Beautiful, very spacious accommodation, a heated pool, and a kitchen with everything you need for your stay. It has beach equipment that makes the stay easier, such as chairs, a hammock, and umbrellas. The beach is very close. Although it is open ocean, it is beautiful and very quiet. From the house you can see the sea in the morning. It's a quiet and safe development. I would definitely come back!

Blanca was friendly and attentive. This beach house is beautiful and it felt like home. The maintenance staff does a great job keeping up with the inside and outside of the house. The overall experience was peaceful and quiet. Kids had lots of fun with the pool. We totally recommend this place.

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the house is. 🫶🏻 We had no trouble getting to the location. The area is a bit isolated, but if your idea is to disconnect and enjoy tranquility without being surrounded by noise, this is the perfect house. The beach is super close. The only issue is that it's open sea, so you just have to be careful. We enjoyed the solitude of the beach to the fullest. Since it's a private residential area, everything feels very exclusive, safe, and comfortable. Communication with Blanca was excellent; we had absolutely no problems with anything. In addition, she recommended Juanita, an incredible cook who took wonderful care of us and spoiled us with everything we asked for, not to mention the exquisite seasoning so characteristic of Oaxaca. I will definitely bring more family and friends back in the future. I am very grateful to Blanca for always being available and responding so quickly to my questions and needs.

My husband, parents and I recently stayed at this stunning two-story beach house in Costa Cumaná, and it was nothing short of a whimsical experience. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet with spectacular ocean views, this is the place to be. The house itself is beautiful, but the highlight for us was the palapa entertainment area. There is something truly special about enjoying meals and drinks under the palapa, hopping into the pool (which was diligently cleaned every single morning!), and then taking a long walk right along the coast. While you feel like you're in your own private paradise, the buzz of of Zicatela and Puerto Escondido is only 15-20 minutes away, giving you the best of both worlds. It was the perfect balance of secluded relaxation and easy accessibility. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge!

It's a very nice house. What we liked the most was the pool and the living room under the fans, which are really, really nice—we would fall asleep because it's so comfortable. The beach is literally a 3-minute walk away.

The place is very good for relaxing, sunbathing, and going for a walk on the beach. The house is very nice, but a lot of things need some maintenance.

An excellent place to go to rest, relax, walk by the sea, and spend time with family. Despite the heat due to the beach climate, the bedrooms were excellent, with fans and air conditioning that cooled very well. For sleeping, it was one of the best places. It had everything we needed. In terms of service, the host was very prompt and precise with instructions. Excellent communication. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable house; it met our expectations.

We had a great time; the place is quiet. Just because it’s open, there are a lot of mosquitoes 🦟; we had to go inside early because the kitchen is outdoors (very nice), and that made it impossible for us to spend more time in that area. The doors and the area where the toilet paper is kept need a bit of maintenance. Otherwise, everything was fine; the kitchen is superbly equipped. The beds are comfortable, and Blanca is very approachable and friendly. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. We would come back again.

It is an accommodation that is located inside a private development, located in an excellent area, quiet and relaxing. The house is a 1-minute walk from the beach (which is secluded and super relaxing). At night, the breaking of the waves is the only melody through your window. The place is very nice to go with the family, it is very quiet and you walk very little to get to the beach, we enjoyed it very much. Keep in mind that there is wildlife, we found toads and scorpions.

Very nice vacation home with a great pool that was cleaned daily. Particularly noteworthy is the good location to a beautiful beach. (3-minute walk) The complex is a bit outdated, which you can see mainly in the bedrooms. We would book this vacation home again.

We loved the house. It was extremely comfortable and had many courtesies from the host. We only recommend to bring a lot of mosquito repellent because most common areas are out in the open. Same to get to the beach you have to walk and it is not a beach to get in just to contemplate, by the same location we recommend buying supplies since there are no shops nearby. Yes, we would go back without a doubt.

Magical place! The house is unique, with a common area in an open palapa that makes the coexistence very special. The three bedrooms are super comfortable and all have air conditioning, which is essential to enjoy since it is very hot (Mayo). The beach is just 5 minutes walk and we loved it. Although we were warned that the sea can be dangerous by the high waves and the hangover, we really enjoyed getting to our knees and walking on the beach. The access to the house was very easy and as we took a car, moving to Puerto Escondido was very easy. We'll definitely be back!

It's an amazing place with all the amenities. It's very well prepared for a flawless stay. Blanca is an excellent host. She gave us very clear directions to get to the accommodation and many recommendations for eating, walking, and discovering the local culture. I recommend her 100%.

Very nice accommodation, safe and private, without any inconvenience during our stay, Blanca was very attentive from before our arrival, with all the information for our arrival and local recommendations, impeccable rooms and kitchen equipped with everything you need, the pool is very good, very fast internet and without interruptions, access to the beach a few meters, very quiet walks and beautiful views of the sunset, in general I highly recommend this place if you visit Puerto Escondido, we will definitely do it again.

Blanca is an excellent Anfitreona. The facilities are beautiful, clean and accessible, only 15 minutes from hidden pork. The place is amazing, worth coming back again, in fact I'm back in the summer. Highly recommended.

Excellent location for those looking for a place from where to explore the Oaxaca coast by their own car, from Puerto Escondido (20 mins) to Mazunte (30 mins). The property is in a private, secure development with access control. The property is very comfortable as it is posted and 3 mins walk to the beach. A delight to sleep listening to the waves!

Beautiful place so close to the beach you can hear the waves crashing constantly especially at night. Easy access to get around and to lock up and feel secure. Beach access is a short walk. Would recommend a car for getting around from town to town.

Great place. Quiet neighborhood, gated with pretty beach (not for swimming, too rough) 20 minutes from La Punta surf and restaurants. Beds are hard, nice sheets, great staff. Palapa living area is great. Good Wi-Fi

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable and clean. Mrs. Juanita told us that it was her first day and I provide a service of excellence. He offered to cook for us and it was very good, I would definitely complement our stay in an excellent way because it was no longer necessary to move around and dedicate ourselves to enjoying and resting. The beach is steps away within the subdivision and is totally private.
