One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Puerto Vallarta! That’s saying a lot because I have been visiting for 20 years and stayed in a variety of places. This location is wonderful. Absolutely stunning views and sounds from the ocean. Walkable to the best restaurants, or a five minute taxi ride away. I loved that Sayan is quiet and peaceful, just minutes away from the buzz of Downtown! The restaurant and staff are outstanding! The pool, exercise room and amenities are spectacular. The condo itself is well suited, extremely comfortable beds, and decorated beautifully. The host was extremely flexible with our special requests and very responsive! The description did say that daily housekeeping was available, and we were offered it once during our weekday, but we declined. We would absolutely stay here again!

Really lovely stay, we appreciated the location and David’s place was really well done. It was comfortable, spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. We had a <2 year old and the space really accommodated her as well- with lots of open spaces to roam around. The common areas were well maintained and other tenants v friendly and international. David was accommodating, and JC -always reachable. Beds were all v comfortable and high quality. The property was private and safe. We would definitely come again!

David’s place is absolutely stunning! The property is in a great location with easy access along the beach to Zona Romantica , the Malecon and restaurants. If you decide to take uber instead, it’s a quick 5 minute ride and cost $2-$3 into town. It was nice to have a restaurant next to the pool which we found very reasonable and the food is very good. The property is a paradise and in the evening you’ll fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks. I will definitely be coming back and make reservations to stay at David’s home at Sayan Tropical.

The condo is prestine with a gorgeous view. Morning coffee and evening sunsets cannot be beat from the balcony. You can hear the waves crashing from the primary bedroom at night. The location is ideal; right above a beautiful beach and several pools, hot tub, gym, sauna, and restaurant onsite. Really close to tons of restaurants, bars, and the pier, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you return home. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again. PV is a beautiful place!

Wow…..what an incredible home, we spent many hours on the deck watching the wales and enjoying the beautiful views. The attention to detail is evident throughout. The overall property is immaculate. Grounds, security, pool and the staff. They really added to our holiday. Perfect location to get the best of both worlds!

I bounced around this Coast for a month, staying in hotels. Landing at this suite was a breath of fresh air, and I immediately extended my stay! Everything you need to be comfortable is here; kitchen supplies, sugar, ice, an extra blanket, etc. Also, the design and decor are luxe! I appreciated the solid wifi for work - not something you always get even at the nicest hotels. The security and staff are excellent. Restaurant food is good. The pool is warm, the ocean-front jacuzzi is outstanding, and the gym is large and equipped. The design and decor throughout the building was not overlooked. Wonderful building. Nice neighbors.

David is a great host and would recommend any place he manages.

David’s place was an absolute dream, from the location and amenities, to the staff at the location. Amazing views, private beach, and I was in awe at the gym. Jose was also great, always available and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond with making our stay flawless. I will be returning, difficult to leave this AirB. I wholeheartedly recommend!!!

David‘s place was a true paradise. You could sit on the expansive and beautiful balcony and watch the humpback whales pass by. One day I had 25 sitings! There were tropical birds regularly flying by and singing their hearts out. The sound of crash of the waves on the beach and on the rocks was downright serene. The on site restaurant had great service, prices and delicious food. The pools were beautiful and uncrowded. The grounds and staff were lovely. It was so easy to get into PV and enjoy the buzz of the town and the restaurants and nightlife. David and Jose Carlos were perfect and responsive hosts. JC accommodated our late check in and even gave us a ride into town to a nice restaurant that he recommended. The unit itself is even better than the pictures. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was in a great location that was conveniently located to a small beach and Romantic zone where there were several restaurants, shops and more. Although walkable, my friend and I relied on Ubers for transportation which was very cheap and easy. Would absolutely stay there again!

This is a stunning beachfront condominium with dreamlike balcony views. Peaceful and safe. Impeccable interior decorating, and spotless. Check-in was a breeze. The beach is right outside the property back door. The onsite restaurant is very convenient and offers friendly service and very reasonable pricing. Walking north along the beach there is plenty to do and see. Just a wonderful vacation spot.

David’s condo was very nice and spacious with a wonderful beach front view. The condo kitchen was well outfitted. The restaurant and the building staff were kind and helpful. We would stay here again. It was a quiet facility and a $3 Uber ride brought you into the Romantic Zone less than a mile away.

We're frequent visitors to Mexico, and PVR is one of our favorites. This time was extra special because of where we stayed. We would for sure stay here again. Thank you David!

David and Jose were great hosts. They were very proactive communicators. The condo itself is luxurious and the setting by the water is beautiful. You can walk into town pretty easily (about 20 minutes) or take a 5 min car ride. Be aware that you have to descend some steep steps if you want to get down to the beach level, but overall we found the location to be the perfect mix of convenience and seclusion. Stay at this Airbnb, you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Amazing views of the ocean from the condo and the patio. Loved hearing the waves at night. The condo was spacious and clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great communication with David and JC - always willing to help! The pool was incredible and also nice to have the restaurant for meals or snacks. The condo is also in a great spot. Super easy to walk to the Malecon/Romantic Zone along the beach and also a very quick Uber ride away. We could also walk to Las Conchas Chinas and other calm beaches. Highly recommend this amazing condo and can't wait to come back!

This was the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! I could not recommend this place more. The airbnb is gorgeous with the nicest furnishings and decorations. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom is quite large and spacious. The view is absolutely amazing!!!! And going to sleep listening to the ocean is so cool. The location is perfect just 3-5 minutes to get to Zona Romantica. The entire staff at the condo building is super nice and the 24 hour security is really nice to have. We ate quite a few meals at the restaurant and everything was delicious and less expensive than going to a normal restaurant. The pool area is gorgeous and the gym is super nice. We even used the tennis court 4 times and really enjoyed it! We will definitely stay again!!

We were very comfortable from the very first second. The apartment, pools and garden are truly fantastic. Our expectations were even exceeded. The restaurant is also recommended; we enjoyed our breakfast there every day.

Where to start! It’s an absolutely beautiful condo, such a private stunning location. The views and the balcony are everything and the pool area is stunning as well. Quiet, relaxing, everything we wanted! The staff at Sayan were so lovely and the hosts were wonderful! Great communication from start to finish and so helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Truly this place is a GEM!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. Gorgeous decor. We enjoyed the porch with amazing views of the bay. Perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, a cocktail before dinner or even catch fireworks from the Malecon in the evening. The pools were never crowded and the common areas were well maintained. It was convenient having a restaurant on site. The service was excellent and the food was tasty. We walked to the public beach for banana boating and parasailing. You can walk to town from the condo but we did not attempt to at night. It's a short drive to Zona Romantica where we found plenty of restaurants. The condo is quiet and private yet close enough to the action. Overall, we loved David's condo!

The condo and entire complex are beautiful. The view was amazing and we watched whales off the terrace. The location is very convenient to walk along the beach to Zona Romantica or a short taxi ride. This is a very special place and won't disappoint.

The Airbnb was spacious , even bigger than I thought based on the Airbnb photos. The unit was clean and had modern furniture. This really made it a great place for me to work remotely as there a lot of places in the unit I could work from. It has a sweet great view of the ocean from the outdoor patio. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Puerto Vallarta.

Great Place! Great Host! Great Location! Great Property!

This place is great! All the amenities (pool, gym, sauna, restaurant, semi-private beach) were all great! If you're looking for a beautiful spot to rest and relax this will do. The apartment was nice as well. Not very walkable to anything local, but honestly that shouldn't be a problem. Uber and transit are all readily available and easy to find and use. Worth the trade-off for this otherwise amazing place. Most suitable if you're looking for a place to rest and relax and then hop on a short ride into denser parts of the city. David and all the staff at Sayan Tropical were also super nice and friendly.

This was our third vacation in the Sayan Tropical building and the first in David's condo. We love the serenity, ocean view, sound of the surf, peaceful pools, tennis court, onsite restaurant, quiet neighborhood, quick beach access and short five minute walk to Playa Los Muertos. The pictures reflect the unit well. The furnishings are super comfortable and in great shape. The internet access is great. Having a piano was a joy. It's a superb condo and building. I recommend this condo for anyone wanting to enjoy what the Romantic Zone offers without wanting to be surrounded by it 24/7.

This condo is perfect and matches the listing exactly. The view of the bay is stunning, and the unit itself is large, with a wonderful primary bedroom overlooking the ocean with balcony access and a big walk-in closet with attached bathroom, a second bedroom without a view also with its own bathroom, and a third room with a couch and desk, perfect for getting some work done if you don't want to sit on the balcony overlooking the beach and work (which is what I did). I suspect the couch in the third room is a sleeper sofa, but I'm not sure on that. WiFi was fast, cell service was decent, and I really didn't hear any noise from neighbors. The elevator literally takes you right to the front door of this unit, but there is no elevator noise. David and his co-host Jose were very accessible and responsive thru the app. I could not be happier with my stay. I made my reservation very last minute, same day in fact, and David made it happen for me.

Such a beautiful condo in the best neighborhood in PV. I saw manta rays and sea turtles snorkeling right in front of the condo! The space comfortably fit our 5 guests, the beds are super comfy and the rain shower is great. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic! We enjoyed watched the fireworks over the ocean from the pool. The decor is luxurious and strategically placed, when the sunset shines in all of the plants illuminate the walls and make you feel like you are in paradise. The living room has giant windows with an out of this world view. One of our girls in our group became sick, and David was very accommodating and let us add on extra nights for her to recover. There is a restaurant nearby called Macareno that we fell in love with and went to almost every day. It’s really close by and so delicious. The margaritas at the restaurant at the condo were cheap and delicious too! 10/10 experience, I highly recommend you book this Airbnb :)

David’s property was exactly as one could hope. The pictures made the place look spectacular and when we arrived it was even better! Super friendly staff put icing on the cake . The three pools were never crowded and often we were the only people using them. Easy 10-15 min walk along the beach to the “public beaches” with all the downtown activity. We will be back.

the place is just awesome. lt really looks better in real life ! Everything is up to date, very clean/looks like new and of high quality. The building is very nice too, with great friendly maintenance and security staff. Good restaurant on premises. Infinity pools are sparkling clean, everything around is serene and relaxing. My wife plays piano and enjoyed white Yamaha piano in the unit. Pretty unique amenity, adds class, for sure. Overall, the unit appears as a higher class designer condo rather than a regular cookie cutter Airbnb you see all the time. We enjoyed the stay 100%, have zero complaints. would recommend the place to anyone. And very likely to come back

Ive stayed in the area numerous times and David's place and building was by far one of the most relaxing. Great pool, staff, view, and ambiance. I would/will definitely stay here again!

The issue we had which was very minor and David understood the situation he total took care of us. I would highly recommend rent from a host like David out standing thank you again David we really do appreciate how you accommodate our needs and understood the situation which he had no control of 5 Star rating in my books will rent again for sure.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful condo. The amenities and location of the property made for a far better experience than we could have ever expected. The condo is gorgeous and very comfortable and has an amazing view of the ocean. We truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony everyday listening to ocean and enjoying the view of Puerto Vallarta. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms in the condo are spacious and well appointed, and we slept great as the property is very quiet. The staff at the property were also very friendly, professional and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage and in getting a cab to go to town to shop or dine. We also dined at the onsite restaurant numerous times as the food was very good, and enjoyed the cocktail and food service at the beautiful pools. Overall, everything about the condo exceeded our expectations. David was a great host and very helpful with all of our questions. We would love to stay at this property again!
