I've stayed in this complex before, but Alexis home was definitely the better option. Always easy to find for Uber and Rappi. Extremely close to El Pobaldo. Safe and Secure! Definitely a must stay for anyone coming to Medellin

This Location is fantastic nearby local restaurants,clubs and shopping malls . Was isolated perfectly with great views of Medellin very safe as well with 24/7 security at the front gate. Alexis was very communicative and even helped us out with a personal situation that happened during our trip we are forever grateful and in the future would definitely stay here again !

An epic stay, perfect for the four of us guys. Exactly how it was described and not far at all from el poblado. Neighborhood is nice and security guard in the front is a legend. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in a fun group.

I could write a book about why Alexis was so such a great host. Our stay was so relaxing peaceful and forthcoming! We booked this place for my Bachelor weekend it was phenomenal lots of towels plenty of room 24hr security and close to the mall and city active. To make things even better the host has a lot of friends if you book make sure you ask for Felipe he is a tour guide extremely knowledgeable great prices. I will say this it was a little hard to find the place you find it everything is fine. If you looking for safety, Reliability, comfort and budget friendly this is your place ✊🏽🫡

The place is very nice and recommended to stay. It's close to Provenza where you can go at night, and there are also malls nearby where you can walk. Alexis also behaved very well, gave us recommendations for places to go and was always attentive to anything we needed.

Great home, the team was amazing, very helpful for giving us recommendations for tours.

A great location and an amazing house that is exactly like it looks in the photos. We were on a boys trip and the house was very comfortable for a group of guys. Private and no issues with the neighbors. The Jacuzzi was a big hit. Security was on point and facilitated any food deliveries and uber pickups. It was a $3 dollar and 8min Uber rider to the restaurant and club areas of Provenza and Parque Lleras. Overall very happy with the stay and was very good value for money at the price. Many thanks to Alexis for being immediately responsive for any minor issues that were reported.

Alexis was an amazing host. He not only was responsive but pleasant and the his support team as well were proactive with services. Easy to communicate with and the home by far was the best air bnb I’ve ever booked. Medellin is a beautiful city filled with great activities and restaurants but I would book a flight again just to enjoy this home and the jacuzzi again. This home was the high point of my entire trip.

We had an incredible stay at this amazing house in Medellín! The place was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a luxurious getaway. The vibe was perfect for our group, with gorgeous views and a prime location that made exploring the city a breeze. What really stood out was how easy it was to communicate with the hosts. They were super responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from booking to check-out.

A very nice house, in a subdivision with few houses. 24/7 surveillance service. The house has all the amenities and each room is independent. 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The jacuzzi service works perfectly and is very nice for a good time. It has all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, living room, dining room, ping pong table and wifi that reaches the whole house. Also a parking space. Sergio's service was always good and he was quick to coordinate questions, check-in and check-out. You have to consider that the area is good and close to some shopping centers, but far from the airport and about 20 minutes by car from areas such as Provenza. Definitely a great option if you're looking for something central, spacious and with all the amenities.

What a great townhouse and host! I rented this Airbnb for a weekend to celebrate my birthday relaxing with a group of expat women (we all live in Medellin). It was clean, plenty of space, quiet, well designed and outfitted. The kitchen has sufficient supplies for cooking (but almost no pantry supplies), the beds are comfortable, the showers work well, the jacuzzi worked well, and it was a great place to relax. Lots of attention to detail, from warm incandescent lighting to double blinds in the bedrooms so you can choose level of darkness. The host team was super responsive and helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Alexis’s place was very beautiful and welcoming. I loved that there were 4 huge bedrooms and 4 really nice bathrooms so no one needed to share. There is security on the property but they’re there to help you 24/7 and never get in the way of any festivities. Definitely would recommend. Hot tub is a plus.

Beautiful place! Our family of 7 stayed here and had a wonderful time! Enough space and bathrooms for everyone. The house is clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved the ping pong table and hot tub. The host, Alexis, assisted us in finding transportation from the airport and put us in contact with a great travel guide, Felipe, that took our entire family to Guatape. Nice location, close enough to everything and uber was always available. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Beautiful Space To Stay

Wonderful place quick service and understandable

The townhouse is spacious and offers plenty of bathrooms for a large group, as shown in the pictures. Although we encountered a few minor issues with the unit, Alexis was very responsive and addressed them immediately, even providing extra cleaning during our stay. We were two families with children no older than six, and the townhouse was comfortable for our party of nine. The complex also has 24-hour security. However, if you are traveling with family and kids, be aware that on most nights during our stay, we heard loud music from other units hosting group gatherings. While the local police would quickly respond and shut them down, someone needs to call them.

Second time staying here and, as always, an excellent experience. The location is perfect: private but central, with easy access to Uber. The doorman is always attentive, which provides a very safe atmosphere. They now have a hotel-style key system, much more practical and secure than traditional ones. For an additional fee, they offer maid service with daily cleaning and breakfast, which makes your stay even more comfortable. Alexis, the host, was super attentive and proactive in everything we needed, making sure everything was fine in our stay. The property is ideal for bachelor parties, birthday celebrations or just a getaway with friends. Totally recommended!

First, let me start out with saying this place is “VISITOR FRIENDLY” The home was immaculate, and completely matched the description. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need to be able to prepare your own meals or warm up those late night snacks.. The security was first rate and responsive with a gated perimeter and 24hr manned security checkpoint which added to the secure feeling of the compound. Lleras Park is only a 5min Uber ride, but there are also plenty of shopping and eateries within that same amount time walking to the local mall. This place is close enough to all the action of Medellin but far enough from the action where you could actually relax. I would definitely stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
