My stay at the house was very pleasant. We really liked that each room had its own bathroom, as well as the air conditioners. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the pool was warm. Rosy was always available to answer my questions!

Beautiful place, Rosy was amazing also! We didn’t realize how far the property was from Bucerias and other areas. (10mins drive only) Not walkable but it was nice and quiet and with a rental vehicle we were able to do so much. If you get a rental vehicle and stay here you will easily be able to venture out to some cool places like Sayulita, and Punta de Mita. We had one of the best trips ever and we were a group of 11. There was room for one more person to comfortably stay with us if we would have had to accommodate for that. Highly recommend for big groups or family!

absolutely amazing spot we spent 10 days here with our family 12 of us. we enjoyed every thing. The host were fabulous the beach club is awesome and a close ride to local communities with lots of culture. highly recommend. will be back over and over again

Rosy the host was very helpful and responsive! GPS doesn’t seem to pick up exactly where the house is located, Rosy stayed on the phone with us until we were able to locate the house. The house was beautiful and the accommodations perfect for a family get away. We would stay here again and again! The resort access is so convenient, with great pools, a beautiful beach, and even a fun play area for children.

Our stay was amazing! The group loved that each room had an en suite bathroom. The open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and deck made it easy for everyone to spend time together! We enjoyed the pool in the backyard but also spent time at the complex’s Beach Club. The Beach Club had pool and beach access, along with courts for tennis or pickleball. Our contact, Rozy, was incredibly responsive and gracious with her time and our time. The Tamaran (B Nayar) development is great - quiet and secure! We would recommend to all.

Excellent service from Rosy, our host. Always attentive to us and our arrival to take us to the house and show us the location of the clubhouse. The coffee maker broke down and they immediately brought us a new one. Very friendly and attentive.

Alberto‘s home is beautiful and about an eight minute walk down to the beach club/beach. 6 free guest are included the rest pay 150 pesos. there’s a restaurant faro grill that’s about a 15 minute walk on the beach that is AMAZING to. the beach there is calm and the kids could swim in it. it’s close to plazas and very private. feels safe, possibly looking into property here i loved it

Our family of 14 had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Host were friendly and responsive.

The only point I could suggest is that there should be more dish towels. Just two dish towels is not enough and suggestions to go through your kitchen equipment because one of the pans is good for the trash. Also no overall the house is good. Very safe, the pool complex is super good with good service and good food.

Overall our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool it was warm, great for our grandchildren. Beds were very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size nice showers and air conditioning in each bedroom. Kitchen has just a gas stove top no oven but the barbeque worked well. Beach club has beautiful pools and wonderful restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Very close to La Cruz and Bucerias but you need to take an Uber or Taxi. Rosy the property manager was lovely very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. Great place for a large group! Thank you Alberto !

Very nice house, very spacious and clean, always great communication and very friendly.

The stay was excellent, the house is very large, clean and communication with our hosts was ideal. It is an hour from Puerto Vallarta and half an hour from the airport. We had the best cook too! Worth the inquiries :) The only suggestion is to have food utensils as there were no pots or enough to cook for 15 people. Other than that, everything's fine, I would come back without hesitation

Our whole stay was fabulous, the facilities in the club are very good. The communication with the administrators was very quick and everything was very well explained. We recommend this place as we have a lot of fun. It was a fantastic experience to stay and get to know Puerto Vallarta and the beaches of Nayarit. Highly recommended.

We never met Alberto, we met Rosy and she is lovely! Rosy was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. She does not speak English so I used Google translate to communicate with her and we had no issues or problems communicating The place is exactly as described, so spacious and clean. There’s construction in the area but not disruptive and hardly noticeable 6 of us (adults) stayed and we had our private space for sleeping arrangements. There are four rooms upstairs, each with their own ensuite bathroom and one room downstairs with an ensuite. Every room including the living room has an airconditioner. The beds are all firm, however everyone in our group said they were able to sleep. I would recommend that memory foam mattresses be made available, they can be stored in the cupboard cabinets The Airbnb is located outside of Bucerias, a few minutes by taxi, in a gated community which includes access to the resort which was wonderful Overall we highly recommend this airbnb!

We were a group of eight adults, inside was quite nice, beds comfortable. Initially not enough towels for us which was quickly rectified. Only two loungers and one worn and dilapidated camping style chair for back yard and pool. There is a nice pool area about a five minute walk, no gym available which was disappointing. There are no stores nearby, groceries are 15 minute cab ride away. The complex is quiet, little traffic and very well maintained. Overall a large family home or perfect place to have a group of friends together. It would have been useful to have been provided a guide for visitors.

The house is very spacious, we were 11 adults and 1 baby and we had enough space. Alberto and Rosy's attention was very quick, clear and precise. The house has everything you need so that you only get to enjoy your family. The beach club is very father and its pools are not said. We would definitely come back again.

A beautiful house, as in the pictures, the beach club terrific and what seemed to me a plus, all the bedrooms with bathroom were excellent because we were many, the private pool was also padrisima!

The house is very central, between Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita. A very large supermarket is 10 minutes away. Distance. The house is very large and you have plenty of space in all areas. The pool is nice and warm. In a few minutes you will be at the large beach club with 2 very large pools and access to the sea. The service is excellent, everything is well suited for children. In the morning, we were almost always alone by the pool; most people don't arrive until around noon. There are plenty of umbrellas, loungers, tables and chairs, so you can also eat comfortably by the pool. Communication with the host was always quick and friendly.

Everything was excellent. A super cute house, very cozy. They were always attentive to any needs we had. The beach club is excellent. We would definitely come back.

From the beginning, communication was fast and clear. He always responds quickly. The house is super nice and big! I went with my whole family and my daughter was delighted to be able to play in the pool. It's an ideal stay for families since it's very quiet. With its beach club, it's complete, with plenty of space for the family. I'll definitely be back!
