Our stay was amazing at this place and we are looking forward to getting an opportunity to visit again. The kids loved the private rooftop pool. The wife loved the beach. Plenty of restaurants and live music nearby. Close full grocery stores and closer convenience store. 40 minute casual walk to cozumel ferry down safe 5th avenue, 20 minute walk to mall where we met tour busses. Very rarely does an airbnb exceed my expectations, but this one did.

This was a very last minute rental after another host canceled on us. Thank you Sylvia for accommodating our very late check in! The apt was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, but the best part was the roof deck! We were in PDC over a particularly busy week and it was amazing to have our own space outside with the beach being so crowded. Really spent most of our time there. Yes, we heard music from Vagabunda all day long but we actually found it quite entertaining. We had a great trip and would return.
