Excellent place

The hosts were always available 🫶, they tried to solve all the problems and setbacks (which were really few). The only thing was that the air conditioning was not working 100% in some rooms.

It’s a beautiful home, great communication. Had a great time. Highly recommend.

Nice home, easy check in, had all the necessary things needed in the kitchen to cook, short walk to the beach. I had to work a bit during our stay and had no issues with internet connection. Overall we had a great time!

Lovely home, close to the beach just need to take a little stroll, home fully equipped with washer and dryer, really big and a lot of pots and pans! We are a cooking family. Big house, very roomy, AC is ice cold! Love it! Very friendly I would totally come back to this house ! Thank you for having us.

Our stay was pleasant felt at home! Easy beach and pool access as described! Very beautiful and huge house! Parking honestly was a hassle since it is extremely inclined and not every car can park in the driveway so be cautious. Super close to the malecon as well! Will definitely book again!

The house is very nice and spacious, it is in a very nice location and is a few steps from the beach, Martha is always attentive to messages I highly recommend staying with her, we would definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was beautiful, spacious and had every thing we needed. The living room was upstair which was new to us but it was a really fun set up. Had enough space for all 11 of us. The balcony had an amazing view and you could see the ocean from a distance. The whole area around felt safe and the guards walk around to make sure everything is in order. The beach was really close by, about a 5 minute walk from the backyard. We also spent some time at the pool and jacuzzi in the complex. It was a very big pool and nicely sized jacuzzi. I will definitely be raving to my friends and family about this place! Martha was also very responsive when I needed something. I hope to be back soon!

The place was wonderful but we have issue with the AC, Martha send someone to look at it immediately but it took 1 day to get to 75 degrees and the first 2 rooms from the left side it was hot we needed to leave the doors opened so the coldness go in because that’s where the kids where sleeping. But the other hand on top where it’s the kitchen it was super cold and nice everything was perfect except that was the only issue we have. But the rest was wonderful love the view that it was closer to the beach and we were able to have fun also in the pool area as well . I appreciate Martha let us stay at her house it was wonderful she has all the stuff to cook and have everything you need. Thank you Martha

This home is very spacious and beautiful. All rooms are downstairs and kitchen/living space upstairs with a gorgeous view. The kitchen was stocked up with everything we needed, making it easy to cook. Downstairs does get hot during the day, especially when arriving you might feel it more. Meanwhile upstairs is always very cold. Balcony and Backyard are amazing!! They do have beach chairs available, toys for kids, table games, floaties, beach towels all this was a plus for us. Beach and Pool, Park and Basketball court is walking distance but might want to get a wagon to take everything. Very private and dark at night, so loud music outside or having a night party is really not an option. The public beach is a 6 min drive which was amazing! Host was very communicative and reached out to see if we needed anything.

We had the most amazing time staying at this Airbnb in Rocky Point! The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 10 friends — plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and it felt super comfortable throughout the entire stay. The house was easy to access and located in a great area. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand all day long.The highlight for everyone was definitely the air conditioning — it was a lifesaver in the hot weather, keeping the whole house nice and cool. The living spaces were well laid out, and everyone commented on how cozy and inviting the house felt. We were all really impressed by how well-stocked everything was, from the kitchen to the bathrooms — it felt like the hosts really thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible.Overall, the entire group was beyond happy with our stay, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, spacious spot.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this home! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. Our kids really enjoyed the community pool, and the fast Wi-Fi was a great bonus for staying connected and entertained. The highlight of the trip was how close we were to the beach, being able to walk there easily and spend time playing in the ocean made the experience extra special for the whole family. Additionally, Tom & Martha were exceptional hosts friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The house was well-stocked, comfortable, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay at Tom & Martha’s home. We loved that we could walk to the beach or any of the near by restaurants. I was a bit too cold to get in the oven but the kids enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We were extremely satisfied with your beautiful home. Very spacious and comfort stay. Lots of room for entertainment, everything was clean and very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the space and it worked well for our group (4 adults + 5 kids). The neighborhood is very secure. 5 min walk to the beach. It is private beach so it is much quieter than the beach in front of the condos. Kitchen is well stocked. There are about 10-12 beach towels and 4 beach chairs. If you have a baby- I saw they provided a high chair. Things that might be helpful if you book: * There is no dish washer- we brought disposable plates to minimize the dish washing. *Bring extra bath towels (but you can use the beach towels if you don’t want to bring bath towels) * They provide shampoo and body wash in the bathroom shower but no conditioner * they did have some coffee there but it was likely from a previous guest so bring your own. They do have coffee filters. There is a coffee pot and a small pod expresso machine * the bedrooms feel a little warm in the beginning of the night so you may want to bring a small fan if you get hot. * Bring a wagon for the walk to the beach.

We stayed for a short weekend and Tom and Martha’s place was perfection. I walked into the home and immediately felt like the pictures did not do it justice; it was even more stunning in person. The home was stocked with essentials and then some. It was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Tom and Martha reached out to check in on us; they were proactive in communication and so attentive to our needs. As we left we talked about how we couldn’t wait for our next stay at this Airbnb, we will be back for sure!

Community felt safe. Place was spacious and clean. Place was equipped with necessities (kitchen utensils, beach equipment, bathroom towels/toilet paper). Definitely worth it and will be coming back. This was a family friendly and relaxing stay.

It was our first time in Puerto Penasco and Tom & Martha's home was extravagant. It felt like home. The details/suggestions they provided before our visit were very helpful and made our trip easier to organize our daily agenda. The weather was a bit of an issue for some family members during our stay, however, Tom & Martha's place was suitable and their amenities accommodated our family. We made some the best and everlasting memories while we stayed in. Everything we needed was accessible and we have no complaints. We will only plan any future visits only if we are able to reserve Tom & Martha's place. Thank you Tom & Martha for allowing my family in your home to enjoy the area! We look forward to future stays in your place very soon.

Tom and Marthas place was amazing! cant wait to go back again with my family we even extended an extra day last minute and Martha was very responsive in a timely manner we did not want to leave. Great beach access with amazing views and the pool was also very nice and all the staff from the community was very helpful. I would recommend anyone to stay at this house you will feel right at home.

This was the perfect house for our Family trip. We got to enjoy the beach and pool every day all day. Both pool and bech are within a walking distance. We didn't have to set up shade or chairs. We kept walking back to the house for anything we needed. The house had everything we need it for our stay. Beautiful house, enjoyable Floorplan. Felt very safe with all the security. Will definitely came back. 💖

Had a great time at Tom and Martha’s with the family. Place is in a beautiful gated community in the resort area of Puerto Peñasco, with easy access to the beach. The community is walkable and has a pool. The house itself is spacious, and fit our large group of 7 adults and 5 children. Very comfortable home with nice well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommend for a long weekend and large groups.

We enjoyed staying here. We had 10 total people from 5 months, 2 yrs, 3 yrs, 6 yrs, a teen and 5 adults. The place fit our family well. Having the living space upstairs, and the bedrooms on the ground floor allowed adults to sleep in while kids needed to be fed and active. The walk to the beach and pool were easy, when we added our wagon for all the beach items needed, a stroller for the 2 yr old. We brought our own umbrella and used the chairs and beach blanket at the room. We had seen pictures of boogie boards, so left ours at home...big mistake! Bring your own, as there aren't any left at the house. Also bring more bath and beach towels. We cooked most of our meals and only did take out once. Cenaduria Yoli is such a great place for cheap but tasty Mexican food. Yum! The kitchen was great, but one hard part was a lack of a dishwasher. With no many of us and eating our meals in, we had to work hard to keep up with dishes. Otherwise, it was a great stay and hosts were great!

Review: Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The house was in a beautiful location just steps from the beach and we felt safe with 24 hour security at the entrance for the community. The house is located in a prime location near the resorts so we felt like we had the best of both worlds getting such close proximity to the town center while also being right next to the water. We truly enjoyed our weekend stay and appreciate all of the little details the hosts added to make it feel like “home”. The hosts were attentive, kind, and responsive to our needs via text throughout our stay, and we definitely recommend this place to any family or large group! Thank you so much Tom and Martha.

It's an amazing house and it's an amazing location. Worth the price and even more so the security and safe of mind is great. My fiancé was stung by a sting ray on the beach during low tide. I ran over to security, they call paramedics and within 10 minutes there was people to help. It's exactly as described and the neighborhood is full of great people and nice neighbors and our hosts were amazing.

Tom and Martha’s place was beautiful, when things occurred Tom was there he even gave me a direct phone number and helped me get in contact with his maintenance guy to get the help we needed. Tom’s place is beautiful and clean make sure to bring a wagon and canopy for the 3-4 minute walk to the beautiful beach! Definitely will be coming back due to Tom and Martha’s quick communication.

First time to visiting Puerto Peñasco and definitely not our last! Martha & Tom’s home felt like our home away from home. It was very clean and well kept, the beds, the furniture, everything was very comfortable and well taken care of. The HOA does a great job of taking care of the neighborhood, very vigilant and safe. The walk to the beach was not far, but good idea to bring a cart to help carry items to the beach. Beautiful clean beach located near the home. We look forward to staying here again in the future! We felt very safe with our teens and young children they loved the pool was nice and clean. The place is huge, clean, and comfortable. I love the outside patios. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Parking and check in are good. The location is great. For sure was very short walk to the beach and pool. I definitely recommend bringing a little wagon if you want to take stuff to the beach. There are local sellers selling you drinks, snacks, massages, rentals, at the beach. The Malecón Puerto Peñasco it’s only 20 min drive for sure going early better than going later traffic but wasn’t to bad. The kitchen has everything you need for sure. We definitely recommend going to Leys grocery because Sams and Walmart didn't have a ton of quick bite food for the kids.

Great place for a large family! It was our first time in Puerto Penesco and we really enjoyed it. We felt very safe with our teens and young grandchildren. The place is huge, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the pebble ice maker is wonderful! I would go to Leys grocery because Sams and Walmart didn’t have a ton of quick bite food for the kids. The host was super responsive and answered all my questions right away. As a first timer, finding the place was a little difficult.

Highly recommended; they responded to all my questions immediately. Excellent location next to the beach, very quiet for a family to go to rest and enjoy themselves. A very beautiful and clean house; it has everything you need and more. As for cleanliness, it was excellent. I exceed all of our expectations. Of course, if you're planning on partying, I wouldn't recommend it; it's more for enjoying the tranquility of the beach and family time.

The stay was amazing and very spacious. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. Short walk to the beach, and there is a jacuzzi and pool in community. Martha and Tom were very communicative and accommodated us well. We had a little bit of issues with the wifi, but they had it fixed within 24 hours. I hope to be back again! It was wonderful.

Great house and great location. We felt very safe there with all our kids. Everyone in the neighborhood and the workers where kind and helpful. When we showed up in the winter, the house was 64 degrees and the heater was broken. They found a repairman after hours to fix it right away!

This home was perfect for our family trip. Very clean and lots of nice little extras. Martha was fast to respond and we had little need to contact her as everything was covered. The walk to the beach is short. Felt super safe in the community and got to know the security guy. Super nice and helpful.
