Great accommodation, great hospitality, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful place. The listing was just as described, and very comfortable. The views were amazing, with a private hot tub and sitting area outside. Having an office with a concierge was very helpful, as they were always there to answer questions or give recommendations. As described, the beach was not for swimming but there were lounge chairs, and the restaurant below was right on the beach. Within very short walking distance were lots of restaurants and shops. It was great having three bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom that contained needed amenities. Would definitely go back, highly recommend!

My daughter and I traveled alone to Playa del Carmen. We had a wonderful stay at Lythai’s condo. It was in a great and safe location. We would walk to Avenida Cinco every night for food and entertainment. Security was always outside the condo as we walked back to the place they would be able to see us coming down the street. It always felt safe. The condo was beautiful, clean, quiet. We would definitely come back to Luthai’s condo.

This place is located right in the middle of paradise! Warm water, beautiful views, great hot tub, beautiful interior and just a short walk to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the world. They even had bikes for us to ride around town during our stay. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Checkin folks were welcoming, kind and offered to help find a few popular places to visit. The location was absolutely perfect—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area, so it felt like a true retreat. Yet, just a short walk away, there were plenty of amazing restaurants and bars to choose from, offering everything from casual bites to upscale dining. I loved that we could easily enjoy a relaxing, quiet evening in, but also head out and experience the lively nightlife whenever we wanted. It’s the best of both worlds—peace and convenience all in one spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy both relaxation and the vibrancy of the city! We certainly plan to book this place again. 5 star for sure!

Lyrhai's beachfront condo was great! Super comfortable bed and good amenities. The location is perfect. Walkable and close to many restaurants. We did have to walk about 10 minutes to get to a beach that was swimmable but we're prepared for that. Overall, it was a great stay!

Wonderful location on Recondo beach. Condo is spacious and beautiful with two primary suites, on the corner with a beach and mooring view. The condo hotel itself has a very small strip of beach, that they’ve done a good job offering chairs and a sitting area to enjoy. Our host and Taj condo/hotel staff are very accommodating and attentive. It is walking distance to the nearby ferry, beach resorts, and 5th Avenue amenities. This condo also partially overlooks the pool and restaurant. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic location - on the water in the center of town, all walkable. Clean, spacious apartment with nice balconies and a convenient 24hr front desk. Delightful on property, little waterfront restaurant. If you want a sandy beach or large sunny pool this is not the best place, but otherwise it’s perfect. (Had a few minor issues but host responded and resolved them.)

Lythais space was amazing, Clean, modern, spacious, so many amenities! The view from the living room, & Master bedroom is beautiful ocean and private. The hot tub on the porch gets hot and was a really nice touch The kitchen is stocked with all the gear you need to have a home cooked dinner, a water dispenser to stay hydrated, microwave, oven stove, etc A washer and dryer is a plus, staying longer then a few days you can wash your clothing! Location is right on the beach and right next to all the night life. We loved how fast her response time was when ever we messaged her. If you looking for a beautiful space, right on the beach in the heart of Playa Del Carmen and want great service this is your spot! We felt right at home! Thank you for enhancing our trip!

My four friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are beautiful, all of our meals at the restaurant (Asi Beach Club) were delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful. The area is so walkable. We enjoyed smoothies and breakfast sandwiches at Carlota's cafe nearby, dinner at Porfirio, and plenty of tacos and churros and other street food where we could find it. We enjoyed massages in our room from the neighboring spa staff and a fun catamaran ride to a beach with less seaweed thanks to Pedro! Our only disappointment was that the beach here had lots of seaweed, but we expected it upon arrival. We were able to enjoy a clearer beach about a 15 min walk away and also on our catamaran stops. Shout out to Eric on the staff who was our go-to for everything!

This condo was in an excellent location for our group of 6. There’s so much to do within walking distance, yet the location was very peaceful. Incredible views from the deck/hot tub. The staff at the complex was also extremely helpful. We would absolutely book this location again,

Lythai's place was a dream! She provides literally anything you might need, from cooking ware to laundry detergent. There are even fun beach reads to borrow. The staff at the condo could not have been nicer or more helpful in booking taxis and giving general recommendations (shout out to Eric in particular!) We hope to come back.

My adult children and I just returned from 5 nights at this beautiful 3 bedroom unit, 3rd floor, facing ocean. It was spectacular. Clean, spacious,well stocked-exactly like the description. Appreciate the water form the dispenser that they were more than happy to refill when emptied. Lythia had the unit decorated for my daughter's birthday when we arrived and had complementary wine for us! What a great touch. Lythia was super responsive to all my questions. Check in could not have been easier. Thank you to the young women at the front desk who helped with anything we needed. The location of the Taj was perfect. On a quiet tree lined street on the beach, but few block walk to the bustling , lively 5th ave. We loved the lounge chairs on our tiny quiet beach, and we walked few blocks to Mamitas beach when we wanted more action. Loved being able to get passes for the gym! Great classes and facilities. Already making plans to go back.
