Great place. Super central near main Playa strip. Easy access to arrive from bus station and easy to walk to ferry. Amazing views. Clean. Kitchen well stocked. 5 stars

I continue to go back to this unit for many reasons. The staff at Cindi unit are very responsive and accommodating. The pool area is great with a constant ocean breeze all day with direct access to beach. Next door are multiple restaurants and beach clubs. The Condo is 1 block away from main strip of restaurants and bars. They even set you up with a driver if you choose who can take you on excursions. Easy, easy, easy, and quality accommodations and view!

Excellent location, beautiful private beach with lounge chairs. Security at front gate and the beaches gate were excellent to deal with. Very well stocked condo. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the ocean from balcony.

This condo was perfect !!! Very clean and spacious and the view was amazing ! The cherry on top was you had 5th street right there and the beach too !!! There are 2 restaurants, one on both sides of the property and you can order food and drinks right from the pool or the beach !!! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Kitchen is well equipped. Very handy to have washer/dryer. Conveniently located on beach one block off of 5th Avenue. On site property manager is very responsive. Another wonderful stay at Luna Encantada G2!

This apartment is located in the heart of the tourist district with direct beachfront access. It’s in the middle of the commercial zone, and everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is a large two bed, 2 bath, fully stocked, cozy, stylish and surprisingly quiet at night. It was the perfect base for our two small families.

We had a great stay at Barb's Airbnb in Playa Del Carmen's. The place looked just like the pictures and the view was even more beautiful. Everyone at the complex were extremely friendly and helpful. I would love to return!

Fabulous view and was right on the beach, which is where you want to be if you’re staying in Playa Del Carmen.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated promptly, making everything smooth and easy. The place itself was beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described, and I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

We loved Barb’s place! The location was perfect! It was right on the best part of the beach, with great free beach chairs (we tipped) so many restaurants and everything nearby! It is in the heart of it all (so many cool places to walk to), yet safe and quiet in our condo! The condo was so nice! Beautifully decorated and everything provided. The filtered water was really nice! We loved the patio! Edith, the concierge was very friendly as well! Thank you Barb! We will be back!

Barbs's place is awesome. The location is perfect! The balcony/view is the best: center of the building with a clear view of the pool area and the beach. The condo is so clean and well appointed - we truly appreciated the kitchen being stocked with everything one would need to cook, including spices - a few places we've stayed at didn't even have salt/pepper! The bottled water included was the best. No worries about stocking up on water! Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Barbs was incredibly nice, responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again!

We stayed here with our two teen sons and they loved it. This is a pretty roomy place and it looks like the pictures. The location is right off 5th avenue and a 5 minute walk from the Ado station. You can walk out to the beach and there are restaurants on either side. Also to the left there is an area less rocky to swim. Great place to stay, would stay here again for sure!

This is the second time I have stayed at this location and I plan to repeat yearly. The condo itself is amazing and has plenty of room. There is always locked gate with guard but safety never seemed to be a concern. The location is the biggest win. You are actually on beach and you need only to walk a block to hit all restaurants and bars. Even Walmart just 10 min walk to get any supplies.

Barb’s place was wonderful! It looked just like the photos and was even nicer in person! The staff was exceptional and the location was amazing, right on the beach and in walking distance to anything you could possible need or want to do! I’d highly recommend staying here!

We had an awesome week in Barbara's apartment in Playa del Carmen. The apartment is perfect, with everything we needed for an excellent stay overlooking the sea in the best location in Playa. The beach in front of the condominium is also great and the chair/umbrella service is a priceless plus. We hope to return there soon and would certainly recommend it to families who want to enjoy their vacation in Playa without worrying about anything.

Barbs’s place was wonderful. Amazing view from the balcony, warm and welcoming doorman, exceptional housekeeping. Loved the private beach as well as pool and how easy it was to walk to everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo at the heart of playa, sparky clean with gorgeous views. It has everything your heart desires: comfortable beds, huge double sink bathrooms and large walk in closets. Washer and drier looked new, but we didn't use them. We felt very safe at the property and the doorman helped me with parking my car. Host and property manager were very responsive and attentive. There are two excellent beach restaurants next door, and wonderful massage place. This place is gem. We will certainly stay here again, next time we are in the area.

This is by far one of the best air bnbs I have booked. The location at Luna Encatada doesn’t get any better. Right on the water, and right in the center of all that PDC has to offer. Yet very peaceful and quiet once you are in the apartment- you wouldn’t even know that busy 5th Ave is one block behind you. The amenities are 5 star - the pool was a perfect temperature and plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. They also have beach loungers just for the residents of the apartment complex right infront and there is a beach bar right next door ( they give you 15% off if you are staying in Luna Encatada) The beds were so comfortable and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing at night was so peaceful. All around amazing stay! Barb was a very helpful and responsive host. Do not hesitate to book this incredible air bnb! Thank you Barb, we will be back some day :-)

We had a little trouble finding the place at night when we arrive, since it is in the pedestrian zone, but finally did. The place is fantastic. Lots of room and everything was in order. The view from the balcony is perfect. The location could not be better to experience the beach and the town--you can walk to anything. we had a great time!

Absolutely fantastic place! The location is perfect, right on the beach and right in the middle of the action. Pool was lovely. The entire place just feels good. The staff was also really kind and helpful. We loved our balcony in the morning with incredible views and we hope to come back again! Oh, and the unit was actually a lot nicer than we expected and very comfortable. Highly recommend!! :)

Excellent location and clean condo.

Barb, the owner, and the staff at Luna Encantada were phenomenal. The property was even better than shown in the photos. As people walked down the beach they often stopped to take a look and even take pics- probably to earmark for their next stay! The beach right in front of the property happens to have the most magnificent outcropping of stone that’s perfect for almost anything- meditating, photo sessions, or doing nothing at all. Everything, even Walmart, is within walking distance. Bars, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, Starbucks, street vendors, specialty and novelty shops… make sure you stay long enough to enjoy it all. The staff were always available and accessible but never intrusive. They kind of became my friends ;) Go. You won’t regret choosing to stay here. We even extended our stay a few days. That’s how good it is.

Excellent place. A super safe place with 24hr security. The building has a super clean pool with private beach access. It takes a code to get in and out of the building which makes it a very safe and quiet place. The super clean condo with everything you need to stay for several days. The AC works perfectly and the beds are super comfy. Great AIRBNB, and Barbara is super friendly.

The condo was perfect. My husband and I walked the beach many times and discussed how the location of the condo is the absolute best. The beach in front of the condo is clean, spacious and doesn’t have a bad odor like some areas do. The condo is close enough to the main streets that you can conveniently drop by the condo whenever you need but far enough that you don’t hear any of the Main Street noise. The condo was clean and we really appreciated the additional cleanings included during our stay. The beds were comfortable and we felt very safe the entire time. We would absolutely stay here again.
