With the exception of the property being located in the jungle and it is possible bugs can get in, none of the other statements are correct. Given the opportunity, I could have had the bed refreshed. The guest simply left, is inconsiderate and irresponsible. I am sorry Chelsea after months of pleasant conversations and my attempts to accommodate you, you neglected to communicate with me. I assure you given the opportunity to accommodate your family, you would have enjoyed your stay as all the other previous guests have.

This is a very Unfair and Unreasonable review. It was the night after Christmas!!! Dec 26th when I accepted this late same day request. I informed the guest the house was as not ready, however I managed to get the cleaning crew late evening. I also informed the guest I would deliver the cooking appliances the next morning as they are not kept out. Unfortunately the breaker for the water pump failed but it was an easy fix next day by a professional electrician. The description of the property is exactly as shown in the pictures. The house is in the jungle of Costa Rica and clearly states a 4x4 is necessary to access the property. Arriving at 10pm can be challenging. I went above and beyond to accommodate these last minute guests as their original airbnb cancelled on them. They received a full refund after staying the night, enjoying the pool, AC and accommodation. I feel I was not given reasonable time to address the issues given the holiday. Christmas Holiday is big in Costa Rica and I tried to give them a place to stay as they requested. Very ungrateful guests.
