We had a relaxing stay at this beautiful home. The hosts and Ms. Rocio were very attentive to our needs, allowing us to check in early and check out late. It's one of the most comfortable places we've stayed at with our dogs. The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi was always perfect (86–95 °F). The bedrooms are very spacious for suitcases, the beds are comfortable, and each one has good air conditioning. The rooms and kitchen were very comfortable to use. The TVs in the studio and master bedroom worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi is fast, but unfortunately it doesn't reach the two secondary bedrooms, and for the same reason, the TVs in those rooms don't work either. The shower in the studio has a low-pressure issue, but we didn't have to use it much. The best part of our stay was Rocío's constant support; she is a helpful and kind person, and her entire family assisted us with whatever we needed.

Very happy, the facilities are exactly as they appear in the photos, and Ms. Rocio's service was 10/10—she was always very friendly and attentive. Honestly, I was very satisfied with my stay; my wife enjoyed it a lot. There were just a few minor issues, such as the TVs not having a signal or the lighting at night being a bit poor due to a few burned-out bulbs, but I understand that these are things that happen from time to time. Otherwise, I was very satisfied. I will be back soon!

We loved it, we had hot water in the jacuzzi all the time, the garden is huge, my dog enjoyed the space a lot. The whole house is very clean.

Amazing stay

The house is just like the photos, my family and I stayed two nights and 3 days. What we enjoyed the most was the pool area, it was not necessary to pay for heating, but one day it was a little colder because it was cloudy. The house is very warm, and the garden is beautiful, Mariana's attention was very nice and her honesty with the details left us wanting to return. The house is 800 meters from downtown, but you have to walk a little on the main road, but nothing out of the ordinary. If you buy things, you can ask for a motorcycle taxi that charges 25 pesos to the house. The area is super quiet, but the village can have patron saint festivities, which is normal to hear fireworks and the sound of the party at night, so if you are a very light sleeper I recommend earplugs, or you can do what we do, go to the village party hahaha

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and we would not hesitate to do it again. Everything was perfect, good location and privacy.

This made for a beautiful home base while hiking in nearby Tepoztlan National Park. It was a cultural experience walking through the town and hiking up to the town’s pyramid. We enjoyed listening to the nearby sounds of music and celebratory fireworks while we relaxed in the amazing outdoor spaces! The hosts were extremely helpful and kind.

Highly recommended, the house has everything you need and more for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The garden is very nice, the pool is spacious and the temperature is very comfortable, it stays at 30 degrees even at night, the jacuzzi has a higher and very comforting temperature, the view makes you forget the city, which by the way is very close, Life is enjoyed a lot here, you enjoy nature, you can see birds, squirrels or iguanas. My 10 and 12 year olds asked me to bookmark it. The hosts and the staff who take care of the house are very friendly. I will be happy to come back.

The place is nice and you can rest easy. I love to see the iguanas visiting the garden and I really liked Rocio's attention.

It is a nice, safe house with excellent service

Everything is good, good communication, the place is as described, everything is very quiet and calm, everything works well in the house, very good service and kindness from Rocio who is in charge of the house, very quiet and calm surroundings, nice garden, wonderful hot water, pool and jacuzzi worked perfectly, just take into account that due to the location there may be insects and animals which is understandable due to the environment.

The house's architecture is beautiful, with unevenness and a very well-done interplay between concrete and wood structures. Large windows with lots of light and exits from the bedrooms, living room, garden study with multiple terraces. A very nice jacuzzi and pool and a garden full of details: trees, succulents, cacti, flowers. But the best part of all is the view of the Tepozteco volcanic rock formations. My father painted several paintings from the garden.

The place is great, ideal to rest and relax, definitely back

My family and I had a comfortable stay, Rocío who was in charge of the house, he was attentive to our needs, he was very friendly and supported us at all times. The house is comfortable, the garden is very spacious and my pets really enjoyed it. The only thing I regret is how cold the pool was, we could not occupy it because it never reached a more or less normal temperature, we were warned that it did not have a boiler for the pool, so we were already warned but the sun was never enough to heat it, it is important to take that into account if you are going to book.

We really enjoyed Mariana's house, the description matches very well with what the space is. In our case the solar cells of the pool did not seem enough (for the season it was not hot in Tlayacapan) and we wanted to request the boiler but it was only for the jacuzzi so we better desis. We traveled with 5 dogs and they were very happy with the large terrain available however, we had to coordinate with Mrs. Rocio, who very kindly warned us when she left her room located at the entrance of the property to be able to stop our dogs as they are reactive. If you are traveling with reactive dogs, please note that there are service people on the property. Thank you Mariana for hosting us, your place was a great family experience.

We really liked the house. It has great view of the hills from the living room, garden and pool. It is well located, you can walk to the center, but it is not in the middle of where many people come together. And Mrs. Rocío was very friendly and attentive.

1. The mountain view is beautiful and the tranquility the place is unbeatable. 2. Suitable for rest, without losing the comfort of a good Jacuzzi (which can be heated via caldera) and a refreshing pool (touched excellent weather) 3. A rustic design of the property, but without moving away from modernity in essential things: air conditioning, fans, wifi, tv cable, etc. 4. Mrs. Rocío and her husband, an unbeatable treatment, always pending and attentive with guests. 5. The only suggestion is to put blinds or curtains in the master bedroom, since from 6:30 am the light is already intense.

A great place for a weekend. The rooms with A/C are a hit. Comfortable and practical, and a nice place.

Excellent place, very nice, nice and cozy. We really appreciate the effort they made to accommodate pets (since they are also a beloved member of the family); the garden has a large area where he could be very happy. Mrs. Rocio; who helped take care of the house, was very attentive, kind and was always on the lookout, as was the host Mariana who was always in contact. A great place to spend a super quiet time in the jacuzzi or pool! The bedrooms are very spacious with A/C that makes the stay very comfortable. The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare your food, the Pueblito is very close to buying what you need. You really feel at home!
