 year old. You can’t beat the views from this house. Absolutely recommend!

Bring more pesos than advertised... or bring a debit card... only 1 bank in town

Awesome spot for a large group. Super close to town, no need for a golf cart. The communication was incredible from start to finish. Indigo checked in with us after the booking was made and also sent a guide a few weeks beforehand that included a questionnaire to collect room arrangement requests, airport transfers, private chefs, etc etc. anything you can think of they help set up for you on the front end. When you arrive, Ernesto greets you and is available via text or WhatsApp throughout the whole trip. Dora was amazing and cooked some incredible meals for us. Overall just high end service that went a long way. The house itself was also really cool. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of space, AC working in every room, and the pool was nice to hang out at. I highly recommend booking Casa Paloma for your next trip!

Our stay at Casa Paloma was a dream. From the minute we walked in until the moment we left our hosts were on top of it and available to us at any time! The property was a dream with gorgeous views and so close to the town. Very clean and very helpful staff. Definitely recommend Casa Paloma! We will be back! Thank you Dennis.

Dennis’s house was magical — we couldn’t have imagined a better accommodation and location. We recommend to anyone looking to experience Sayulita. Ernesto, who assisted us during our stay, made sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely attentive and responsive and we could not have asked for more!

Have Dora cook for you! She made our stay! Didn’t have hammocks on the roof like the listing portrays. WiFi not strong enough for video meetings. Amazing location & view.

Great place!! Great location!!

This was our first family trip this year and we decided to stay in Sayulita. There was about 14 of us including kids and we booked the entire house. The rooms were unique and larger, one room even had a kitchenette. Uppon arrival Ernesto gave as a tour of the property, the house was clean and ready for us to use. Each room had AC and kept us veery cool during the night. The Living space was big enough for our family to gather and enjoy the eavenings. The space was very nice and staff was very attentive during our stay. This is a perfect location since it is only about 1 block away from the beach and a very short walking distance to the down town are. Would definitely visit again, well worth the money for unforgettable memories.

Simply amazing! I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Everything was perfection. Great location (though I do recommend renting a golf cart if you have young children), great home, great staff, great everything. Ernesto was so helpful and was available whenever we needed him. This was our first time to Sayulita and we already want to return. When we do, we plan to rent this home again. It is perfectly set up for a few different families to vacation together and still have their own space. Loved everything about it! We brought our staff on a retreat and stayed at Dennis’s house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out (they all had their own bathrooms). It would be a great space to bring a few families with kids to. The location was great, very close to the beach and town. We had an amazing person, Dora, help clean every day. We were also able to hire someone to help with a few meals. If you’re looking for a large space to relax in and be taken care of...this is it!

Casa Paloma was the perfect place for our family vacation. There were nine of us and we had room to spare. The Casa was outfitted with all kinds of unique treasures, the views breathtaking , the grandkids swam everyday in the pool (in addition to the ocean), the walk to the heart of town took maybe 2-3 minutes, the service provided by our local host Ernesto was superb and Dora kept the place looking great.. (she’s also a talented chef who cooked a number of meals for us). If you are thinking about a trip to Sayulita and want a beautifully appointed, larger space with room for 10 or 12, you can’t go wrong with Casa Paloma.

Sweeping views of the ocean and a very short stroll to the beach and town. Perfect location close to the action yet far enough removed to allow for quiet and privacy. The bedrooms were nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed Selena’s cooking. The breakfasts were a highlight of our stay! It would have been helpful to have a binder with local recommendations. That said, Ernesto came through with some restaurant suggestions. We really enjoyed our getaway and look forward to visiting Sayulita again.

An excellent place, incredibly decorated spaces, all the details in this house are worth noting, the staff is super friendly, especially Ernesto who gave us the place and was always attentive, an incredible view, the ideal pool. It's definitely a recommended place for family and friends.

Very nice house with all amenities

The house is amazing, very nicely decorated and very comfortable, we rented the entire house and we were all very happy, some did not want to leave it 😊 the view is incredible, many areas to enjoy inside the house and that we were integrated at the same time. Very well located and feels safe.....

Casa Palomar was absolutely amazing! Location was key and the photos of the house does not do the place justice. There were 7 of us who stayed there for the long weekend and we had so much more room for additional people if they came. We loved place so much that we barely left the house. Communication was good as you connect with Dennis’ property manager who lives in Sayulita. We had one issue with water in one of the 6 bathrooms, but they quickly resolved it in one day. Views were amazing especially since we didn’t have to walk up a huge hill to get there compared to others we’ve stayed at in the past. (By no means, there still is a hill but I didn’t think it was that bad) Definitely going to stay here again!
