Wow, this place is stunning, peaceful and soulful. It’s also spacious and well-stocked. Location was perfect for exploring the city, and Alison (host) was so kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would love to stay here again one day.

I would very much like to come back next time I'm in CDMX. The personal greeting and the wonderful location make you feel extremely at home. It was a nice start to our trip.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, extremely clean, and located in a great neighborhood where we felt very safe. We especially loved that all three bedrooms had their own private bathrooms, which was so convenient for our group. The space is thoughtfully decorated with pieces from local artists, and you can actually purchase some of the decor, which was such a cool and unique touch. The hosts also provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and coffee shops that we really enjoyed. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable, and very well-kept place. We would definitely stay here again!

Hands down the best AirBnB I have ever stayed at. It was so thoughtfully decorated and curated to make me and my friends feel at home. The location is perfect and central but quiet and a great escape from the busy city outside. There were super nice touches everywhere from tasty snacks to great books to beautiful hand soaps. I highly recommend and will certainly come back and stay here.

The Best Airbnb We've Ever Stayed In Our 2.5-week stay in this Mexico City rental was exceptional from start to finish. We arrived around 10:30 pm after a long travel day and were greeted right at our Uber. The peaceful, plant-filled surroundings made an instant 10/10 first impression. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Fresh fruit, vegetables, pasta, coffee, beer, and more filled the fridge. This thoughtfulness meant so much after missing dinner during travel. We never stressed about essentials. The wifi was dependable even with three of us simultaneously using it. The washer and dryer were a blessing during our extended stay. We prepared full homemade meals, and my daughter even baked a cake. Alison was responsive and shared favorite restaurants and shops. For families seeking genuine comfort, this is worth every penny. We'll definitely return.

We loved staying at Alison’s home - it is stunning- beautifully laid out and furnished, contemporary, spacious and ideal for our family of four with our two adult sons. The location is ideal for- great for strolling and exploring, lots of great bars and restaurants , near the metro which we found safe and easy to use along with Ubers. Alison and Caleb were excellent hosts and we would definitely choose to stay there again. Highly recommended

This is one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. From the beautiful and thoughtful local design, to the great communication and kindness of the host, to the wonderful location - this was really a 5 star stay! The home is well located, beautifully appointed and spacious with all you need for a stay. What stands out though is the host. Alison went above and beyond. She met me at 3am in the morning to let me in fresh from an international flight. She stocked the house with Mexican treats and breakfast foods and checked in on me throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. She was what brought the soul! Location is perfect - close walk to some of the most desireable areas of Mexico City. Would recommend this place to anyone without a doubt!

The perfect Mexico City home base in Condesa! We loved our stay at Alison’s beautiful garden casita and can’t say enough about the thoughtful hospitality, ideal location near vibrant cafés and parks, and the comfort of the space itself. From pre-arrival coordination through check-in, Alison was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless, even accommodating our late-night arrival and a friend joining the next morning. The stocked kitchen with filtered water, fresh fruit, coffee, and snacks was such a thoughtful touch and made coming back after long days exploring CDMX especially enjoyable. Every detail of the casita felt carefully curated, from the cozy beds to the beautiful furnishings and lighting. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard made the space feel like a private oasis in the middle of the city. This was truly one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we would absolutely stay here again.

From our arrival Allison was extremely responsive and helpful - and there was also beer and water and yogurt and other food. The home is beautiful and spacious and extremely comfortable, and both architecturally filled with light and wood and glass. There is a lovely interior outdoor space as well which we didn't get to use very much but we would recommend it for others. I intend to return with my family (I was with two friends for a birthday celebration)

What a wonderful gem! Alison’s home is so beautiful we felt very lucky to be able to stay in such a charming space. You can really see the care and attention she puts into the home and the space to welcome her guests. The kitchen and living area is fabulous for a larger group or long term stay. We all felt very comfortable here and would stay again. It’s very secluded and tucked away from the main road as well so it was quiet at night.

We had such a great time! All the nearby restaurants were delicious and easy to walk to. Alison was incredibly responsive and friendly. The house was well decorated with local art.

The apartment was perfect! It was an oasis to return to each evening after long days of exploring. The beautiful modern design is mixed with classic mexican touches, creating a most inviting and relaxing home environment. Condesa is an extraordinarily beautiful area and the casita is perfectly situated in this neighborhood. Alison and Caleb are gracious hosts offering suggestions, advice and guidance throughout our entire stay. I can’t say enough positive things about this rental.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Alison's place. The layout was perfect for the four of us and it was very pleasant and comfortable throughout. There is a nice kitchen, living room and patio to hang out. The plants and furnishings were very tasteful. The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of great restaurants and parks. Alison was a wonderful host, and reached out to us with recommendations and to see if there was anything we needed. We truly felt welcome and relaxed during our stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful place. Alison's Casita is exquisitely designed and everywhere you look there's something gorgeous to appreciate! It is a peaceful, secluded and tranquil oasis which is wonderful to return to after the hubbub of Mexico City. Condesa is a great and safe area to walk around, both in the day and in the evening; the architecture is rich and diverse and there is always something fun happening at the close-by Parque Mexico. Alison is a wonderful and very responsive host, which we really appreciated.

The Casita is located very centrally in Condesa with many restaurants and markets nearby. It’s very convenient for visiting various neighborhoods and attractions, Uber is never more than 5 minutes away. It is very quiet, safe, clean, has comfortable beds, nice hot showers, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, and a small patio-garden. The casita is cleaned every few days. It certainly lives up the description, and pictures, probably better than that. We felt right at home here during our two-week stay. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper and some condiments. Alice and Caleb are perfect hosts, friendly, very responsive and always prepared to make your stay more comfortable. We had a truly wonderful and relaxing stay and recommend it without any reservations.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Alison's place in La Condesa. The casita was serene, perfectly located, quiet and safe. We felt extremely comfortable during our stay, and the two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs all with their own bathrooms allowed us to have some space and separation on our family vacation. Alison met us when we arrrived to check us in and orient us, and she had also kindly stocked some lovely provisions (drinks, eggs, bread, fruit) from local purveyors. After a long travel day I can't describe what a thoughtful gesture that felt like - it was above and beyond. Above and beyond as well were her guidebooks to local shops, sights, neighborhoods and restaurants, along with personal assistance Alison provided us with a few specific recommendations and reservations. The proximity to coffee, bakeries, food, bars and the Parque was top notch. As a first time visitor to CDMX, the stay in Alison's place was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend!

Alison was the most generous and welcoming host— she greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable. She really went the extra mile and sent us recommendations, as well as stocked our place with fruit, drinks, and more for a light breakfast! Place is gorgeous. The plants are unreal and it’s so well designed. Also loved that she displays her friend’s houseware/ pottery which you can purchase if you’d like which made gifts very convenient! Walking distance to great restaurants and the metro (to get to stadium for Bad Bunny!). And it’s quiet since it’s situated behind Alison’s own apartment. If you can, definitely book this place!

What a gem! I stayed at Alison's home for a week with two friends. We loved it. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless, and comfortable. It was absolutely quiet and surrounded by greens. The neighborhood is my favorite -- tons of cafes, shops, parks and restaurants within a short walk. We loved that we each had our own room and bathroom so this setup for three people was ideal. Alison was an excellent host -- always available and checked in to be sure we were ok. I will for sure be back.

I’ve stayed in many nice Airbnbs around the globe and Alison’s was easily the most beautiful. I stayed with my mother and sister and there was a perfect amount of space to have quiet time alone but beautiful communal space for togetherness. The design of the home is so elegant, serene and warm. It was also well-equipped with everything one would need, from fridge and pantry staples and well-stocked kitchen supplies, to umbrellas during our rainy stay, to wonderful-smelling bath products. Her great taste and attention to detail extended to her neighbourhood recommendations, restaurants and stores and bakeries. There is no shortage of any of those in this quiet and green neighbourhood. I’m looking for an excuse to return so that I can stay here again!

It was the perfect place for our girl's trip. Walking distance to lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, yet tucked away so it felt safe + quiet for sleep. Alison went above and beyond to make us comfortable - the place was well stocked with fresh fruits, yogurt, etc. I would 10000000% recommend it.

Honestly, no matter what I write will do this wonderful place justice. It exceeds all expectations and the hosts are so sweet and accommodating. They were so helpful and provided so many great recommendations for sightseeing, local restaurants and markets. The home has literally everything you need. It is also tucked away and very private. I genuinely have no complaints! Condesa is a very beautiful, walkable and welcoming area with so much to see and plenty of smiling faces. Most notable sightseeing options are a short and inexpensive uber ride away but you could honestly stay in the neighborhood and enjoy a lively but quiet retreat. I have every intention of returning to CDMX and this will be where I plan to stay again.

Definitely the nicest airbnb we've stayed in. Design and materials in the space are understated, modern, and very high quality. The space is airy and peaceful and the hosts have thought of everything. Each of the 3 BR/bath combos has its own subtle advantages - there isn't a "best room" to choose and all guests will be happy. The street is quiet and relaxed, with bakeries, restaurants, and beautiful parks all walkable in a few minutes. Alison also provides excellent recommendations and she and her husband are super friendly and helpful. The only downside is that when you go back to your own home you will wish that it was as well designed as this place!

Alison has nailed every aspect of the ideal guest experience. Her spotlessly clean home is designed for beauty and comfort-- we continually admired the materials and craftsmanship of the spectacular windows, finishes and myriad tasteful details. It's quiet and private with lovely light cascading through the spaces inside and out. Alison is the kind of host you want for a friend--kind, thoughtful, generous and she was so quick to respond with recommendations for where to go, what to see and where to eat. We remarked "it's like she knows us"--from what she provided for breakfast treats to intel on where to purchase her home's decor items. I'm strategizing my next trip to Mexico City and another stay at Alison's.

One of the very best Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Upscale, clean and calm. The area is wonderful. I wish I could move to Mexico City in the same neighborhood. It would be nitpicking, but the only two things missing would be a microwave and a dishwasher. Absolutely everything else is perfect! Just book it if it's available!

My two friends and I had an incredible stay at Alison’s. She was so communicative and accommodating and the space itself? STUNNING. It felt like someone had really thought about what it would be like to stay there—a fully stocked kitchen, appliance-wise; plenty of closet space; beautiful and clean bathrooms; and lovely places to gather. We loved sitting outside on the patio and enjoying the lush plants. It was super walkable to everything we wanted to see, and Alison’s guidebook was full of great suggestions. Honestly, I’ll be planning to stay here on my next visit. Highly recommend!

We just stayed at Alison's casita for a perfect two weeks, and didn't want to leave! The space is more beautiful than the photos, and had plenty of room for us and our family. The casita was being thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, and received three additional cleanings during our stay. Alison was a warm and welcoming host, and always responded to our questions quickly and cheerfully. The home is perfectly located in Condesa, within easy walking distance of dozens of restaurants, bakeries, and cafes, as well as two beautiful parks. We especially loved picking up morning pastries at Casa Bruna right around the corner! We can't recommend Alison enough, and we're already looking forward to returning next year.

If Allison’s place is available, consider yourself lucky and book it now! The home is literally in the most perfect location of Condesa with lots of amazing places to eat, but on a quiet, beautiful street and very walkable to everything. Allison has paid attention to every detail, the decor is so thoughtful and well curated…it’s even better than the pictures if that’s even possible! Each room has its own bathroom, which was great for a group of girlfriends or family. The beds were firm and comfortable, just the way I like it! Allison is just about the sweetest person you’ll meet in Mexico and she was so thoughtful to leave the fridge stocked with essentials and the most amazing granola and yogurt from the cafe Saint, which is delicious and super close! I will not stay anywhere else in Mexico City and my future trips will be planned around availability of this place it’s just that worth it! Thank you for everything Allison, till next time!

This is what I want all of my AirBnb experiences to be like! Alison and his husband were incredibly warm, welcoming, flexible and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed, and then some. You can just tell it is run by real humans who love the city, and hosting others. The Casita is just beautiful! Impeccable taste, comfortable, and clean. Rooms were big, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, and the patio was a joy to have coffee in the mornings. We had plenty of space to feel at home. It is so perfectly located that it'll make you want to move to CDMX. You can walk to excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops, and experience the vibrancy of La Condesa. I simply can't say enough good things about our stay.

Alison’s Casita is exquisite! As someone who teaches Brand Experiences for a living this location checked all the boxes. From the kind and considerate communication from our host, to the beautiful space filled with all the special details that make you feel very welcome. We were greeted with thoughtful local treats to enjoy upon arrival. The highlights - luxurious beds and linens, the lovely smelling soaps/lotions to the gorgeous plants that helped create this idea of an oasis in a very active, vibrant city. The floor plan was perfectly suited for 3 adults to enjoy giving us our own spaces to escape and have a quiet siesta when needed. The overall design and Alison's aesthetic entranced us giving us the vacation experience we didn’t know we needed I am still dreaming of the amazing terrazzo floors and the adorable private courtyard where we enjoyed evening cocktails. Highly recommend this casita and host. The location is ideal for first time visitors too!

We spent six days at Allison’s rental apartment last week. What a wonderful stay! Allison was very flexible and let us drop off our luggage early. We explored the neighborhood for a couple hours and then returned to the apartment. Allison showed us the apartment and answered every question plus provided a list of neighborhood restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Everything is very walkable and the tree lined streets are lovely. We especially enjoyed Caracol Del Mar (absolutely need a reservation) and the pizza place on the corner turning left out the door. Allison also provided coffee, tea, milk, water, fruit, avocados, bread, yogurt, and granola. That was so helpful not to have to run out to the store the minute we arrived! We would absolutely return! Allison is so great to work with, the house was very clean, bedding was great and the area is quiet at night. What else could a person want?

Easily one of my very favorite AirBnb stays. Alison has created a beautiful and incredibly functional space. The maintenance is impeccable, and the small thoughtful details made us feel right at home. I often find that vacation rentals have little weird quirks and oversights that arise during the stay, but that was never the case with Alison’s home. Also the plants and interior atrium created a very relaxing, vacation-like environment. Would definitely return.

By far the most uniquely gorgeous accommodations I have enjoyed in my years with Airbnb. Almost too good to be true pictures were matched and exceeded with thoughtful hospitality touches like full bowls of exotic fruit, granola, yogurt and beverages in the fridge. All bathrooms were stocked with local toiletries (large size) for use. Local artist touches everywhere was a welcomed change from the typical ikea clad decors elsewhere. Alison greeted us upon arrival and guided us to an amazing (Michelin star) casual neighborhood restaurant. Everything about this space felt peaceful, rich with plants and mature trees indoors and in the two gorgeous courtyard. This is a gem of a place and walkable to all desirable hot spots, retail and culinary. It was my 2nd time in CDMX and there were many times I chose to relax and stay in. Idyllic. Can’t say enough about this place.

Incredible stay, incredible hosts. My family of 3 and I stayed for a month and wish we could have stayed longer! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky. The best bnb experience we’ve had in Mexico City. The attention to detail (heated kitchen floors!), water pressure, linens, and location make Alison’s casita a gem.

Most beautiful place to stay in CDMX. As a designer and architect I’m always on the hunt for inspiring places to stay when I’m traveling. This place fits the bill! Alison hosted my husband and I and our friends for his bday trip. We were in awe the second the stepped into the front Pasilla / courtyard and could not stop gushing about all the details as we entered each space. Alison’s place is definitely one of our favorites and is forever in our core memories.

First time visiting Mexico City and we can’t wait to return and we hope to stay at the casita. Alison has thought of everything. Condessa is an amazing neighborhood to be in and the Casita was just perfect. We were literally steps away from a bike rental stall and were able to walk and Uber everywhere we wanted to over the long weekend.

ABSOLUTE GEM! The space is beautifully curated. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Close to wonderful cafes! Alison and Caleb were great hosts! Alison introduced us to SAINT bakery with a wonderful loaf of sourdough bread at our arrival. Delicious!

Alison couldn’t have been more welcoming and our stay couldn’t have been more pleasant. Her exquisite taste and warm hospitality was present from the moment we arrived thru our entire stay. Condesa is a lovely neighborhood, so close and convenient to the best restaurants, architecture and parks Mexico City has to offer.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. The casita is ideally located close to numerous restaurants, but in a quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped and even stocked with fresh fruit and snacks on arrival. The interior was spotless and comfortable with elegant furnishings and art. A great stay!! The Casita clearly lived up to expectations - beautifully decorated, spacious, clean. The location was perfect in the heart of Condensa with great restaurants and shops in the vicinity. But what made the stay so enjoyable was how graciously we were received by Alison from the moment that we arrived until we left - wonderful food upon arrival, great list of recommended places and incredible responsiveness throughout our stay!!

Staying at Alison's beautiful home has been a huge pleasure. Both Alison and her husband are kind and caring people. Their home is a true sanctuary in Mexico city. The kitchen well stocked with all you need, and more. A quiet patio to enjoy a coffee. All just wonderful, would love to return.

Alison was an amazing host! She was very accommodating with all of our needs and a genuinely kind person. If there was an issue, she was quick to fix it. She also took the time and care to share recommends before and during our stay which was a very nice touch. The home is quiet and as beautiful (if not more beautiful) than the pictures. Alison’s space was beyond any expectations our group had. It made my first CDMX experience wonderful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing ladies’ trip at Allison’s stunning place in Condesa! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm smile and thoughtful treats—chocolates, fresh fruit, milk, coffee, and Greek yogurt. It made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from fantastic restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It’s a perfect base for exploring Mexico City, with Roma just a 25-minute walk away and Polanco a quick 20-minute taxi ride. The apartment itself is gorgeous, full of natural light and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and living room were perfect for our group to unwind, and each bedroom having its own full bathroom was a wonderful touch. The space felt incredibly safe, private, and peaceful—everything we could have wanted for a relaxing getaway. We are so grateful to Allison for being such a generous and attentive host. It was the perfect spot for our girls’ trip, and I can’t wait to come back with my family next time.

It was just perfect - the Casita is gorgeous. Alison thought of every detail and more from providing a very thoughtful lot of groceries for when we arrived, baking banana bread with our daughter and detailed advice on the best spots to eat and drink in the neighbourhood. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend!

Alison and Caleb's casita was the most beautiful place I've stayed in yet in CDMX. A lot of attention to detail with great stone finishings, a beautiful courtyard that lets in light into the middle and exterior of the home. It was spacy, well styled and very green with beautiful foliage. We were even greeted by fresh baked goods and fresh foods from the local bakery and grocer. Honestly, I couldn't say enough about my stay - the place, the people (Caleb and Alison are very friendly) and the location (walkable to many new restaurants).

Best Airbnb stay / experience ever! Alison’s place was centrally located, easy access to lots of things to do and restaurants. The space is stunning with tons of natural light and beautiful greenery out the windows. There are more amenities than we could ask for - snacks, drinks, etc. Alison is super friendly, very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host / stay!

Alison’s space was beautiful and very comfortable! We enjoyed having our own spacious bathroom and room! All the amenities were fully working. Fans were provided for comfort when it was a little hot. Such a beautiful gem! If you are traveling to CDMX this place is a must stay! The hosts were super friendly and amazing!

We stayed at Alison’s for a girl’s trip and it was perfect for us! The AirBnb was a true gem - I’ve stayed at places where I just shower and sleep, but I thoroughly enjoyed spending time at this AirBnB. Everything is so well thought out and thoroughly clean. We also made use of the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Alison and her family made us feel very welcomed and shared great recommendations for restaurants, local markets, and dancing. We look forward to returning to Mexico City and staying here again!

I’ve stayed in so many Airbnbs over the years and I can confidently say this has been my favorite of them all. Alison’s home is so beautiful I didn’t want to leave! The location is perfect - great restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, etc. Alison was an exceptional host - she gave great recommendations, was always responsive, and genuinely hospitable/welcoming. She stocked our fridge and had a fresh loaf of sourdough for me when I arrived. Above and beyond! Architecturally it was the most beautiful home I’ve stayed in. WiFi was great, beds were cozy, and everything was clean. My friends and I are already scheming when we can come back 💕

Hello! My family and I absolutely loved staying at Alison's casita. Besides being extremely communicative and beyond helpful with recommendations and much more - we felt like we were HOME. Perfect place to land in CDMX for either a few days or a few weeks. We stayed for about 17 days! Wonderful family and my kids fell in LOVE with Charlie the dog. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. Great restaurants and close to lots of fun things to do. Uber is super simple and well priced to get around. And of course walking works as well! I can’t imagine a better place to stay than Alison’s. The beauty and detail that were put into every area of the house is astounding. On top of that, Alison is the sweetest and warmest host you can ask for. She has excellent recommendations and is super responsive. The neighborhood is a great central location to all the other neighborhoods you’d want to explore and full of amazing restaurants, parks, and shops to walk to. The place really added an extra something special to our trip :)

This is an oasis in the middle of the city. The design feels cozy, chic and serene. Alison, the host, is super friendly and you can tell she poured a lot of love into this home for guests to have an amazing experience. I loved all of the greenery and open windows with lots of natural light. The home has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is superb. Walkable to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops and conveniently located for a quick Uber ride to other places. 10/10 recommend. I plan to stay here every time I’m in CDMX.
