Had a great experience at this villa. Lots a room and great for a family. Since there are several flights of stairs to enter ,it can be challenging if you have a stroller however Marcel was helpful on getting a place to store it so you don’t have to haul it up the stairs every time. Marcel was great with communication before the stay as well checking up during the stay. Loved sitting on the patio and walking the whales. Very nice staff on the grounds that were helpful as well. I would highly recommend this place.

I rented Villa Yelapa Marina Vallarta with my family of 5 this past week and we had an amazing time! The unit is very spacious and in a great location. The space is clean and the property grounds are well kept. The pool area and beach are unbeatable too. Marcel, the host, was very communicative and helpful, which made our stay. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in PV.

Everything is excellent with the place, very comfortable, practical and in an area where you have many services and other amenities nearby that you can even walk to. The host was very pleasant, always communicated and was attentive to our comments as well as calls. Recommended and to return.

Marcel's place was amazing! We stayed here for a girls trip and we had just the best time ever! Marcel was extremely helpful and accomodating leading up to the trip and even during the trip to make sure we had no issues checking in and that everything was going smoothly. The condo is beautiful and the resort its located on is perfect for relaxing and grabbing a drink by the pool! We particularly enjoyed seeing all of the iguanas roaming the grounds too! I would highly recommend staying here. There are restaurants and things to see and do within walking distance and with just a short cab away you will be in the downtown area.

This place is ah-may-zing. Even better than the photos. Location is fantastic - easily walkable to everything you need, easy access to pools and beach, short cab ride to downtown PV. Marcel was the most attentive and responsive host. AC kept the place nice and cool and beds were super comfy. Hated to leave and can’t wait to come back!

The condo is beautiful with beach front view and pool! The inside is gorgeous and just like the photos. Maurcel the host was amazing and very responsive and helpful in so many ways!!!!!! Would return a thousand times!!!!! The condo’s location is within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shopping!!!! Amazing overall

Staying at Villa Yelapa in Vallarta was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at happy! the space is warm, beautifully put together, and had such a good energy. You can tell a lot of love and thought went into every detail. We started each morning with coffee on the patio and ended our days watching the sea —it was pure relaxation. The location was perfect for exploring, but also quiet enough to just relax and unwind. Our host Marcel was amazing!!! so kind, helpful, and responsive. It really felt like we were staying at a friend’s home rather than a rental. We already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for creating such a special place!

Marcel is very attentive host. He communicated with us before the trip, explaining all the details, during the trip and at the end of our stay addressing every issue we could have. The place itself was amazing, with lots of space (2 floors) and a million dollar view of the ocean, pools and gardens. It was a remodeled unit with sparkling floors and a nice kitchen. we enjoyed the entertainment the Hotel Vamar was providing - music, shows, tennis courts ( we played pickleball). We loved Puerto Vallarta a lot and will be coming back.

We had a great time during our stay. I was going with my parents and siblings then there was enough room for everyone. We loved it. It was a bit confusing at first why you get to the hotel lobby across the street and they give you some bracelets that you have to wear during the stay but otherwise all incredible.

We had a very nice stay, we really enjoyed the beach and the pool, a lot of privacy, the villa has everything you need for a stay, the view is beautiful! Oscar and Marcel were very friendly and understanding with us. Maybe the registration is a little tedious but it is necessary for the order of the complex. Once passing that is very relaxed everything.

The apartment is undoubtedly a comfortable, clean, spacious and ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable vacation, we had a very pleasant experience.

The place is great, everything was very well equipped and functional. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a couple of details when it rains but overall the stay was quite comfortable and we were able to enjoy our holidays to the fullest

There was an emergency with Oscar one of the host when we were checking in but Marcell was very helpful. We loved the villa, it was clean and we felt right at home.

Before I arrived here, I was concerned about the photos and something different from the photos because it looked like the place was off the beach on the map. However, the moment I entered this accommodation, I was amazed by the beautiful scenery in front of me and was amazed by the high ceilings, terraces, and large spaces of the accommodation. We walked barefoot on the private beach in the morning, and in the evening we watched the sunset from the swimming hall and enjoyed swimming every day. We went into the Marina Walk, went shopping, got a massage, and made margaritas at night with the liquor provided in the house. You can also see cruise ships coming into the port around 8am. We enjoyed the space very much and also enjoyed great cooking with shrimp and lobster from the fish market.

Our family of 4 was very comfortable and loved the spaciousness of the condo. The beach and pool were great. The kitchen had everything you need for meals. We felt safe. We the condo was amazing!!

Tiffani awesome She got us a ride from the airport to the Airbnb. She was very responsive. Any issues we had, questions. Concerns she would answer immediately and HS dj things fast. The view is beautiful no loud partying family oriented pool was great. I loved it! AC works great upstairs and down stairs. Water heater was great we always had hot water, lots of towels. You can get taxi right outside if need be or Uber. Great I plan to go right back to this location on our next travel back . Thank you for everything Tiffani! My family had a beautiful vacation right before school. XOXo

wonderful house right on the beach, very spacious and with amenities that made us feel at home, I highly recommend it, do not hesitate to rent it, you will have a wonderful time!!!
