An Amazing Host! Took great care of our guys.

Very modern and perfectly maintained apartments. The rooftop and pool area are fantastic with amazing views of the city and Cayala. Perfect location if you want to be in the Zone 16 area of Guatemala City. Easy access to the building from the main road. The only problem beyond the owners' control is the traffic noise that starts early in the morning.

A very well-equipped apartment, with everything you need to make everyone super comfortable. The building is very nice, it is well located and the parking is very convenient. The host's instructions were very clear, which means that expectations are met.

The two places were perfect for our family needing 4 bedrooms. Would definitely rent again when we come back.

Excellent location, super clean, you just cross the street and you're in Cayalá. Cozy. A bit noisy because it's on the main street if you're looking to rest, but if the goal is to go to sleep, it's 10/10

Place was perfect! The location is great and with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The apartments are very safe and have many facilities. The hosts are very accessible and fix everything very quickly.

Apartaments were really neat, cozy and spacious, and the location was near attractions like the Aurora Zoo. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the rooftop and the view of the city.

Karim was a great host. She provided easy instructions for checking in and had great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Both apartments were clean and had the amenities needed to cook a home meal when not eating out. I would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! The place exceeded all our expectations. Everything was impeccable, tidy and cozy, we felt right at home, the location is privileged with restaurants and very pleasant nightlife in the vicinity, it is very close to main roads. Definitely a place for those looking for a stay that makes a difference in Guatemala. I highly recommend them and we were eager to repeat the experience 100 times more!!

Excellent place, all spotless. The only thing missing from the instructions is that you have to go through 2 checkpoints, and in my case there was an error in giving me an incorrect address, but it was quickly resolved.

This is my second time staying at one of Karim's properties, and once again, it did not disappoint! The location is fantastic—just a very short walk across the street to Cayala, which made exploring the area so convenient. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a great stay. Karim was also very responsive and helpful throughout. I highly recommend staying at one of his properties if you're in the area!

We stayed with my family group, they were 2 apartments in the same building, a very safe set and the view and the apartments were great, having 2 parking lots by apt helped a lot, we had a great time

I had an incredible experience staying at Karin's Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, VERY SPACIOUS, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to local attractions, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Karin was extremely responsive. Check-in was seamless, and everything in the home was well-organized, making it a hassle-free experience. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely stay here again. If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay, I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We stayed there for 2 nights, the departmentals are spacious, very clean, very cared for, it is perfect to stay in this place, the area is very private and quite safe. In our case we stayed 14 people and accommodated very well in the two depsrtamentos. Highly recommended

Excellent location, very good area, safe, it has everything you need for a stay, with ample spaces. If you are traveling with several people if you consider checking the number of beds, as despite having a good amount of space, there is only one bed per room. The rest are sofa beds that are not as comfortable as a bed. Overall very good experience, I rate it very well and I recommend it because the host did a very good job solving everything very quickly.

Stayed one night with 6 people; however, I had various questions beforehand that were responded to quickly. The staff and Karim were all kind and helpful. After unexpected events made our group arrive earlier than expected we were allowed to drop off our baggage so we could go out and explore until it was time to check in. After my group departed, I returned to Antigua and realized I forgot an item. Karim and staff located the item and held on to it until I could retrieve it. For that I am so appreciative.

My family and I stayed in these beautiful apartments. We were 10 people and we were all super comfortable. Karim is an excellent host. Always helpful and kind. The area is beautiful, I went for a walk to the boulevard every morning, there is supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance. The beds are delicious, all the furniture super comfortable and Karim catered to all of our needs. I appreciate your kind attention and look forward to coming back, Guate has already become our second home. Thank you very much!

This place made our family reunion our best ever adventure and allowed us to cook, relax, find our own space and entertain over 20 guests for lunch easily for a birthday celebration. Zone 15 is perfect for your stay, quiet, beautiful and ultra secure. If you have a requirement for more than four bedrooms in GC then this is your set up. It felt like home with all the great aspects of Guatemala at your fingertips. Karim was wonderful with proactive recommendations for shopping, eating and visiting tourist sites. Jorge and Jose are always in the shadows able to help at the drop of a hat. Great stay
