Very good communicators. They said what they would do and Did what they said. Fantastic view of the Bandaris Bay and the river. Beach Restaurants and entertainment within a few blocks.

We had a really great time staying at Molino De Agua. Samson Waters Team did a great job communicating everything we needed to know as well as being very accommodating for any needs. The Airbnb was perfect for what we needed. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, it was spacious, cozy ,and very clean. Felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect too. It’s right along the beach side so you are just seconds from the beach. You also walking distance to any local restaurants in the area. Even the pool at the property was very nice with a swim up bar and mini kitchen. I hope to return to it again. Highly recommend for any one visiting PV for several days🙏!

Our family has stayed at various locations in PV over the years. This location and beautiful condo is our absolute favorite!!! Not only was there a lot of space for 6 adults and a baby, but it is truly stocked to provide you with things you need if you want to cook, go to the pool or the beach. Plenty of hangers, washer and dryer. Filtered water at the kitchen sink and ice maker. Plenty of dishes, glasses, items for entertaining, coolers... There are private beach chairs with umbrellas down on the sand should you desire. A pool that was designed for everyone, with wheel chair access. Plenty of chairs around the pool and an additional area facing the beach, but enclosed within the grounds so you are not bothered by all the vendors (separate from those on the sand). The location is right on the boardwalk so walkable access to numerous restaurants. I have never stayed in air bnb with so many art pieces and games for the family. Definitely want to come back to this place!!!

The unit is exceptional, as advertised, lots of space, great views, massive balcony, clean and anything you need for cooking/laundry etc. The pool is really nice, and service was exceptional & friendly. It was good to have the pool as an option to the beach (los muertos js a short walk). If you like Zona Romantica this place can’t be beat. The area close by is quite busy (we were there probably at the peak of the season over Xmas), but doesn’t have any impact on the quality of the stay. The team was very responsive during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Molino de Agua and hope to stay in this unit again soon! It's private but right off the Malecon, safe with tons of staff and felt very secure, but also felt like truly the owners/hosts loved this property. And so did we. It was quiet, easy to navigate, super helpful building staff. Tons of linens, amazing art, and all the creature comforts like blankets and comfy couches and arm chairs. Between the amazing property itself and Samson Waters, I don't want to stay anywhere else but this property in Puerto Vallarta.

Beautiful, spacious condo in a great location!I have stayed in several condos in the Zona Romantica and this is my favorite so far! The condo, pool, and common areas were perfect and well maintained. My only complaint is the pool bar service. Drinks were pricey and mediocre. But at least they have a pool bar! Several condos I have stayed at do not. Will definitely stay here again!

We are a group of 6 family members who have been vacationing in Puerto Vallarta and the nearby area for the last twenty years. We stayed for a a week at the luxury condo and I must say that the luxury apartment is well deserving of the 5 star reviews it has been receiving and it did not disappoint. The comfort and convience of the luxury apartment can't be beat. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality. We had an amazing time.

Wonderful unit/host. Spacious/gorgeous. Awesome deck/views. Perfect central location immediately off the Malecon. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Excellent check in, coordination/communication, etc. My family had a great time and hope to be back in the future.

Amazing and will come back for sure

This condo unit was beautiful and so roomy. The kitchen had everything even a margarita maker. The balcony was massive and shady. Great walkable location to tons of restaurants, shopping, and beach access. We needed to Uber only to a bigger grocery and Misloya Beach (to snorkel). Fantastic stay!

Loved the location! It had all the amenities. Great and relaxing space. Highly recommend. Will definitely book here again.

Exceeded our high expectations. Fabulous “city” location with dozens of excellent Donny venues within walking distance!! Condon first class, with tasteful sculptures throughout!

The property was absolutely amazing. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at over the last ten years. Every feature that you could desire was included in the property. The management company was very responsive and offered extra services that I have not been offered with other properties

The apartment was great. Exactly how presented. Great location on the boardwalk with a gated community. The host was responsive when we had a few questions. The pool was awesome and the apartment was well maintained and lots of brand new kitchen and furniture items.

Wow. Such an amazing property. The deck area is more like a living room, it’s so spacious and has an amazing ocean view. We hung out there a lot. The kitchen has everything you could want and is so well organized. The pool is huge and we loved the swim up bar, the shrimp tacos and margaritas are delicious. The bedrooms were very comfortable and love that there is a king bed in every room. Joshua and team were very accommodating and responsive to any questions and gave great recommendations for things to see and eat. Thanks and we would love to come back next year!

We can’t wait to return! Beautiful accommodations every bit as nice or better than the pictures. The location is perfect with easy walking everywhere and sweeping water and river views. The host and his team were extremely responsive, professional and proactive. The condo was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The terrace was a delight, very large and private with lots of seating areas, a grill and wonderful views. A perfect stay!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. The space, the views, the huge outdoor living room overlooking the ocean, and so on. We have been to PV over 20 times and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The location puts you right next to Centro and Zona Romantica so everything is a 10 minute walk or less from the building. The condo itself was pristine and the kitchen was better stocked than my own home with things like blenders, cloth napkins, barware, etc. The hotel pool is huge so it never felt very crowded---it also had a swim-up bar that served food (the shrimp burger is divine). The condo management team met us at check-in for an orientation and always responded within 15 minutes or less and provided some great recommendations. The master bathroom has a huge bathtub that overlooks the city/ocean, as well as a nice walk-in shower. Huge bonus-the unit has endless hot water and good shower heads. BOOK THIS PLACE NOW--you won't regret it.

We picked this unit out of many options in the area and I cannot be happier with the choice. The views are spectacular the location is perfect and service was excellent. The swim-up bar was run by sweet and delightful people too with great drinks and food. The rooms were spacious and the individual air conditioning units were so accommodating. We did not use the kitchen as we just retired and we wanted to just be on vacation but it was perfectly equipped. If it had not been so muggy we would have spent more time outside but the veranda is spectacular. We will definitely be back to this unit if and when available. Joshua and his Team were perfect hosts too.

The place was beautiful, and the pictures are true to what it is, which is awesome. The building is right on the border of the romantic zone and the downtown.. perfectly situated. Any questions we had or any problems we had were solved within a half hour literally… they are on it.!! Any time we needed anything we were able to message through the Airbnb app, and they got back with us very quickly. We would definitely come back again.

The property was better than described and am already planning return trip to same property. Well equipped unit, decorated extremely well and property staff friendly and outgoing. Joshua and Team were highly responsive to ensure all needs were taken care of and went above and beyond when questions were asked and suggestions for excursions. Would use Joshua and Team again without hesitation.

This property exceeded all my expectations. The condo was immaculate. It was beautifully decorated, highlighted by the owner’s collection of local fine art. It was well equipped with anything we might need. We were the fortunate recipients of good taste and attention to detail. The large balcony was the perfect vantage point to enjoy the extraordinary view. We all enjoyed the pool. The swim-up bar had a lunch menu. They also had service for those sitting around the pool. It wasn’t very crowded at all. In the morning, no one else was there, except staff, so we could swim laps. Restaurants were an easy walk. We were right off the boardwalk, in our own oasis.

I can’t say enough about this place. It is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would ever need. Everything is with in walking distance as well. The condo is so big and beautiful and the patio is just amazing. The staff were excellent and always responsive if we ever needed anything. The staff around the facility are so great as well especially Miguel who works down by the pool. He was amazing and so nice every day! He also drives taxi and was more than willing to take us to our excursions we had in the mornings. We will definitely be back!!!

Josh and his team made our stay in Puerto Vallarta so enjoyable. They responded quickly any day of the week, were gracious, helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at any of their facilities!

Joshua and team are amazing, friendly, responsive and very easy to communicate. The home was pristine clean and many household items and you will feel right at home.

What a great place! Perfect location with lots to do. Amazing food and shopping within walking distance. Beautiful views and a firework show every night! The condo was spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time, and hope to be back.
