⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Natalia was an amazing host! We needed a place for our group of 16 at the last minute and late at night, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us. The communication was excellent, the check-in process was smooth, and she made a stressful situation so much easier. The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day. Even though we only stayed one night, we truly appreciated her hospitality, flexibility, and quick response. We wouldn't hesitate to stay with Natalia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful host. Thank you again for taking such great care of our group!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The service and attention were truly amazing. From the very beginning, they supported us with everything we needed, always showing willingness and professionalism. They took the time to calmly explain every detail to us, which is greatly appreciated. I would especially like to highlight the patience and friendly service provided by the entire team. The housekeeper was simply lovely, very attentive, respectful, and always willing to help, which made a big difference during our stay. Definitely high-quality service. Highly recommended.

The stay was unbeatable! Beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean, safe place. We couldn't ask for more. The hosts were very friendly and flexible, we really want to repeat every year. Thank you Natalia for all your attention!

The house is very spacious, a very quiet neighborhood, and Natalia was always attentive and willing to collaborate. The place is perfect for large families, just a couple of problems with the Wifi.

A beautiful house with very well-kept details of decoration, cleanliness, amenities, kitchenware, commonly used items, lounging areas and excellent exteriors. Very fine finishes and in good condition. It was suitable for our family with older adults and children. The cleaning service included in the reservation gives it significant value. The pool is suitable for children and meets the accessibility requirements for all needs and ages The administrator Natalia attended to and resolved our situations and demands at all times with constant communication through different channels

We had a wonderful stay at Natalia’s beautiful home. She and her concierge Dani were super communicative and responsive. Dani helped us book various activities and made it very easy. We wanted to be able to relax and be taken care of and access to the beach club daily made this happen with drinks and food! The beach at the beach club was beautiful and uncrowded - feeling very private. You can rent boogie boards and surf boards right there. The kitchen has everything you need. Outdoor space was beautiful. And bedrooms/baths were lovely. Plenty of room for our group. Thanks Natalia and Dani!!

The house was spotless and it was perfect for our family of 5. Check-in was a little bumpy as the map Airbnb provides will not take you to the right place and the garage keypad does not work. Thankfully the front door was open. The beach club is a huge benefit. Really the only downfall is the road that the backyard bumps up to. Unfortunately, it’s super noisy with dump truck and motorcycle traffic on the week days. There is nothing Natalia or the property owner can do about that so it’s only right to give this place 5 stars.

Everything was great with 2 minor issues. Wrong access code to get into house took a while to resolve and couldn’t get the information guide - the link is not functional. House and amenities are as advertised and we loved our stay!

Great home in great location. Lots to do in area. You really need a car or golf cart here as so much to do and see but walking to them not really an option. Communication with current host natalia not great for example 1. How to get into property past gaurds at gates. you need a very specific access code etc which was unlcear to us on arrival so had an hour delay at gate. Once we got instructions all good for future passes. 2. One of the showers did not work (We did not report to Natalia as there were other options). However one day a bunch of plumbers etc came in announced to work on shower with their own access key. Not great from a privacy and security perspective. Overall house great just typical airbnb small stuff fixes not done. Sad for a house of such quality.

Our group of 10 people spanning 3 generations really enjoyed our stay at this house. The outdoor space is a lovely oasis - well landscaped, plenty of seating, and plenty of shade. We appreciated the concierge services and the housekeeping, both of which took our stay up from a standard Airbnb experience. We were relucant to drive ourselves, but found that zipping around on golf carts combined with some excursions was fine for our purposes. Natalia was very responsive when we needed her - on Christmas day even! Thank you for your hospitality Natalia!
