The best Airbnb experience I've had so far, and Hector is an excellent host. It was like being at home.

Wonderful place! Felt very safe there because of the "walled in" aspect. Liked the locked door that enters the courtyard and the fact that the garage doors opens/closes to secure the courtyard, as well. I like how, if you "get locked out", you can enter key codes to get back in, without leaving the "wall." Key code to get into the courtyard and another key code that gets into the house, so it is "double secure." The inside is beautiful, specious, and clean. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms were perfect for four couples to stay comfortably. One of my favorite features was a baby gate at the top of the stairs as a safety feature for families of young children. The pool outside was wonderful relief in the heat of August. Another favorite feature was the outside bathroom for use when using the pool so you don't have to traipse through the house with wet feet. Would definitely recommend this location and this host!

Everything was excellent! They let us check in early and everything was super comfortable. The only thing is that they have a lot of rules, and we started to feel paranoid about doing things right and them not wanting to charge us extra.

The house was very close to very close to the Malecón and where all the tourist things to do are, it was about a 5-10 minute drive from downtown. Hector was very friendly, responsive and helpful with everything that we had doubts and questions on. They had great recommendations and where very welcoming. The size of the house was great, it was very spacious great for a large group to stay. The area was quiet and felt safe. The house was equipped with some basic but helpful things like a first aid kit, bikes, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella, board games. In the kitchen they had coffee, tea, sugar, oil and plenty of drinkable purified water. We did forget to throw the trash out at the end of our stay and sent Hector a message to apologize and he was very understanding.

An excellent place to stay in La Paz

This is an absolutely beautiful property in a luxurious and safe neighborhood in Mexico City. Stayed several nights for my bachelor party and will certainly be looking for any reason to return. The design both inside and out along with the cozy backyard and amazing terrace views made it feel very special. Checking in was very convenient and Hector was very flexible and responsive to messages during our stay. If you are looking for a place to stay for the right amount of people you won’t regret booking this place. It may be a bit farther out from the city center but it’s easily worth the beautiful design and safety of the neighborhood.

We highly recommend Hectors house, looked just like the pics, beautiful house, plenty of room and very clean, Hector was so easy to talk to and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very big and comfortable house. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking/biking distance to the malecon and downtown La Paz. If you don't want to walk or bike, Ubers are extremely reasonable.

My family rented this beautiful home for a week and it was everything we needed and more! We loved that the house was spacious enough to fit our group of 12 adults and 3 kids. I asked Hector if a high chair for my baby was available in the house and at the time, he did not have one; however on arrival, I was thrilled to see that he obtained one for our stay! He is a very caring and thoughtful host that is very responsive on the chat and as needed. The home is beautifully kept and so clean. We definitely recommend to others!

we had a wonderful stay with a large group of friends at Hector’s mansion, very comfortable and a lot of green and open spaces for us to relax and soak up the soon. Slept well each night, was quiet, rooftop has good views of the surroundings! Very safe area as well. May have been time of the year, but was frustrating getting rides and a lot of traffic coming in and out of the city. Recommend having a driver or a car if you plan on going all over, but a wonderful place to relax in CDMX!

The house is very nice, just like the photographs, it is spacious; the kitchen is very large and well equipped, the pool is very nice and very comfortable to spend time there. It is well equipped to go out to visit beaches, with an umbrella, 4 chairs, and an icebox, which helped us to go to visit beaches and be more comfortable. It has two boards to do sandboarding, which was a fun and nice experience. Hector answers our questions quickly and gave us many local tips, the stay was very pleasant. Everything is very close by car, he shared a recommendation to rent and everything was very good, all his advice and recommendations helped us a lot.

Hector went above and beyond to add a heater to the pool prior to our visit. That was a great touch ! He was a very helpful with rental car , tours , & private chef recommendation. To add my group and I were completely satisfied with all his recommendations they were efficient and trustworthy. He also made sure that we had plenty of beach towels which made life so much easier.

Hector’s place was awesome. Beautiful place, great communication, couldn’t have had a better place to stay.

lots of positives about this place. It was super clean, plenty of space, a heated pool (which was particularly appreciated because we had a bit of bad weather), bikes to take on a direct path to the malecon, and a helpful and friendly host! We'd definitely recommend.

We needed a four night stay in Mexico City. I had a family of 8 in total and the house was a great fit for us. I don’t use AirBnB often and when I do I admit to being very particular. I can say with authenticity that my entire family loved the house and accommodations, the beds, the bathrooms etc all of it. We had the safety and help of Samuel. He is on site at least for our stay 24-7. Super communication and collaboration with him allowed us to feel established and safe at all times. Hector the host was impeccable in responses and guidance throughout! I will return and ask for this accommodation again each time. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you to Hector and Samuel!!!

This home is perfect for a family get away. Close to everything. It has everything you need. Furniture was comfortable and house was very spacious. Communicating with the host was easy and very responsive. Would stay here again. Overall as described.

We were a group of 15, the house is amazing appropriate for a group our size, we had a wonderful time. Everything was pristine. Hector, the host, was friendly and super helpful. Samuel, the guard, made our stay pleasant as he was able to open the door and attend to our every need. We will come again for sure!!

Very pleasant experience, communication with Hector was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful. The instructions are very clear and facilitated the entire check-in process. The house is very nice, in unbeatable condition, very spacious and equipped with everything you need and more. The location is easy to access and close to the main areas of the city. Their recommendations were very helpful, especially the one from Chef Israel. If you have the opportunity to stay with Hector, it's definitely worth it. We hope to return soon!

Our stay at this luxury home in Mexico City was perfect for our large friend gathering. The property is spacious, beautifully designed, and truly relaxing, with every detail attended to. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, making it easy to enjoy both the house and the city. A special mention to Samuel, the amazing gateman, whose kindness and attentiveness made us feel cared for—he truly looks after the property and its guests.

The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos!! This is super spacious and a large group fits perfectly, the kitchen is super spacious as well as the dining room. The bathrooms are a good size. It is not close to the esplanade as the description says, but the esplanade is 10 minutes away and you don't have to struggle to get around. There is a supermarket, oxxo and pharmacies nearby so you can buy and cook there, since the kitchen is very complete and the fridge is very large. They helped us a lot with tips and info for the trip. In general, everything perfect!

We were delighted with the accommodation, a good place to rest, the guard in charge of surveillance was always very attentive and friendly, we would definitely return.

Overall it is just as listed! Great location, central to Beaches, Malecón and Restaurant. The new addition of the pool was great after a long day at the beach. With all those great things said, be aware that there are lots of rules to follow. Hector was very responsive and any issue we had it was resolved within a few hours. Hectors place was the perfect house to accommodate 13 family members for my Grandmas 90th birthday. The house was clean, stocked with all the kitchen accessories we needed, beautiful spacious rooms and commons areas, and overall incredible host that went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend booking this beautiful home for a large group.

Such a clean and beautiful home. Every room had a bathroom which is a plus. Hector is very communicative and reply back quickly to any messages.

Everything is very good, the house is really like in the photos. Everything is super nice and clean, it was very cozy to be at home with family. We really didn't miss anything and it was super well located when we returned. We definitely wanted to wash it again, Hector was also looking out for us and his recommendations helped us a lot.

We had a group of 8 and this house was absolutely perfect for us. We had more than enough rooms for everybody, even extra ones. We loved that there was so much space, it didn't feel crowded at all. You didn't have to be in your room to have privacy, you can be out in the garden, the rooftop, etc. We appreciated the multiple dining rooms. Everyone tended to gather in the kitchen because the food was there but if we wanted more space to play games or just talk, we could move to the other dining areas. We also had chefs come over and they were able to use the kitchen all to themselves while all of us stayed in the other dining room. Amenities we didn't think we needed but were actually happy to have were: laundry, the gym and restroom right by the main hall. I want to emphasize how beautiful this house was. The flooring, all the wood, the blinds were easy to use, the decor. Most of all, Samuel was an amazing guard and Hector an amazing host. They made it all the best experience!

What can I say, this is the best Airbnb I have ever been to! I am a Airbnb host myself and must say that this place has set the bar high for me. My friends and I stayed for about a week from Dallas and loved it. Samuel the security was amazing and was always so helpful, there were cooks offered as well and made the trip so wonderful. The garden, architecture and the space is unmatched and are to die for! We will definitely book again when back in town!

Beautiful location, safe and we were pleased with the home and all amenities. The house is large therefore you can have multiple friends and family and enjoy common space together. My 60th was magic! Our chef, our cooks, driver and staff were so accommodating and attentive. A true sanctuary. Special accolades to Samuel and Patty . They were fantastic. We will definitely return. If there were more stars, I'd give it more than 5. The house is exactly as described in the listing. Hector always responded quickly, kindly and clearly. The house is very close to the pier (Approx. 10 minutes by car) but they also have bikes that can be used as there is a bike path very close by. The location is excellent in a very quiet and safe area and with many options of supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. We felt right at home, we traveled with 12 family members and we were all very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host and on-site security guard/doorman were both informative, polite, and helpful, before and during the trip. The area is a family-friendly, residential neighborhood. The house is spacious and pristine. Great for large families and multiple guests. Ideal if you plan to spend the majority of your time staying in at the house. Flexibility from the host was important and check-out requests were minimal and reasonable. Nice additional touches like a Christmas tree around Christmastime. I would highly recommend for families and large groups.

Everything was excellent! From the moment we booked Héctor was always very friendly and present with messages that responded to the moment. We were recommended many activities to do, as well as rental of cars or boats. The house doesn't even say, everything was perfect! Very complete and just like his photos, we loved the news that just for our stay a pool was built, certainly that is still a total plus to everything that is already there. The house is very spacious and has everything you need to have a stay of 10. We would definitely stay with Hector again in the future and highly recommend it!

This home is beautiful. It has rooms for basically everything. Bedrooms are all bigger than they looked in pics. There’s a large dining room for group meals, a beautiful living room, multiple kitchens, and a nice sitting room. The little yard is really nice as well. They have an onsite security guard, who was wonderful letting us in and out and making us feel safe. Hector’s communication was great as well. I would highly recommend this place to groups visiting CDMX.

Hector’s place was amazing! One of the most beautiful places i’ve stayed in and Hector was really accommodating as well as the guard Samuel. My friends and I really enjoyed the visit and stay. Only thing I would say is while the area the house is in is beautiful it’s a bit far from the main areas you will probably spend your time in if you’re in Mexico city for the first time and with traffic the ubers back and forth can take a long time. Not an issue for us but something to be aware of!

Everything was perfect! The property is beautiful. Samuel is the guard on duty there. He is very helpful with anything you need. Hector was great as well. Our flight came in way earlier than our check in and Hector did what he could to get us in as early as was possible.

A very nice and spacious house, well laid out, with all the amenities. It is also located in a good area for getting to various parts of La Paz or going to Los Cabos. The area and the house are also safe. We would definitely come back. An excellent option for staying.

All in all our stay was amazing! Although the place was a bit far from the central area, it was not more than a 10-15 minute drive though. The doorman Samuel was amazing and friendly and very attentive and polite. I have nothing negative to say about the place. I would definitely recommend the stay especially for a larger group.
