Casa Chukum was exactly what our group needed. The property felt like a private oasis—peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly spacious. With multiple units and generous common areas, everyone had room to spread out while still spending quality time together. The hosts were exceptional from start to finish. Karem and Nataly were responsive, accommodating, and proactive throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. Oscar was also incredibly helpful and quick to assist whenever needed. What stood out most was how comfortable and welcoming the entire experience felt. Our group made amazing memories here, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We would absolutely stay at Casa Chukum again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting La Paz.

We had a great stay at Casa Chukum! It was perfect for our big group with comfortable and clean rooms and an amazing outdoor gathering space with the pool/hot tub/fire pit. We absolutely loved staying here! The hosts are very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend doing a pizza night with Oscar and coordinating your excursions with Nataly. You will need a car or to coordinate drivers with Nataly since the house isn't walking distance to town.

The house is amazing. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is. Everyone is very attentive and always available.

What a beautiful house, spaces and places to spend our stay. We were a group of 15 people and everything was super comfortable. It matches the photos perfectly. It's clean, tidy, easily accessible and close to downtown. It's definitely a place I'd come back to. The host was always attentive and responded immediately.

We loved our stay here! A big group felt very comfortable as we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Oscar made us a pizza feast the first day of arrival and it was worth every penny. Oscar was very helpful throughout our entire stay, as was Natalie who helped us coordinate cars several times. Watching sunset from the roof was one of our favorite activities. FYI--uber is not reliable in La Paz. Highly reccomend either coordinating with Natalie or downloading Didi.

Karem’s villa was absolutely stunning and we had the most amazing time at her place with 13 ladies! :) Oscar is golden and the most helpful house man and literally helps with everything, including cooking delicious pizzas at the villa and even helping us with all our luggage. The location is fabulous! Thank you for a most wonderful stay!

We were 11 people, a family reunion. We all had really great experience. We like to travel to a luxury home on these reunions, and this was truly luxurious. I liked all the many features, like the fireplace you can sit around, the spa and the pool. The house has a modern design that works really well and the upper floors have very beautiful views out to the bay. We found the host friendly and Oscar, the maintenance guy, very helpful. We had a little confusion gaining access. It seemed like we didn't have the number that we would need to open the door. We called them and they got us in. A couple minor notes: The dishwasher was not operational. The area is up a hill from town and there are a lot of construction sites. Great views, but the neighborhood outside the home is not really a great area to hang out or take walks. Thanks, Karem and crew, we loved our stay and we look forward to coming back.

We had a great time! Casa Chukum was beautiful and comfortable for all 16 of us. Kareem and Nataly were very responsive and helpful. Oscar helped clean up and maintain the property and Omar and his team made us a delicious meal! The common spaces were wonderful and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean. The location is just outside of town and Ubers can be hard to get (but if you know your plans in advance Nataly can help arrange rides) but were able to walk into town a few times and take taxis back the few times we couldn’t get an uber.

Comfortable for group of 17 visiting La Paz. Quick drive down to the Malecon, could walk down-although walk back is up a steep hill. We spent most of our time in the hot tubs and around the fire pit at night. Great value for the size of home! The house manager Oscar was extremely helpful and cooked pizza for us one night.

Beautiful and comfortable place for 14 adults. Couples got their own rooms/bathrooms but there was still a central place for everyone to enjoy. Hot tub and steam room were great. Pool was gorgeous but too cold to use much in January. Roof tops were great for sunset. Only thought was kitchen wasn’t fantastically stocked with plates/glasses/cutlery (not enough for 18+ guests). Also was a bummer that the dishwasher was out of use, but we made do. Overall, guests all loved it and we would definitely stay again.

As advertised, beautiful compound (really) with lots of separation for guests and a great communal space as well.

Our stay was spectacular. We had two families, 10 total people and the accommodations were perfect. Every individual or couple had their own room and bathroom and the kitchen was ideal for cooking and a table that fit us all! I would recommend Karem's Airbnb for it's topnotch amenities, location and comfort. Also, thank you to Oscar who daily cleaned the common areas, insured the pool and hottub were filled and cleaned and finally, we hired him to cook a pizza dinner (pizza, salad (one of the best) and focaccia) one night that was delicious. We would stay there again! Thank you!

We booked the Casa along with the apartments for our wedding group in La Paz, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 15. There was more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable, and the layout made it easy for all of us to gather together without ever feeling crowded. Oscar made fresh pizzas for our welcome night, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. Since taxis and Ubers are not reliable in this area, we used Nataly’s car service. Nataly helps manage the Villa and she was fantastic with our group, friendly, organized, and completely stress free. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, and the pool was refreshing. We loved the hot tubs and the rooftop views, especially at sunset, which were unforgettable. The fire pit quickly became our nightly gathering spot. The gas barbecues on every level were also a huge bonus. Karem was wonderful to work with and always responsive. Overall, Casa Villa was a beautiful and memorable place!

Our stay was incredibly relaxing and perfect for the whole family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made it very comfortable, and the layout of the house was ideal for spending quality time together. We enjoyed great family moments in the common areas and plenty of pool time too. The kitchen was amazing—spacious and well-equipped—and the pool was just as wonderful. The space is very well thought out, and it truly allowed us to enjoy our time as a family. We would absolutely stay here again!

House was great for a large group!

We loved the house, it's very well located, the spaces are very good size, the main room is huge! Oscar was super friendly!!!! He helped us with everything during our stay and sadly we didn't know he made pizzas, foccacia and a thousand delicious food/dinner things, we would have liked to know before so we could try it. I highly recommend this house in La Paz!!! Thank you very much for everything

This is a true gem. The house is beautiful and well appointed. separate living spaces makes it ideal for an extended family or a larger group. We loved our stay and hope to return. I think it would be hard to stay here without a car, however.

Very clean and secure. We rented out the whole house because we had 18 people in total. The home has a alot of stairs so it was great to be able to use the elevator. The elevator is only used for like groceries & luggage. We enjoyed the courtyard area & used the pool daily, as well as the 2 rooftop spa's & the sauna was a huge hit! The house has great decor! Access to a washer & dryer. I have to give a big applause to Oscar, he is the house/grounds keeper. He was there to greet us & show us around the house & answer any questions we might have. I messaged him about a few things and he responded within minutes. It was my son's bday & he went to a bakery for me & ordered him a cake & picked it up! Oscar is awesome! There is a huge cell phone tower next to the home, but it didn't bother us. Last thing I will add is make sure everyone in your party is ok with stairs, there are 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor just in case you have anyone with health issues that cant walk up alot of stairs.

We rented the entire house and all apartments , 18 of us total. The place was even better than we expected. Everyone had their own areas and plenty of room for everyone to hang out in common areas. The host was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Oscar made pizzas for us one day for lunch and set up an amazing table and spread. Thanks for everything!

The house is very good, the access instructions are super simple. The house is just like in the photos, everything was impeccable, it is a house that is very enjoyable. I only suggest that the shower water outlets be cleaned so that the water flows straight down. In general, we loved the house!

Karem was always very attentive and helped us with local recommendations. He also helped us by taking care of our luggage when we left, very friendly and everything was perfect. The house is perfect for large groups and very nice. We would definitely come back!

The Chukum House was such an awesome spot to celebrate my bachelorette party. It looked just like the photos and there was lots of space for us to spread out and have our own rooms but great common areas where we could hang out together. Karem was super responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times to accommodate some of us working in the morning, which was much appreciated! Oscar was also so helpful and kind when it came to addressing some maintenance issues we had with the doors and toilet, he came to help so quickly! The location is nice because it was tucked away on a hillside a little ways from the Malecon, but it was challenging to get ubers/rides into town at times. Overall, the Chukum House, Karem and the wonderful staff made our weekend in La Paz so special!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. My group of 16 was extremely impressed and already wants to return to La Paz. The house was huge and never seemed cramped, even with 16 people. Jesus was there each day to check on the place and even did a pizza night for us! Check in was smooth and Kareem was very responsive. Would gladly return and highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our group. The property manager, Oscar, was attentive and helpful and we even had him make pizzas for our group one night.

Karem’s place in Lapaz was probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. I had a group of 14 who couldn’t agree less. It was very spacious and a lot of things to do just within the airbnb. We wished we had an extra day just to lay around at the airbnb, it felt a sanctuary. Karem’s recommendation of a private chef Omar was also a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend staying here!

There was always good communication and they were able to accommodate several requests we had, such as an early check-in and late check-out! Oscar was the one with us at the house and he also treated us very well! I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing facilities, spacious and highly recommended for a large group

This was one of, if not the COOLEST Airbnbs I've ever stayed in!!! My group of 12 girls had ample space and the rooms were spread out enough that we each really felt like we had our own private space to retreat to if we needed a moment of quiet away from the full group. This Airbnb is incredibly aesthetically pleasing - we were excited to be in a new place (La Paz) but found ourselves almost not wanting to leave the property because the vibes were so amazing within our little compound! We also experienced a small maintenance issue during our stay, and the day-to-day manager, Oscar, showed up ASAP to fix the problem for us. Oscar was so, so kind! I hope I get the chance to visit this place again in the future.

Karem's place is perfect for large groups looking for a private, relaxing place. We stayed with 12 people comfortably for a week. The highlights were the pool area, two roof top hot tubs, and 3 grilling areas. It is a great place to lounge, grill, and watch the sunset. The wifi is reliable enough to work remotely and take video calls. The only part to ask about is the construction next door. It was pretty noisy and dusty for two afternoons, because of the work next door. Despite that, we had a great experience overall!

This big house complex was amazing! Great view location. Even with all rooms filled there was plenty of room to spread out. Fire pit great gathering spot. Easy drive into Centro to restaurants.

What an incredibly beautiful and spacious villa! We came here with a big group of friends after our wedding in Todos Santos. Had so much fun here hanging out by the pool, enjoying the hot tub/sauna room, and watching epic sunsets on the rooftop. Good location as it's in between town and the beaches further north like Balandra. 10/10, would 100% stay again!

You won't be able to find a better Airbnb in La Paz, both for large groups and couples, as it can be divided. The facilities are the best, it has everything to spend the whole day in the house and make the most of it. The location is perfect if you're looking for privacy. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away. I recommend them 100%.

This place is incredible! There were 8 of us for a bachelor party and we absolutely loved it. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, steam room, outdoor spaces, rooftops, the kitchen and having our own individual rooms. Karem was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Highly recommended staying here, it’s an upscale unique Airbnb experience!

What a gem in La Paz! This was our first time visiting La Paz, and we were a large group of 12 people meeting for a reunion. This property met all of our needs! The different apartments and spacious common areas as well as the number of seating options and quiet private corners made it easy to be together without always "being together". The location of the house house is about a 60 pesos Uber ride away from the downtown area which is equivalent to about three American dollars making it very affordable to travel by Uber, however, you should know that not all Uber drivers are reliable and our trips were canceled many times so guests should plan that in advance. There is also a tiny market. just a 5-minute walk away from the house where you can find water, beer, snacks, etc for very good prices and they are open late. The host was very responsive. When my 7-year-old daughter locked herself out of her bedroom they sent someone right away to unlock the door! Gracias Karem!

THIS HOUSE IS INCREDIBLE!!! The highest praises for the coolest, most beautiful AirBnb we've ever stayed at ! We had the pleasure of renting this compound for our closest friends after our wedding in San Jose Del Cabo. Each of the couples and single folks had their own rooms which is always such a treat! The courtyard was out of this world gorgeous and truly felt like a dream every day and night. 15/10 recommend! La Paz, you are a special town. Thank you Karem!

Everything was perfect!! Very spacious accommodation for a large group. Karem is very responsive to requests.

The house and stay was spectacular. Oscar made our stay 100 times better and the pizzas he made us were delicious. The best beaches as Balandra son a 20 minutos. The seawall is lowering the hill 5 minutes away. The house has everything you need, and amenities of another level.

It is an excellent option to rest and vacation. Karem was always very kind and helpful as was Oscar, the chavo who helped us with maintenance. And finally and although it was an additional service that I hired, Monica the lady who helped us with the food service, it was a great recommendation. They all made our stay very pleasant. This place was just perfect for my 50th. Everyone had their own space and we really enjoyed the common spaces. The place was amazing. I would note that the kitchen isn’t well stocked with kitchen items (pans / bowls / cups) for the amount of people the place holds so we had to buy things in order to be able to feed the group. However, this was a small thing overall and they took good care of us, sending Oskar over daily to keep up with things and we got a quick response when the clicker to the gate stopped working. A really amazing stay. Look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful place for a large group! We rented the main house plus the 2 apartments and the studio. With 4 couples and 2 singles we could have easily fit many more. The pool is lovely, and we enjoyed the rooftop spa and the steam room as well. The outdoor kitchen is a nice touch if you want make pizzas or grill without using the kitchen stove. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice and the common areas were great for gathering. There is a nice view of the sea from the rooftops. We had a car and mostly use that to get into town, which is a 5-10 minute drive. We also took uber a couple times, which worked well. The house is at the top of a large hill, so be prepared to get sweaty if you walk :). Oscar, who provided maintenance, was very responsive when we had questions about the spa and gates. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good communication with Karem, from the arrival it was very accessible to schedule the entrance a little before the indicated time, in addition it helped us to recover some forgotten objects, thank you again!. Very well maintained facilities and excellent conditions. We rented the whole property and I liked that all beds have their own room and no sofa beds. Almost every room has its own bathroom and the ones that do not, they share it only with one more room. Amenities such as a pool, kitchen, jacuzzi, grills, etc. are very much enjoyed for a very pleasant group coexistence. Even if it wasn't a large group it could be the same, as in addition to the main living area, it has two other smaller sections, which could be used for one or two couples. The super recommended stay and La Paz is one of my favorite destinations, I hope to be back.

What was posted is the same as the listing. Excellent for large groups. Except for our vacations as we were canceled by catamaran. And we found this place that is nice, comfortable, clean and treated us very kindly. The house is very nice. Thanks for having us

We had a FABULOUS week at Casa Chukum. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and had a big group so we rented the entire place. Everyone had their own room & space, and the common areas (kitchen, pool, steam room, rooftops) were a huge added bonus. We felt like we were in our own private resort. Everything was clean, well designed and laid out, and the design was beautiful. It was hard to leave! We can't wait to visit again in the future!

The stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and safe. Great view to the ocean and driving up to the house has an amazing view of the city and water.

We celebrated a 30th birthday and booked the entire property. Our stay was amazing!! The house was beautiful and clean. Each room had their own bathroom, shower, and AC. The amenities are great. Karem is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating. She was always available to help. Our group had such a good time and are even planning to return in the future. I would definitely recommend!
